I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Hogan Tire in Woburn, MA. I got a nail in my tire and needed it repaired. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do it or if I'd have to purchase new tires for my car. I was so surprised when they told me that the technician could fix it, and that it was covered from the last time I purchased tires in 2021. These honest employees didn't try to sell me on new tires. They told me that I might want to change out my two front tires after another 1-2 oil changes, and that my back tires still looked great. They saved me hundreds of dollars today, and I am so grateful.

I m not really happy with their service. Customer service is good, no issues with that, but .At first moment everything was good, but then I realized that they make big mistake. I changed 4 tires, no problem, except that 1 tire was 30 psi, other 1 was 38 and other 2 36 This isn t normal, not safe. I also ask twice to put couple screws for protection under the wheel wing, but never happen. I also ask to change oil, they did it, and I asked to use 0W-20 oil, but they use 5W-20.. I know, it s not a big deal, but i ask about this kind of favor.It s first time experience with Hogan Tire, hopefully they will make it better..

Very poor service. Made an appointment to get oil changed. Drove an hour and had to change schedule to make appointment When I arrived they told me I needed to leave car. Counter person did not care that I made an appointment I will give my business to Fahey Tire. Their customer service is much better

Great shop for tire repair. Have had rim leaks fixed twice by this place and it's quick and simple. You make an appointment, the take the car, fix the tire, and charge you ~$45. I have had so many issues with other shops in Boston that I came back here. Thank you for doing good and quick work!

We had an emergency,flat up on 93Had to have tow driver drop us w/car to replace with new tire.First we went w/tow to a neighboring tire store (no need to name names)And we were not received very well.Rude and unprofessional in fact!!Back in the tow truck to Hogan witch was next door.Three gentlemen were present and were so helpful and professional.They quoted a range of time and followed through.If any tire or car issues crop up we know where we ll be heading.Carrie Means

You get what you pay for with Hogan Tire. EP. Outstanding customer service during the waiting period. More importantly the quality of the work is exceptional. My car drove perfectly straight after getting the new tires. Thanks guys, James C.

Everyone here was so kind and helpful! They were so efficient and thorough with everything that needed to be fixed on my car! I am so glad I came here and will only go here for all my car needs from now on!

The folks at Hogan were excellent. I had the misfortune of a non-repairable puncture and an urgent need to retire the car. The team was able to source tires suited for an EV and complete change in 24hours. They were extremely communicative and friendly, especially in articulating how the tire damage was not repairable. Highly recommend their service.

I brought my pick up truck for a tire alignment today and somehow these guys managed to be able to do the alignment and have the vehicle wheel drive setting stuck in "low range".I returned to see if they could fix that and their response was to day that "they didn't have anything to do with that" and that their "technicians had already left for the day".Very unreliable service, very poor company and lack of care for customers.Now I have to drive to a different mechanic and to see if I get can get this fixed elsewhere by someone who knows to treat cars and human beings better.

Colin and Joe are great! Top notch service. This is the first place I ve encountered that will assist you with your Michelin tire warranty. Town Fair down the corner wouldn t do it. They simply wanted to sell me a different tire. Hogan Tire delivered!

Hogan tire never disappoints and have never had to return after getting tires balanced and aligned for any reason I m a second generation customer (my father was a loyal customer too) . I m sure anyone that reads this can contest to hearing stories of poor workmanship that lead to a return visit to have vibration corrected. This has NEVER happened in all the years of hogan service. Ps the staff is as knowledgeable and professional as they come and will give you all the information you need and with pricing options if available.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a company. The guys at Hogan tire in Woburn are outstanding. From Colin helping me schedule my winter tire change over for 3cars, the clean comfortable waiting room and the fast service it was all super. I have bought tires there and was so pleased I had my brother in law buy his winter wheels and tires there and he has been happy as well. Thanks again to the whole crew at Hogan tire Woburn.

Best tire shop around. Fast and friendly service. Great prices. No interest in overselling. When it's time for the free rotation? In and out, no waiting around like other shops that make you wait endless time for free services so you are less inclined to do them.

I recently had 4 new tires installed on my daughters Honda Accord. The installation was perfect and the team at Hogan helped us pick out the best tires based on her driving. We have Ben. Back twice due to someone hitting a curb and running over a nail and the Hogan team is always very professional and accommodating. I know where I will buy my tires for in the future!

Two weeks ago I decided to call Hogan in Woburn for a set of tires. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any tire dealer. The effort they made in my behalf was truly outstanding! Also, this dealer is so clean and cooperative that I would never go anywhere else. I was so pleased that I decided write a review and I have been singing their praises to everyone!!

In a world where it seems like customer service in service businesses is increasingly lacking, Hogan Tire is a notable exception. From the initial professional and polite intake telephone call to the in-person greeting upon appointment arrival, the folks at Hogan Tire (specifically Corey and Colin) are a breath of fresh air. The business lounge provides a quiet, clean, comfortable and climate-controlled area to wait for your vehicle. Seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommend this business.

Great service and fair prices. The guys who work at the store are friendly and accommodating. They let you know right away when your car is done via text on your phone. I highly recommend buying tires at hogan tire Woburn.

I visited Hogan in Woburn at the suggestion of their competitor Town Fair. I had bought 4 General tires from them 3 yrs ago but had just blown one. They claimed they had no exact replacement because General changed the model to one with a different tread that could not be combined with my 3 good tires (less than 20,000 miles) but offered me a small discount if I bought 4 new ones.Instead, I located a replacement on the internet which Town Fair refused to mount. Instead they suggested Hogan.What a difference! Town Fair is a dark, disorganized mess. By comparison, Hogan is a bright, clean,, customer-pleasing business. My agent Colin saw me within minutes. I explained my problem and he took immediate care. He quoted me a reasonable price for removing the blown tire, installing and balancing the new one. He estimated it would be done in an hour in fact, it took about 40 minutes.What a difference! I d been a Town Fair customer for more than 20 years and it meant nothing to them. You could not call them because they never answered their phone and could not leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. By contrast, Hogan was like visiting my Mass General internist. Efficient, clean, organized customer focused.Hogan Woburn is this 80-yr-old s Hogan s Heroes. My new tire place for now on!

Corey of Hogan Tires & Auto at Woburn, MA had kept his promise to ensure all my requests were met. I started coming to Hogan just for tires related issues but found them quite diligent and now they are my go to mechanics for auto maintenance. Hopefully I wouldn't need any major repairs down the road.

Wicked smooth tire purchase experience. Found, the tires I wanted on Hogan's website (best total installed price for these Good Year Tires). Made the draft appointment, received a call in 10 minutes to confirm the time and availability of the tires. Dropped off night before and car was done by 11am. Great support, great price, great customer service/communication.

Hogan gave me a good price on the tire I wanted. They were also able to do the work (4 tires, 4 wheel alignment) immediately, which was great. They also took care of an issue with my windshield wiper arm! Great job! I always go to Hogan for tires and other things and they never disappoint!

I've taken my car to Hogan's in Woburn for years and have always been very happy with the service. It's easy to get an appointment, the service staff are always polite and helpful (Corey this time) and, most importantly, they get the job done as promised.

I just had Hogan-Woburn perform some major service today. These people are the BEST. They do not try to upsell or force you into anything. They do make recommendations and give you the pricing up front as well. That's fine with me as I am planning to perform these services over the next few months. Hogan's personnel are honest, friendly, competent and really understand the meaning of customer service. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. These days it is hard to find honest repair shops that have very competitive pricing. I recently got ripped off by their neighbor (WT) and have made the decision to have only Hogan-Woburn perform service on my vehicle and any vehicle I own in the future. Hogan-Woburn, keep up the good work! You have a customer for life.

This place is awesome. Niko made it a smooth and easy process. I had a blown out front passenger tire on my audi and it was fixed within 24 hours. These guys at Horgan made it very easy and we re friendly. I ll be going back for future tire issues.

I have been very pleased with Hogan. I go to them for all my car maintenence on both my Infiniti and my husband's mini van. They are helpful, honest, quick and have great communication including appointment reminders and status of the diagnosis and repair. All repairs have been reasonably priced and high quality, most recently brakes on one and exhaust on the other. I'll also point out they keep to their time frames, getting my vehicle repaired an hour before I needed it back.

This was our second experience with Hogan Tire in Woburn. The first time we had no issues, had a flat tire and received a replacement at a fair price. The second time we had a flat tire, we received a replacement at a fair price BUT was told there was an additional $885 charge to replace a striped lug nut and stud. Took our car back to our mechanic and he repaired it and didn't even charge us anything. Can't quite comprehend the difference.

I have been using Hogan for years, and have always been more than satisfied with their work, attention to detail, and honesty. In fact, most repairs were not even tire-related, they are competent in many areas. I highly recommend them.

If I could give a zero star I would. Showed up to Woburn store in a panic because I just drove over a nail at 4:40pm. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and asked if they could help me out by fixing because I have to drive my son to hockey game. The guy was super non apologetic and said no that is a 45 minute job and we close in 20 minutes. Really disappointing. Drove next store to Town Tire and they couldn't of been nicer and took care of me. It was a quick job. Let's just say Hogan has lost a customer to Town Tire.

I have been bringing my car to Hogan Tire for years but I think this is the first time I've actually bought tires. They recommended a tire for me and coincidentally, I had my car inspected the next day and unsolicited, the mechanic asked me about my tires and said they are great ones. I have always found the service at Hogan Tire to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It is convenient for after hours drop off and pick up. I'll use them again and recommend to my friends. Thank you.
