I found Titan Glass online and decided to go with them based on the reviews and I couldn't be happier. Due to a family emergency they were able to reschedule my service date and the communication with both Carla and Shaun the owner was exceptional. On the day of my appointment Shaun was early, waiting for my arrival and ready to do the install. It was was clear to me that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his replacements and I'm so glad I didn't go to the national chain replacement shop my insurance company sends people to save $ at the consumer's expense. I have had my new windshield for about a month with absolutely no issues. Couldn't be happier with my Titan Auto Glass experience!

I don t usually leave reviews but Titan deserves it. Excellent work, couldn t be happier. Zero problems after a month+ of winter, snow and rain.Went with Titan instead of $afelite because I only wanted to have the windshield replaced ONCE. Titan delivered. Your insurance WILL approve Titan, the process was easy. They come to you. Shaun is a great guy, fun to chat with and did a perfect job. I m a stickler for small details, usually I can spot something minuscule that doesn t matter but would still bother me. Not this time! Shaun s work surpassed my expectations. Fitment is perfect, zero problems after a month+ of snow/rain storms. A+.Support local businesses, go with Titan! They REALLY know what they re doing and are miles ahead of the competition in terms of quality and experience.

The customer service can t be beat! Shaun, Kayla and Erika were all attentive and helped guide me through the whole insurance process and dealing with weather delays. Installation was done very meticulously, and even my transponder was reinstalled. Couldn t be happier with the result, and love working with independent business owners!!!

Shaun, the owner and sole installer at Titan, is a perfectionist. I have a semi-classic car that I m very picky about that ended up with a smashed windshield. Shaun s install left it better than before. He ll always remove all the trim and wipers and carefully fix/prime any rust after the old windshield comes off. More than you can expect from many otherwise highly rated shops. Supporting staff is excellent to work with as well.

It was a true pleasure working with Titan Auto Glass to replace the windshield on my Mazda3.Shaun was absolutely phenomenal to work with; not only was the replacement flawless, but Shaun was so kind and shows a genuine appreciation/care for his customers and the cars he works on.I would absolutely recommend Titan for anyone looking for auto glass replacement/repair. Just when I lost faith that anyone cares about honesty and great customer service anymore, Shaun from Titan shows up. He successfully diagnosed a complex problem with my Audi created by a previous, sloppy body shop repair and improper installation of the glass by them. He resolved it without replacing the glass saving me hundreds of dollars. Truly amazing! You would silly to use anyone other than Titan Auto Glass.

Titan's flawless install of a replacement windshield went well beyond the obvious glass replacement. Absolutely no post replacement wind noise or leaks. Interior left totally clean, and the inside trim was replaced as if it was never disturbed.Additionally, all the cameras and electronic guidance perform as they did, which is just as important as the glass itself in modern vehicles.I have to stress that glass replacement todays cars is so much more than just the glass. I have had multiple shoddy glass replacements from well known companies that have been absolutely terrible because of trim and electronic issues that were glossed over.The best glass replacement I've ever experienced! Thank you Titan!

I needed a windshield replacement and after reading some reviews, I opted for Titan Auto Glass and was very glad I did. Shaun was extremely professional and replaced the windshield on my car in my work parking lot so I didn't even need to travel anywhere. Shaun explained the whole process with great detail and answered all of my questions. The whole process took under 2 hours and my windshield looks even better than it did before. Shaun and his team are the best! From start to finish, this was an excellent customer experience.I went with Titan after seeing all the awesome reviews, and l was not disappointed. Scheduling the work was a breeze. Pankti walked me through how to loop in insurance, and she let me know what to expect every step of the way. Shaun was every bit the friendly professional. He arrived right when he said he would, explained the replacement process, and got to it. He clearly knows his stuff -- he worked efficiently, did a beautiful job, and remained super informative and affable during the post-op review.It's rare these days to find folks who are invested in delivering quality. Titan combines superior service and workmanship for a pleasant, easy (date I say enjoyable?) replacement experience.

My windshield was replaced today. It's was a great experience with this company. The scheduling team contacted me back quickly after I had emailed them. The staff(Shaun) had come to my house in the morning and finished his job in 1 hour. He did his job very well. He peeled all the stickers off and put them back carefully and organized the cable of Dash Cam. He made it better than the original. I will recommend Titan Auto Glass to anyone who needs windshield replacement.

I have now had two windshields replaced by Titan this year. I made the drive from Attleboro, and will again when I inevitability crack another one. When I go to Titan I know the process will be painless, done right, and with no issues. Shaun the owner, knows his craft, explains the job, and is a great personable guy. I just had my windshield replaced at home with Shaun, who came out to do the service. Shaun is great as was his scheduling team. Easy to work with and coordinate. Shaun is meticulous in his work and it is obvious he cares about his workmanship. It is also great to see and be around someone who also cares about the human relationship. He explained and educated me on things regarding the windshield, and notably, stated if there is any problem in the future, to just call him and he would address it. It is rare to have this type of assurance and kindness these days, unfortunately, it seems. BUT, I'm glad I found Shaun and his team. I found him through an online search and read the reviews too. Shaun replaced my front windshield for my 2008 Infiniti G35s a while back and now replaced the front windshield for my 2008 Lexus RX400H. The staff is amazing with communication. I had my appointment rescheduled due to weather a few times and his staff would always confirm with me to make sure I will be available. Shaun did an excellent job with the replacement windshield and also made sure I understood what not to do while the windshield is curing. I had a leak in my Expedition windshield and Titan was quick to respond. During the installation of the new windshield, the tech took the time to show me the issue with why it was leaking. He pointed out that the last company to do the install did a very poor quality job and educated me. He encouraged me to watch what he was doing. I have since referred Titan to a few family members and they have all had an excellent experience!

Called Shaun based off of reviews and they definitely are true . Shaun s a stand up guy who takes pride in his craftsman ship . No fancy truck with big company names on it . Just a one man operation. Showed up and we chatted a bunch about the automotive world and some other things . I felt like I could have talked to him all day. He explained what he was going to do and executed it in a professional manner. My car is my baby and he took great care of it . Thanks a million Shaun

Professional, Courteous and friendly. Karla in the office worked we me on where and when to replace the windshield, Shaun did a great job, he left my vehicle along with my drive way spotless. Like no one was even there. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Titan Auto Glass is the real deal. I am so impressed by their professionalism, quality of service and kindness. My Toyota Tacoma needed a new windshield and I didn t want to go to a large installer like safelite because I have read and heard the horror stories. Shaun came right to me and installed my windshield. It looks amazing. They used OEM spec and quality glass that I know is perfect for my truck. From start to finish getting my windshield replaced with Titan was a seamless experience. They answered all of my questions on the phone and walked me through the process of coordinating with my insurance. Sean went out of his way to verify all of the details of the replacement, and even caught a mistake I made in specifying the front camera features of my car. The installation and calibration were flawless and the windshield he installed is frankly better than the original one from Mazda. I'm so glad I decided to seek out Titan instead of going with one of the national shops.
