We brought in our Nissan Altima after the check engine light came on, they diagnosed the problem as needing 3 new timing solenoids. They also noted that the car needed brake pads and rotors so we opted to do that as well. However, after performing the brake and solenoid work, they called with a new estimate to replace the axle for a ticking sound while braking that we had never experienced before. We opted to not fix this issue and experience it ourselves first, it was obvious this was a new problem that only started after they replaced the brakes. We took it back to them to review the brake work, however they still insisted that the ticking problem was needing a new axle, and actually implied that maybe we didn't brake hard enough to hear it before bringing it in initially! We took the car to a trusted mechanic we had used in the past, it turns out they had dropped and/or damaged the rotors before installing them, and the axle was perfectly fine. I was expecting to get a refund for the faulty brake job, but they won't even refund the price of the damaged rotors I brought back to them. Would absolutely recommend avoiding the Kelly Nissan service department at all costs!

After being told my oil change would be no charge it ended up being $75. I was told an hour it would take when it took almost 2 hours. I would not bring it in for service again and will be going to my usual place.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I towed my car there after setting up an appointment, was told it was going to get inspected today. I explicitly said, if you can not look at my car today please let me know and I will tow it somewhere else.Juan assured me that is was going to be diagnosed but not fixed. Now it s the end of the day, and I reached out to them to be told they haven t looked at it. Since they close early I don t have time to tow it to another location and it s stuck there until Monday.Your prices are already outrageous, atleast be up front and honest about what you can and can not do. When things happen, and you can t follow through with what was communicated, have the courtesy to reach out to people proactively.

I took my Rogue in for the first time, after having purchased it a year ago. I liked the reception and service waiting area. The service was timely completed and the car washed. I was surprised the first oil change was free! I also found the windshield wipers to be very cost-competitive to aftermarket parts, so I grabbed a set at Part, and Service put them on for free. Love the experience, will be back!

They forgot to reassemble a very important component after oil change and brake job. Brand new truck, was driving fine before they did the routine work. Truck was undriveable upon return. Gave us the run-around on the phone. Had to bring truck back ourselves. They called to say it was the MAP sensor and that it would cost $800 to repair.It wasn't MAP sensor. We had to argue with the mechanic and wait for the boss to call us...at which point he acknowledged they had forgotten to reassemble something they had taken apart during a safety inspection.My mechanic father, and my mechanic coworkers all agreed $800 for a 5 minute replacement of a $20 part is beyond dishonest. Regardless that wasn't the issue anyway, that was the result of a lazy diagnosis or scam.Seriously dissapointed with the service. I understand mistakes happen, I make them all the time. But the response to the mistake that they made was totally unacceptable.Services: Brakes, Oil change
