My wife and I have brought our cars to Roger s for the past 5 years. Their customer service is top notch, they make any necessary repairs quickly, and I always feel like I am getting an honest deal. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Roger s.

They were a complete mess to work with. I got into an accident back on 1/28 where my car slid into a curb due to snow and ice, dropped it off on 2/1, and I finally just got my car back today (3/6). During the past month, I have had to call them at least once a week to even get any update on the status of my vehicle. When I gave them the insurance paperwork back on 2/2, they didn't do anything with it until 2/9 when I called them and asked about it. They then wanted to charge $1050 for 3 Michelin Pilot A/S 4's ($237 a tire MSRP) after insurance, to which I said no because any other tire shop only charged around $850-$900 for the same 3 tires and installation, balancing, etc. The car was supposed to be done 3/1, and I went down on 3/4 to find out they had ordered the wrong 2 wheels that were getting replaced and didn't think to call me to give me any update on the fact that it had happened. I will never be going back here for any vehicle issue I ever have.

Very communicative staff and great service! I dropped off my car for an oil change and their free inspection showed a detailed list of things that needed attention, with no pressure from the technicians to force you into getting more done than needed

My new "go-to" mechanics in Woburn. The staff is great, very responsive. Got me in quick for a major repair, texted the PDF of work to be done for approval and called to confirm. Recommend highly!

My car broke down and AAA towed it to the closed mechanic to my home. I'm glad it ended up at Rogers Automotive because I couldn't have asked for better service. The following day I received an unprompted text with a thorough diagnosis of what issues my car had and identified priority items to take care of. I then had multiple conversations with Steve who was extremely nice and professional and worked with me to only get the repairs done that were essential to get my car back on the road. I would definitely return if I need any future repairs.

These guys are great. Smart, many of them are very knowledgeable, not just one head guy. Frank and Steve have great customer service and definitely know their stuff. the new guys Scott has been very helpful on the phone. Bottom line I would highly recommend them. They've become our go-to shop for my family's cars.They're responsive, unfailingly polite, and most important of all their work has been done right, first time, every time.Their prices seem to be in line with other shops in the area. Not cheap, but not overly expensive, either. They'll work with you on parts prices, and give you options: OEM when available, and after-market. When one has a clear advantage over the other, they'll say so.I go there for oil changes, and I go for complicated work, and I've learned to trust their opinions.

Staff was very friendly. Dropped my car off for unknown A/C and Heat issues. Called back and asked them to check another issue since it was already in the shop and they were more than accommodating. Both issues were diagnosed same day and fixed by the next day. Great communication throughout the experience. Called with updates when necessary and we re straightforward about pricing. 10/10 recommend. Will be using them again in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Had a pretty hefty repair on my vehicle that most shops would not take. Rogers was able to get me in very quickly and my car is running great. Would recommend!

I needed the AC in my vehicle fixed last minute for a Labor Day weekend trip. I called Roger s on Friday morning and they fit me in. A few hours later, the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and I was on my way. When we first brought our Sprinter van to them because it had failed inspection, they researched and found that no work was needed. This honesty is what brought us back. They did quality work, always told us what it would cost before they did it, and had the vehicle ready on time. My car broke down on the highway and Rogers was the closest mechanic that AAA recommended. The service was great, very friendly and professional. However, I spoke with some of my friends who know cars after the fact and did my own online research, and I think Rogers way overcharged for the part I needed replaced (alternator for $1000). I do have a Volvo so their parts can get pricey, but not that pricey. I recommend doing some research before agreeing to their prices.

Rogers Automotive installed a trailer hitch that I purchased and provided to them from etrailer. Dropped the car off around opening and picked up the car on the same day. They said it was something that they didn't normally do but were able to accommodate the request. They were very responsive over email and gave a fair price for the job.Service: Body & Trim

My family and I have been taking our cars to Rogers Automotive for 20 years. They are very reliable and dependable. The whole team is really great. They go above and beyond what is expected. We've never had a problem.

I arrived unannounced by tow truck on a Tuesday morning. They were friendly and professional despite being busy and me not having an appointment. A few hours later I received a call with the estimate, and the car was finished the following afternoon (alternator, belt and battery change.) Everything is expensive these days, so I can't comment on the price. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I am happy with the overall experience.

Rogers is great! Very friendly and very competent - they clearly care about customer service. All I did was take my car to them after a roadside breakdown, and they made sure I was taken care of. They went to extra trouble to make sure the transmission failure was truly a total loss before I sent my car to the junkyard. All in all, this unpleasant errand was made as pleasant as possible, and that speaks to the friendly and honest service these people give.

It s so unsettling to get your car or truck fixed, wondering if you have been given the right advice, and wondering if the price you have been quoted is competitive. None of those problems exist at Rogers automotive. This is a group of talented mechanics, and above all extremely honest. If you don t need something fixed, they ll tell you. It s refreshing. They re not just out to make a buck. Honest work, honest advice, at an honest price. It really takes the stress out of maintenance and repairs. This is my go-to place.

Rogers provides honest and professional service, and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of automotive work. From the first conversation I had with their staff, I could tell that they were sincere and very knowledgeable. They also offer a text notification system that reminds you of appointments, and provides updates on your vehicle while it's being worked on, which is extremely helpful and convenient. Overall a great experience!

Great Place for your Car !!! The Owner and his wife is really helpful and experienced. All the estimates were provided before getting the work done. Also they provide drop and pick up facility if you need one. Over all a great customer experience. Got to know that they are in business from last 30 Years. Well You have to be at your best to survive that long :)

Brought a used car here for pre-purchase inspection.They caught 3 major problems with the vehicle that would cost around 1500$ to fix and a pending code which could have caused it to fail RI inspection.Everyone was very nice and I got a detailed explanation of the report.Glad I went here!
