A class act! Shawn and his team are experts and very transparent. They have experience and integrity and don't keep you waiting longer than necessary. The pricing is fair. The shop is clean and it's very family friendly here. Overall, a great experience and well respected by people in the community and surrounding areas. Excellent reputation. Thank you Shawn.

Im so glad i found an auto mechanic i can trust. Shawn and his crew have seen my vehicles often lately. Vehicle problems can stop everything. Off hours Ive had vehicles towed in and thankfully they somehow fit me in and get things fixed up right and quick. Im very thankful to have such a great local mechanic like Capelo s Automotive.Thank you fellas.

Capelo's auto service is a five star operation, I am a facilities director for a human service agency with a fleet of over 80 vehicles. When we started using Capelo's we quickly became instant fans of their service it's accurate and fast. Their honest and friendly approach is a very rare find this day an age. I would highly recommend them for all your needs.

I went to Capelos to get my car inspected because they had such great reviews. I can now confirm that they were all true! They are pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, and got me inspected and back on the road in short order.

I bought f250 from here.Was told it was driven the owners day and great condition.Oil pan had huge hole that was patched but leaked on my driveway.I was told thats my problem basically.Rockers and cab corners turned out to be 1/4 inch of bondo .Bed was shot but had plastic bed liner over it.Be careful of this place.

A good car service shop/mechanic can be hard to find, and since moving to Woburn we have been thrilled with Capelo's - worth traveling for. Used to be great, now has stupid policy of not installing customer-supplied parts. I have a policy of not get scammed on overpriced parts, so I took my money (and my correctly selected parts) elsewhere. Making this a blanket policy for everyone makes no sense.

Fair prices and knowledgeable. We always go to Capelo's because we trust their services. They keep track of our vehicles' history and it helps so much. He always checks to see if things are covered under warranties.

Great Service! We were from out of state and needed to get repairs as quick as possible. Shawn was very helpful and very professional. He immediately assessed the issue and was able to fix it asap. Very fair prices too!

First review:Awful experience: they totally messed up the oil type in my car, and my car started consuming 3 times as much gas. It has been about one week, and I need to take the car to another shop for another oil change.Response to Capelo's response to my first review:Thanks for offering to fix the issue you caused, but I decided to take the car to a more trusted mechanic. They had to flush the engine with a special detergent, replace the filter, and put in the correct oil. For the records, my car gasoline consumption went back to normal, therefore your assumption was incorrect. There was nothing wrong, besides the wrong oil.Service: Oil change

Shawn, owner of Capelo s Automotive, has maintained my 2010 Ford Expedition for the past couple of years, and has replaced my brakes, fuel pump module, tuned the transmission, repaired gasket leaks, repacked the u-joints in the drive shaft, tuned the engine and trans, changed the oil and filter several times. Sean and his crew are the real deal in auto repair and maintenance of vehicles.

We called around to a few different places to get estimates, the places we called knew we were from out of town and gave crazy quotes. But Capelo's kept it fare they did the job right away and was half the price of the other places. Capelo's did a great job and had our family back on the road 10 hours later. We dropped off our vehicle at 3pm. Thank you so much, this is an honest business!!!!!!!

Support this local repair shop and no other. l had been looking for a great local shop that I can trust with my car. It's all about the people, parts, and the process.... And Capelo's automotive has personable, trustworthy people, they use quality parts, and are efficient in how they process or take care of your car. A quality local business.

I always get great service with no hassle at Capelo's. They buck the stereotype of car shops adding on services when not entirely necessary. Even when my car isn't in the best shape and needs new brakes, or just for an oil change, I'm relieved when I bring it to them.

We have a 1998 BMW - as soon as the warranty ended - we started going to Capelo's Garage. Well, 20 yrs later, the car runs like a charm. Jerry and Sean are fabulous. They are honest, fair and do excellent work. Highly recommend this garage for any car service.

I have owned many vehicles and have had work done on them in many states; CO, MA NH, VT, VA.Every single auto shop gave me issues; whether it was over pricing, using cheap parts, or exploiting my lack of vehicular knowledge.Not Capelo's.Since moving to the area, I have all of my car work done here. Anything from regular mantience to part replacement and I have never had a bad experience.Most of my communication is with Shawn, who is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly man.Whenever I have a problem, I have a discussion with Shawn where I explain my issue.He is quick to (properly) diagnose my problem (I thought it was something completely different). The car was fixed and ready exactly when he said it was.While I had my Nissan Versa Note, all of my work was done here, as well as a recently purchased Mercedes R350 and will bring my Audi A4 here for regular mantience and any issues that might arise.Most places that can work on imported cars charge an arm and leg for everything.Prices 10/10Convenience 10/10Attitude 10/10Great job guys!

Are you looking for integrity and an owner that will go out of his way to make sure your car is working correctly. Even though I live in the city, it is well worth the drive knowing your foreign automobile will be well taken care of. I highly recommend Capelo's for your automotive repair needs. Three words sums it up. Above and Beyond!

In the ten plus years I ve lived in the area, I never really noticed this place up until a few years ago. Capelos Auto had some really interesting cars on their lot for sale (Take a VW Beetle from the 60 s as an example).Last year, during the height of the COVID hysteria, he had a Jeep for sale that was calling my name. Not only did Capelo offer a fair deal on the car, he also offered to fix up the trouble points of the car at no extra charge. Since then, I ve been bringing my cars to Capelo.He and his team of experienced mechanics offer nothing but great service and high levels of satisfaction. Everything I ve thrown at Capelo, they ve been able to fix, offer many options and provide honest opinions which aren t cost prohibitive. He and his team have also given full vehicular inspections of my cars which let me know if there are any troubles looming on the horizon. That s more than one could ask for, and a rare find in today s world.Don t wait until your car suddenly breaks down, take it to an honest team that Capelo has fostered. You won t be disappointed!

I bought my own aftermarket brake pads and rotors and was just looking for a place to install the rear set onto my 2015 Audi A3 (my boyfriend was able to install the front set). Most of the automotive shops I called wouldn't install customer supplied parts, even though they were brand new EBC brakes & rotors. Capelo's however installed the rear rotors and brakes for me and ordered the brake sensors I needed and installed those all at a very reasonable price. I have had no issues with my brakes and I'm glad I found Capelo's for any of my future car needs!

My employer tends to use them for most repairs/inspections/maintenance/etc for the company fleet vehicles. Have never personally had any issues I can recall, and things are always taken care of fairly quick even on short notice.

As another reviewer said, super efficient and quick on getting my car state inspection (sticker). Called to quickly check if they were available and when I got there, inspection was done in few minutes. Badabing badaboom!
