I WENT TO THIS STORE TO BUY A PART FOR MY TOYOTA RAV4 ON FEBRUARY 13TH. THE MAN WHO WAS WORKING AT CASH REGISTER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME. I INTEND TO NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. ZERO STAR

Needed to replace the small 12v battery in my Toyota Prius. My local dealer was out of stock but the parts person there told me that, if I went onto the Toyota website, I might get better parts pricing buying on line than over the counter and still pick up at a not-too-distant dealer rather than wait for shipping.Sure enough, I was able to get a list of compatible-battery part numbers, check which dealers had inventory, and get a small but appreciated 10% discount. Ended up at Woburn (MA) Toyota, who's cheery parts person (is that allowed?) Had me out the door, battery in hand, in minutes.Note: Available discounts vary by pickup location and part number. There might be rhyme and reason to that but, if so, I didn't catch on to what it might be.Also, and this was a surprise, the cost from Toyota was less than all three after-market parts suppliers I checked. Didn't see that coming.

We recently went into Woburn Toyota after visiting a few other dealerships in search of a used car. I will say that this dealership by far is one of the best I have been to. Sebastian was our sales associate and he was great and super helpful, also not pressuring us to buy a vehicle but took the time to understand what we were looking for and show us what they had in inventory. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and this is the first time I was 100% fine with the dealer fees, as the service here wen't above and beyond. They even have a delivery team to help show you the features of your newly purchased car. A great experience overall.

Gabriel is very nice salesman. He helped me al lot to buy my first car. He explained a lot to me about Toyota RAV4. He is patient and so kind. Really appreciate it and recommend him if you want to buy a new car.

I just have to take a minute here to praise the entire staff over at Woburn Toyota! From Sebastien the salesman to JC the finance guy and even Dan the man I signed my paperwork with. They were all phenomenal to work with. They beat any price I could find and helped to get my payment down to what I could afford. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Sales person Lurgy was very helpful and did a great job in assisting in the purchase of our new toyota She was Great to deal with and once car was ready Santa helped to explain all the new features. everybody was willing to help with any questions, tips etc.

Do not bring your car here for servicing. I decided to get a second opinion before forking over 2500.00. The mechanic who I contacted fixed my car for under $1000.00. He also said that has had this happen A LOT when dealing with Woburn Toyota's servicing department. I am extremely disappointed. The service department works on commission so the more they can charge you, the more they make.

Super Grateful for the knowledgeable assistance from the parts department. They helped me find a somewhat obscure bulb needed for my SUV, and nicely answered a few other car questions.

Called looking for a lower radiator hose for my Tacoma. Since I did not have the parts number, the Parts Department sent me an email with a PDF diagram while still on the phone so we could confirm we were talking about the same part. They did not have it in stock, but helped search all nearby dealers and gave me some pointers about where to get the component. Extremely helpful!

Takes long too get the part sometimes I do my own work now cause toyota bent my fuel rail of course they didn't tell me.so I had too spend 130$ after 3000$ head gasket repair and timing chain yea my car isn't running great they did something wrong it was never like this before and I fear it will never be the same.

They're in the new building now. Looks nice... They moved the parts counter to a counter in the back of the showroom. Crazy if you ask me.
