What a lovely experience I had at this dealership. David Robinson took me on a test drive and handled everything on the same day. Was able to drive my new vehicle home that day! He wasefficient, nice and knowledgeable. Clean restrooms, coffee, snack station. Lots of staff for support. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Colonial was the only dealer who called me back when I was in the beginning stages of looking for a new car. After visiting, and working with Ed - who helped me get exactly what I wanted, for a great price, I am more than satisfied with my choice too work with Colonial for my purchase. Every step of the way I was kept in the loop about the status of my order, its arrival and when the big day finally came - it was a seamless, painless experience! Highly Recommended!Update Added 2/9/2024 - So because I have the best luck ever, the service and body shop were able to get my car back to brand new after an "amazing" driver backed up into it in a parking lot and left nothing but a destroyed hood.

Awesome people, awesome mechanics, Vanita was amazing and made sure I was taken care of the whole time. My car was in good hands and the loaner was a plus. They detailed my car and it looks like a brand new car that needed a lot of work. Everyone was amazing.

I recently spec'd out and purchased a CT4-V Black Wing from this dealership and it was by far the best car buying experience I've had buying a new vehicle. Since a manual Black Wing was impossible to find on a dealer lot I reached out to the Woburn team and they were able to get me an allocation at MSRP. I can't say enough about Alex, John and Steve at Cadillac of Woburn. Not only were they driven to get me into what I wanted but they were responsive to questions and requests but sold it to me at MSRP when these could easily command 5 - 10k over sticker in the right environment. If you are interested in a Cadillac or similar GM product look no further than Cadillac of Woburn. When the time comes to trade in or upgrade it won't even be a question of where my first stop will be.-WB

Customer service in the service department is horrible. Zero follow up while your car is being repaired. Promises to have car ready the next morning which it wasn t. If I didn t call before they closed I would ve never known my car was ready. They fail to clean the front interior as advertised.I highly recommend purchasing a car from them. It was hands down the best experience buying a car. My salesman Dennis and the sales manger were great.

Thank you for inquiring, but I cannot say it was a good experience. I feel I was taken advantage of. I was charged $72 to plug my tire. I would have gone to my local gas station who would have done it for $10 or free. I'm actually pretty upset about it. I travel over 60 miles to have my service done at Colonial because that's where I bought my car. I came in for the 2nd replacement of a recalled part and mentioned I had a screw in my tire. I was pretty shocked when they were done and there was a bill for $72. Also Colonial still owes me for my initial inspection which was not done when I purchased the car.

We had issues with our Escalade brakes, and it took them a while to correctly diagnose since it was a very odd/uncommon issue. At the end of the day, they fixed the problem and made the delay right by us. Things will always come up...it's how they are handled that makes the difference in my opinion. Colonial did that for us. Thank You.

unfortunately, the service experience has declined a little bit in recent visits.. This time they Didn t have my car ready as promised even though they knew I had to get my children at school at three even though my car was dropped off before my 845 appointment. Also, I had a coffee in the car and they spilt it all over failed to notice and didn t pick it up The time before they didn t vacuum out the car. No big deal. But I continue to hear the staff complained about how shortstaffed they are. I guess as a customer you don t really want to hear that. If staffing is an issue, I would book less appointments. However, the service staff that book the appointments are very kind and supportive and nice and really try to make up for everything.I know since Covid all work industries are suffering so I don t wanna be harsh. I m just trying to be honest. We re all human and trying to do our best

Disappointed and surprised how low quality was my experience. I had to bring the car in so the door handle can be replaced (an issue from the car maker and not something I did) I was expecting a loaner but I was told no loaners were available but they had contracted with enterprise. I was expecting that the car from enterprise will be ready for me to drive off, but NOPE I had to wait to get picked up and taken to the rental office, did not have my wallet so they would not give me a car. As the dealer, when you contract, the rental should have been ready for me to drive away with it with a simple signature. I had to go home and drive again to the dealer to drop off my car Sunday night since my appt was setup for Monday. Again, not the service that I am used to receiving from Cadillac, and the (we don't have a loaner and we don't have anyone to pick u up or pick up your car) is not an acceptable excuse.

Where to begin... the disappointment on this dealership goes above and beyond but first I want to take a moment to say thank you to Eddie Mcmullin and tonie for really trying to make this sale to work, but I have to said Steve Sousa not sure of the spelling on his last name but this guy made impossible to make this sale. I done over 10 deal with the same bank same situation outstate and we never encounter so many inconvenience starting with lies saying Massachusetts dosen't do temp tags in outstate sales or making it impossible to provide purchase order with subject to trade we when back and forward for 6 days until the bank said something is wrong in here we do not advise to work with them, you guys made my blood pressure go up and the stress you guys cause is incredible I will not recommend anybody to make business there. Gm corporate will hear from me also the owner of that dealership as well thanks for nothing.

I made appointment aprox 2 weeks in advance fot Grease Filter Oil Change Tire Rotatation new windshield Wipers frontAir Filter Engine and Cabin i had a FREE paper for Free Oil Change Free Filter Free Tire Rotattion i the service was very good while i waited in waiting room very friendly peopleMy vehicle is running wellI do have one disgression i thought using my 18.00 GM points the bill ended up $291.00With my Free Service paper i had for free grese oil filter change and tire rotation with gm points i addes air filter for engine air filter for cabin and windshield wiper blades front ontly made bill net $291.00 ijust a bit concerned about the cost but other than that service was good. Dear Alex with the special aper i had in my hand and that you approved i thought where i was a second time around customer at your facilty i was not going to be hit with any billing at end of my service and that you would of taken care of me as a second time customer lease and buyout customer but as it turned out i ended up aying a high bill anyways even with my GM Points and free oil change and tire rotationI did not feel as anything special customer there at all i was thinking seriously of trading my XT4 Cadillac with 25000 miles on it in Mint Condition Black for a new one but i like to be treated as a good customer other delears in the past Mercedes CadillacChevrolet would treat me different i wouldnt pay for small items trading it off as a good customer in good standing to get further new car busines but i just felt someone off the street walk in you people never met just turned me around being ex business owner i would never tret my customers like that without customers you have no businessI learned the customer is King!!Also Randy King Yelled at me one time and told me never to come back there again!!Very Very Poor business lost control and in anger took it out on me i never forgot that i hope GM Cadillac does find out about thus uts in poor standards what was done to me charging me and people yelling at me

While several issues had cropped up after the initial estimate and the repairst ook much longer than expected, they explained the reasons why and worked with me on the bill at the end of it all. Renata and her colleague were professional at all times and I thank them for their hard work in successfully correction the several complex problems I was experiencing.

Went to Colonial Cadillac Woburn for oil change & inspection sticker and let me tell you . The very best experience I ve ever had !! Everyone was friendly and they couldn t accommodate me enough . The entire service took about 40 minutes with a car wash at the end . I would definitely highly recommend Colonial Cadillac for all your automotive needs!!SML

Recently was told I had an internal leak in the radiator. I had it replaced for a cost of over two thousand dollars. A few weeks later the thermostat had to be replaced. It was covered under the powertrain warranty. My question is why a thermostat and not a radiator was covered. Doesn't make any sense to me. Haven't been able to get any answers on that one.

My family member recently took her car their for two front tires. A few months went by and she ended up going to another Cadillac dealer for service closer to her house. When they inspected the car. It was determined that Colonial put the two brand new tires on wrong. The other Cadillac dealer was in shock and could not believe this happened. Its pretty sad their was no quality control or oversight for a Cadillac dealership......

My personal experience at Colonial was not good. Customer service rep that I dealt with was unprofessional and offensive. Further to that, during the service they reset my auto and messed up my radio. I notified them of the issue and no one followed through with a call back or resolution. I'm posting a comment only because I received several request for a review.
