The absolute best in the business. No one else I will let touch my vehicle. I brought my truck to Mike after an accident and my insurance company told me it could be 3+ months till my truck was done due to the extent of the damage. Mike had it done within a couple of weeks and the truck looked better than it did from the factory. If you need a body shop for your vehicle this is the one!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I could not have had a better experience with Mike Riccardi of Mikes Auto Body. When I happen to wreck the fender and front bumper on my 2012 Dodge Challenger, I immediately took it to Mike. After speaking with him, I let him know that I am a college student and would appreciate if he could try and cut some corners to make this job as cheap as possible. Mike went above and beyond to get the correct parts and get everything painted for as cheap as possible and get my car looking amazing with a price that I was more than satisfied with. Mike does amazing quality work and will happily work with you if you're on a tight budget. 10/10 experience

Mike is awesome!My daughter damaged the front bumper on her Rogue by hitting a parking barrier.We asked for a recommendation to get it repaired, and Mike s name came up several times. I have used Mike's Auto Body for our vehicles for a number of years. Service and work are of the highest standards. Turnaround is always as promised. My sons car was hit in a parking lot. We thought it would cost of thousands in repairs. Come to find out it was a matter of cleaning/ buffing the black out of the front end of the car and the car looks better then it did before! Mike even cleaned his front light for us also. Our car was ready the next day. The shop was conveniently located, staff was accommodating and easy to talk too, they truly goAbove and beyond. Fantastic place. Our car is 20 years old and has no colision insurance. We hit a deer, hood was bent and wouldn't open. We went to one shop and got an estimate of $1,500. My wife, who loves to chat with people, talked to someone in the supermarket who raved about Mike. When I got there he had me order a hood from a junkyard he uses and said it would cost about $500. The hood cost $150. Because the car is so old I wanted our mechanic to inspect it before we put money into it. So they replaced the hood so we could open it. They didn't charge me for that. Mike really takes great care of people and will try to keep costs down. I don't think you can find many businesses like this any more.Service: Body & Trim

I have known Mike's Auto Body Shop for many many years. Mike's Auto Body did a great job fixing my SUV that was in a major accident. They also fix my son's rear bumper that was hit very timely.I would highly recommend them for any type of work needed on your car!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Through every step of the process Mike and his team kept me updated on the progress of the job and estimated time of completion. The best customer service around! I recently had a car door handle break. Super annoying! I reached out to Mike. He was not only able to get the part and replace it in less than 24 hours, he did it an extremely good price. Will absolutely go back again (as I have in the past for auto body work, too). Quality work, reasonable time frame and reasonable price. Amazing customer service.

I was backing my 1969 Camaro SS out of my garage and hit the left front fender on the side of the garage. Knowing that the car had a very difficult to match paint color I was very concerned about the paint matching. Went to Mikes Auto Body in Woburn and spoke to Mike Sr., he was friendly and knowledgeable and said he could work on it the next day. That's what I call great service. When I picked the car up, the repair and color match was perfect. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Wish I could give them an even higher rating.

I actually made a google account so I could write this review. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was my first body shop experience. I m not entirely sure what happened with my car, it was either keyed, or I swiped a tree branch or whatever could have caused the scratch on the passenger side door. But it was an eye sore and the car is a lease so I had to get it done. Mike made my experience completely effortless and answered any question I asked no matter how stupid it sounded. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning and picked it up today (Friday) I couldn t believe how quick the job was completed, there was a little bit of complication with the insurance but Mike was quick to make sure that everything was resolved for me and I was sent on my way. I will hands down always recommend mikes auto body to anyone I know who needs body work done on their car. My expectations were definitely exceeded and I will never take my car anywhere else for body work. Even though I hopefully never need body work done again...

Mike has worked on numerous Trucks/Suvs of mine in the last 20 years and has always gone above and beyond what an autobody shop does for their customers. The work overall is second to none, the Paint matching is perfect & the team there working with the insurance companies get it done right. I've always recommended Mike's to friends, family & co-workers. Look no further if seeking out a shop to take care of your car/truck.

Mike's Autobody is fantastic! Mike and his crew are Top Notch! Mike's philosophy on Customer Service is like it was "in the old days". He treats you, and your situation, as Important. You are not just a job to him, you matter. He takes the time with you because he cares. He not only cares about you, he cares about the quality of the work provided and expects the same from his staff. The little jobs are just as important to them as the big jobs. In this day and age you dont find quality workmanship, good business skills and relationship anymore. Mike's Autobody has all that and more! I highly recommend it!

My truck was hit three times in the rear in less than 8 months . Took it to Lannan Chevy twice but end result was they never matched my color blue, looked like a painted body part. So when my truck (less than 2 yrs old) got hit a third time I took to Mikes . The difference between body work and paint job was night and day . Not only professional but a fun shop to deal with it . From now on all my repairs will be done by Mikes Body shop.

My 17-year old Honda Civic's trunk latch ceased to lock, even after putting in a new OEM. Mike was great trying to unlock the mystery of the not locking lock. Mystery finally solved: the culprit was the cable which, while the release pull worked to open the trunk, would not let it re-engage again to lock it. Thank you, Mike, for your patience, and determination - and helping me avoid the expense of taking it to Honda to figure it out! Julie

My 2015 STi got hit in the rear, a hit and run near my house. I was recommended to Mike's by a good friend of mine who's whole family runs through them for anything big or small. I got my car back, and it looks PERFECT. They were very responsive on the phones, helped me with my rental car, and made sure to minimize the time of my car in the shop. Thank you to Mike & Kathy and everyone involved who helped me get my car back! 5/5 all day!

I would highly recommend Mike's Auto Body. I am a Jaguar XE owner and he made the car look as good as new within only a few days. He even repaired additional damage I didn't even notice when bringing it in without charging extra. He uses high quality materials and takes time to do the job right.
