Nelson and his team did a fantastic job on my Toyota Avalon fixing the rear bumper and the front fender. They also detailed the inside of the car, which makes it look new again. It was a pleasure doing business there. Nelson is a gentleman. Great job.!

I highly recommend NOT going here. We took a business truck here to be fixed and they refused to provide an invoice so that we can process a payment we than had to work on getting a check cut based off of an estimate. When we tried to pick up the truck after repair that added $2k in storage fees which resulted in having to obtain another check and once we tried to pick the truck up again they charged more Storage fees refusing to allow us to pick of up the truck. They also STILL wont provide an actual invoice. The customer service from each person I spoke with is NON existent. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I dropped off my truck to Nelson s as I got hit by a dump truck which did a lot of damage to my truck s tailgate and rear light. Nelson was extremely polite, helpful and informative about what was needed. I asked for two quote s one for fixing the new damage and another one for refinishing the rest of the body both price s were very fair so I went with fixing the damage and refinishing the rest of the body, when I went to pick it up I was shocked at just how it looked I really couldn t believe how good a job he did, it s a 2014 pickup that I use for work in construction so it had plenty of scratches and little dings and now it looks brand new. He also cleaned the inside which I didn t ask him to do and you would think a valet service did it everything shined and was spotless. If you ever need body work done I truly recommend Nelson s auto body in Winthrop you will be guaranteed a first class job and will be extremely happy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got hit when my car was parked and it immediately ruined my day. The next day a friend recommended Nelson s and I went there expecting to spend $1000 plus. He charged me $250 and said it would be done in a day. I then expected the work to be slightly lower quality because of the low time and price, but I was tremendously mistaken. The car looks like it just came off the lot, bumper to bumper. Nelson and his guys cleaned my tires and body in addition to fixing the damage, and I can truly say it looks as good as new. Beyond impressed, there is no reason you should be going anywhere else to fix your car. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A+ experience I had a small cosmetic job on the drivers door, the part was ordered, painted and installed I also had my car detailed It looks brand new Nelson and Lydia are the nicest people I highly recommend Nelson s Auto Collision

Tuve un accidente con mi carro donde fue arreglado por la aseguradora y escog� este taller del cual me arrepiento completamente , el carro no qued� bien arreglado , donde fueron excusas entre la aseguradora y el taller y al final el perjudicado fui yo como cliente , como persona , ayer fui a solicitar una garant�a por que el carro est� perdiendo refrigerante y la respuesta es que NO , �sea nuevamente me toc� recoger mi carro y sin ser reparado .I had an accident with my car where it was fixed by the insurance company and I chose this workshop which I completely regret, the car was not properly fixed, where there were excuses between the insurance company and the workshop and in the end the injured party was me as a client, as a person Yesterday I went to request a warranty because the car is losing coolant and the answer is NO, so again I had to pick up my car and without it being repaired.
