If is quality car repair you are looking for, I truly recommend Hynes Colition . They repaired my vehicle in a snap and at a low cost, no one can tell my car was ever involve in an accident. Looking as new as it was before I got hit.Hynes Colition, YOU ROCK!! Lee up the good work and THANK YOU!!

The crew at Hynes Collision Woburn did a great job taking care of my vehicle. The process from the moment I walked in the door was seamless. Donna took a look at my vehicle and gave me a realistic timeframe for repair, handled all of the insurance paperwork for me and made the phone call to assist me with my rental. The repair was completed on time, communication was excellent and what better, the car came out of the shop, cleaner than it went in. If you're curious if customer service is still a thing, then bring the vehicle to Hynes. Donna will make it happen.

THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Hynes Collision was absolutely the best collision center I have ever dealt with in all my years, They did not sugar coat anything, Donna and all her staff are 100 percent professional, kind, and VERY persistent on keeping me updated about my vehicle with when parts arrived, and day it would be ready for pick up . Other places I have dealt with in the past would change stories constantly, push the dates back for when it would be ready etc, not Donna , and her personality is just all around awesome! I am absolutely recommending Hynes to anyone who needs work done.

Took my car here for work after an accident. There work is fantastic, it looks like nothing ever even happened to my car, and drives the same as it did before the accident.They went above and beyond not fixing the damages, but also detailing my car. I haven't seen the interior look this good since I bought it

Hands down best service from start to finish. Donna helped with the pick up and drop off for my rental. Her team took care of all my concerns and left my car better then I could have imagined. Strongly recommend for the customer service and the quality of their work.

I would highly recommend Hynes Collision of Woburn. While the insurance company was a complete hassle to deal with, Donna at Hynes was professional, responsive & understanding. Car looks brand new after being repaired at Hynes Collision of Woburn...they're careful and meticulous with their work!

Had my Explorer body work repaired here recently. Super happy with their service and professionalism. They ALWAYS answered the phone and answered follow up questions promptly. Under Promised and over delivered! The new doors and paint work is 100%!!! The staff is super friendly as well. On a busy Friday morning they still greet you with a bright smile.

I had a great experience with Hynes collision center of Woburn. They are always right on time with repairs and they never turn you away when they are slam. The manager always makes things work to make sure you re satisfied with your repair and experience. Highly recommend

I had my first accident and could not find a reliable place without reading the reviews on how they did. I kept reading about the owner Donna was very responsible and helpful to her customers and I can say I had the same response from her. She did an amazing job in assuring me that everything would be great. I blame my insurance for not communicating faster with them but definitely would recommend for anyone on the fence for their help. Thank you again Donna and the crew that helped out. The work they did was ok, but there was tape still stuck to my roof and sanding disc's wedged between the door and tailgate and to top it off someone there stole a ton of change out of the compartment under the radio that you would have to search to find it. No reason for them to be in there when the work is on the outside.

Donna I d an angel from above. She had the best communication. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car with her team. She said 30 days and she got it back in exactly 30 days. My insurance company apparently was being a nightmare, but they were no match to Donna the manager there. Phenomenal customer service and work! I am so incredibly thankful for Tammy, Louie, and all of the staff here. I got into an accident on my morning commute and my entire bumper fell off of my car. When I contacted this shop that same morning, they were able to take me in immediately. My bumper was reattached to the car within minutes and I was able to safely drive it once again. I drove though what I though was dry paint. It was not!!!! My beautiful new car was splattered on the wheel wells, tires, and part of the trim. I spoke with the dealer he said it would wear off, "too much work to get off". Well Nino at Hynes got it off made my car beautiful again for a very reasonable amount of money. Everyone there is so helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I was a customer of Jimmy Mahoney last year, and the service was great so I called in December for service on another vehicle and was informed the business was sold to Hynes Collision Center. The service provided by Hynes was excellent. There was extensive damage to my vehicle and the quality of the work was superb. I was kept informed throughout the process by the Shop Manager, Donna DiVenuti, and Donna continued to follow up with my insurance company to ensure the claim was processed accordingly. My car was recently hit in a parking lot and there was quite a bit of damage to the front end, this brought me into Hynes Collision Center in Woburn. Donna was very helpful through the whole process and answered all of my questions. She updated me throughout the course of the repair and my vehicle was done within six business days. Not to mention they cleaned it inside and out! Although I hope I don t need them in the near future, I m telling everyone who will listen, go see Donna at Hynes Collision Center in Woburn!Service: Painting

Initially I wasn't happy with the service reps, then Donna, service manager stepped in and took control of the situation. She did a good job and everything went well after that.It did take roughly around 45 days to complete the work on my car, which was initially estimated to be completed in 9 business days.
