Someone ran into my Explorer, of which was in MINT condition prior to the accident, and drove off.Not an easy situation However, paradoxically, the staff made it easier at Woburn Auto Body because they were incredibly kind, efficient, and did an amazing job returning my vehicle to shiny as well as mint condition. Additionally, my Explorer was done a day earlier than planned.Thank you, Woburn Foreign Auto Body!!

Service here was amazing. Paint job, dent removal and replacement of parts was done incredibly professionally and used high quality paint and parts. I highly recommend. Jim Cooper was incredibly helpful, honest, and communicative on the daily. It was effortless on my part. Jim and his team at Woburn Foreign Auto Body is incredible, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Jim Cooper and his employees at Woburn Foreign Auto Body are the utmost professional, honest, and trustworthy crew and hands down one of the best businesses to deal with when it comes to fixing your vehicle. They demonstrate dedication and passion in the quality of work they produce. They made the whole process simple and effortless on my part. Took care of dealing with insurance company and kept me updated daily. With 3 teenage drivers I have used WFAB multiple times and I'm amazed at their work. Returned my car with a dead battery, panels missing and found under seat, accessories removed and thrown out, then tried to blame me for their failures. Will never use them again. MAPFRE should be ashamed they sent me here.

It s the worse place I have see for body shop. I have my car over there for about a mont and after I called in to find out, they asked me for a couple more days, and when I pick the car up, the job they did was terrible, eve the manager agree with and aske to bring back, so I did it and guess what, nothing was done right. The manager told me that he was short people and he was going to call back, so he wants to panting everything again and as of today, more the months I haven t received any call. If you need a body shop on your car, stay way from this guys.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an older Saturn that was in an accident that had a water leak after the accident. They did a great job on the body work and they were able to finding the water leak in the truck and stop it.

The customer service is amazing and every one in the front office is extremely friendly and very helpful!It can sometimes take longer to get your car back than originally planned due to parts issues and delays, but they do not have control over that.If you are unhappy with something and you reach out to them, they are always willing to help fix the issue.

They were on point, kept my husband, and I updated on our truck daily. They made getting our truck fixed manageable. They were very quick and efficient as well. Every where else would have taken 3 weeks to a month. They did it all in a week.

The quality of the work is excellent. However, the rating is low due to constant delays, having to constantly contact them for an update and priority. Took over 5 weeks to fix a rear bumper being told it needed to be painted for 3 weeks. Bad representation for OEM.

My vehicle went there for corrections from another body shop. I must say the professionalism and the way my vehicle was treated was unbelievable. Thank you, Jim Cooper, for your great service. I hope I never need you again, but if anyone needs body work, you need to consider this shop.

This shop was suggested to me by my insurance company after my car (that I like more than I like most people) got sideswiped by a school bus. They gave me updates throughout the entire process and when I got the car back, it was as pristine as it was before the accident. 5 stars, will definitely go with them again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

WFA is absolutely amazing, customer focused and professionals all around. They were patient and went to bat for me when Progressive didn t want to cover the entirety of my claim. Mike and Rachel are amazing and made a stressful situation much easier than it would have been if I took my car else where. My car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot six months ago! I hope I don t need any repairs anytime soon, but if I do, WFA is the only place I ll go!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into my first Interstate accident. I wasnt hurt but I was so shaken up.Scott was very helpful when I put in a claim to the insurance company and answered all my questions.The mechanics did a fantastic job with my car repairs. It looks good as new.I thank them so much for all they've done.

Rachael Chapline in Customer service is amazing and extremely friendly and very helpful!, but my car after I went to pick it up I found different problem and the technician told me when I contact them we can't do anything and this problem in your car already , my car Toyota 2021 and I don't have the problem before so I don't recommend them if you want to fix a problem and get different issue in your car .

I found Woburn Foreign Auto Body through the Mercedes Benz website it recommended this business when someone backed into my car - they were amazing from the moment I called them they took care of everything about the insurance etc . I just picked up my car and it looks perfect! Like brand new (even though it is only a 2020) plus whomever helped me when I went to pick up my car should get special props - for helping me with my rental at drop off - thank you so much Woburn Foreign Auto Body - I highly recommend!!!

Excellent client service from start to finish. Jim Cooper kept my wife and I in the loop through the entire process. What is usually a confusing and difficult to understand process became an upfront and efficient experience. All work was thoroughly explained and done perfectly. I am very happy with the work that was done there. I walked in for an estimate and they gave me an estimate quickly. I was finished in less than ten minutes for the estimate. The price was less than I expected. They ordered the parts and painted them and then called me when everything was ready. The repairs were made the same day that I brought it in. I chose them because they had the best ratings online from the highest number of customers. (A high rating would mean nothing if they have only 5 reviews.) They had many positive reviews.. This is a well established, well-organized place that knows what they are doing. Very happy with everything.

I have used them twice and both the time the job was well done. They have very friendly and helpful front office. Most of the insurance companies know them so the claim payment and appraisal etc goes very smooth.- After the repair, car looked as if the accident never happened.- They arrange rental cars and you can pickup/drop off at the shop- Explain you the repair process very well- Daily status updates are really usefulThey are busy and the entire process of getting an appointment, estimate and repair can take more than usual.

I gave a call to them and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I reached there and handed over my keys and asked them if they could fix it early as my son's birthday was approaching and I badly was in need of my car. They promised me that they will give it and they gave my car back almost 4 days in advance. They did outstanding just b and my car looks just like new. Everyday I was getting update with photo and they even helped me in setting up a rental car and all the necessary communication with my insurance everything they took care off.I'm very happy with the service and would recommend my friend to go to them if need be.

Excellent service, but poor attention to details.Progress updates with pictures were sent via email. Loved that.Quality of work was alright. Body panels were fixed, paint matched, total time fixing was fairly quick.Attention to details was very poor. Car was delivered with very obvious panels out of alignment, incorrect parts used, parts incorrectly installed, and they forgot to honor fixing something they forgot last time. I think this was all due to all the work they need to complete in a short amount of time. The quicker you get the car out, the quicker you get paid and the next car in.If you want your car fixed quick, this is the right place. If you want it to look like it was never in an accident, this may not be the place.

The work was well done and the car was returned clean and in excellent condition. They also worked directly with my insurance company which made the process very easy for me. Only complaint is that the repairs took about 2 weeks for a headlight, body panel and bumper cover. This seems like a long time even accounting for parts delivery time and a day for the insurance re-estimate.

Very happy with my experience at Woburn Foreign Auto Body. Polite and friendly service and great communication, including their website where daily pictures were uploaded of the progress on my car. Their repair is still holding up well after 6 months and looks factory. The repair took a week longer than originally estimated, but they unexpectedly weren't able to find a used door to fit and had to order a new one (and paint it), so that's understandable.

I have used Woburn Foreign Auto Body twice now and have been absolutely pleased with the service there, both automotive and behind the counter. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and I really appreciated the regular updates and ability to check my car's progress on the website. I also appreciated that WFAB took care of all interactions with my insurance company and with Enterprise to arrange for a rental car while my own car was in the shop. Pricing seemed quite reasonable, right in line with my insurance estimate. Finally, the cleaning of my car inside and out was a very nice bonus. Hopefully I won't need their services again in the near future, but if anything should happen to my car, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
