I came in right after work after I got out and found my tire was flat, I quickly rushed over there where Dan was more than eager to help me out. Dan had an awesome attitude and made the whole process effortless. I m thankful because I wasn t sure they would take being so close to their closing time (6pm) but Dan and staff handled my problem effortlessly

Had a tire blow out on the highway. Steve took care of me and got me 4 new tires, and an alignment and out the door same day. Great experience.Update, I found the tires for less money at Walmart and Steve honored the 30 day lowest price guarantee. No questions asked. Great guy and good customer service!

I called yesterday 4/3 ,super nice lady helped over the phone with no worries.Came in early to my 1pm appointment, Dan took me right away and helped me with ease. He was very nice and explained everything! Super helpful! They were very welcoming

Steven was very helpful when i called about needing two new tires asap for my car this morning. He was very informative about different tire brands and helpful during the whole process leading to my decision. He got my car in there at 1230 and i picked it up at the end of the day ready to go!

I have had multiple positive experiences here. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Steve. He helped me diagnose an issue with my alignment and was willing to hear my concerns and come to a solution. I would recommend to anyone to get tires here and/or tire and alignment work at Town Fair in Woburn. 10/10!

All of the staff at this location are very friendly and wonderfully patient. It is never easy when your system gets knocked out, but they did everything possible to make sure everyone was taken care of to the best of their ability. It is not my first time coming here, but it was my first time dealing with Steve. He was very welcoming and kept me up to date as things progressed.

I ve been to the Woburn location 3 times in the last few months and each visit has gone very smoothly. Whether it s been for replacing tires or removing a nail, I ve found the staff (Steve) to be friendly and the service prompt. They were even able to squeeze me in without an appointment.

Came in on a last min Wheel Alignment and even tho it was busy ( had to wait but got me in ) these guys were great Steve on the counter was very helpful

Steve is a delight! Friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere, he made sure that I knew my options and went with a top performer that wouldn't break the bank. He put me at ease immediately and wasn't overly salesy, which is a major plus over most dealership experiences I've had.I've been coming to this TFT for tires for years, and I always have a positive experience. SO glad I called again today -- same-day total tire replacement AND lots of laughs on a Saturday afternoon? Who can beat that?

Never going back here. They broke my Audi s wheel s center cap and denied to fix it or reimburse me for it.Front desk outright refused and said We did not break it even though they were the ones to hand it to me after replacing my tire.Great job on customer service and satisfaction!You just lost >$1000 worth of potential business from me over $28-$40 bucks.

Dan was very attentive and helpful. He assessed my situation and answered all of my questions. He even made sure I was getting the best value for my money and not spending more than I had to. Appointment was at 12:30, I left the store at 12:45. Great service

If I hadn t had Dan and Jordan to help me with my punctured tire, I have no idea how my nine year old child and I would have made it home. Ever wonder if there are angels on this Earth? Go to Town Fair Tire and ask for either Dan or Jordan (shout out to Kevin as well). You guys are my angels

Came in for a set of new tires had not clue what I needed it. Dan took the time to show me a few options and suggested a good price tire for my car. He also explained a good maintenance routine for the tires to last longer. Very happy with this service. Thank you

My elderly father brought in his vehicle to Woburn to have four new tires mounted and when he came home we saw later that day a wheel stud bolt was completely sheered off! That's probably why they have that generic disclaimer on their invoice about 'due to your vehicle type we require you come back for torque checks twice ...' Of course when we noticed the broken nut Saturday evening, they were closed Sunday. I know it would be a blame game when he brings it in where they'd blame something like he could have hit a pot hole after leaving the store etc. etc. I wound up grinding and punching that broken bolt stud out and put in a new one myself, but the fact they impacted a wheel stud hard enough to stretch sheer it off was pure carelessness. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt where they may not have observed the nut break off at the store, else that would be insane if they let an old man drive off like that. Checking all the other nuts on the car I can see it was a case of lazy full on impact gun hammering. Terrible.

Steve was super attentive and was able to squeeze me in to get a flat repair. He also was able to recheck tire balancing to make sure things were correct from last install.

Steve was incredibly helpful. Town Fair Tire got my new tire in two days and had me in and out in an hour with a new tire and an alignment. It was affordable and efficient. I ll definitely be back.

I had the best experience at Town Faire Tire in Woburn. Although, there should be someone dedicated to answer the phone the staff did a fantastic job multitasking. The service provided by Steve and his team was great! Even had a couple of laughs! Thank you Steve! I highly recommend Town Faire Tire!

Steve did a good job of understanding what I needed. There was an issue when the tech put on my summer tires (winter tire switch) he forgot to rotate. Steve took care of it.

Steven has been my husband's "go to" tire guy at our local Town Fair Tire and now I know why!I usually get intimidated whenever I need to deal with auto related items (auto part stores, dealerships, gas stations etc). Steven is the perfect gentleman and put me at ease as soon as we met. He got me in and out quickly and I would highly recommend him to anyone who feels anxious or timid when needing tire services.

Dan and crew were helpful, courteous, and quick. I have a car with uncommon sized tires, but they have a big selection and had them in stock. They also alerted me to a pressure sensor issue and fixed it for $50 when I had it estimated to be 200 elsewhere.

The store manager, Dan was super helpful, I went in for some work that was overlooked at another TFT location. He was happy to hear my situation and he took care of the tpms unit for free. It was nice to have the work comped, but what mattered the most was how empathetic and understanding he was when handling the issue. I highly recommend this place!

I got flatbed-towed in to the store with less than 2 hours left in their day on the Saturday of Fourth of July weekend. Steven wasn t sure they d have what I needed or would be able to fit me in. I didn t know what I was going to do! He walked around and found what I needed, ordered something else that I needed and got it all done before they closed. Steven showed incredible knowledge and provided fantastic customer service. I know where I ll be going for all my tire needs!

The computer system had gone down shortly before I arrived for my scheduled appointment. There were several angry customers who were being rude to the staff. The staff stayed professional and attempted to help everyone. Dan was incredibly helpful and professional. He and his team handled this stressful situation with poise. As soon as the system came back up the team quickly helped everyone. I've been a town fair tire customer for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dan s the man! This guy took care of EVERYTHNG!I had my car towed and just called and had them meet the tow company and grab the key. Saved me a trip and they got the tire super cheap and did all the work in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I had a problem at this store in the past. I got a flat tire and left the tire at the store at 3pm after calling ahead and being told it was ok. I was told to return at 5:00 and the tire would be ready. When i arrived at 5:00 the tire was in the same place i left ( against the counter) it at 3pm untouched and not repaired. I wanted an apology from the jerk but he wasnt man enough to admit he goofed and instead pretended he was on a phone call to avoid me. Steve stepped in and took care of my tire within 1 hour.Recently I decided to return and buy 4 tires for my truck, Steve took care of me this time. And i had no problems Steve takes care of his customers and tries to do the right thing. Thank you Steve.If it wasnt for the fool i would give this place 5 stars.

Steve was great. Great customer experience and did right by me. The tire order got messed up and Steve took care of my situation and got me squared away. Will always recommend town fair tire in Woburn. Incredible customer service. Will continue to bring them my business.
