I have used this garage in the past and have always been satisfied. Bob can diagnose issues by driving your car around the block.The shop is always busy and he has cars lined up, but he makes time to fit your car in. They are quick, reasonably priced and honest. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman. The shop shows many years of business and knowledge.Service: Brakes

This is exactly what I want when I get my car looked at and repaired. Had an exhaust pipe replaced and I've had work done on it years before so I knew I just needed a new pipe welded in. My car is all rusted out and dealerships have always suggested I need an entirely new exhaust system. Meineke understood I just need a quiet ride for a car that has little life left in it anyhow. They didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't want, which is very refreshing. Price was fair and they had it done a day after I first called about the work I wanted done. Can't recommend this shop enough!

I have been here three now. The manager is always honest and does not upsell you on services you do not need. I brought in my car yesterday for the AC and it was done the same day. I most recently brought in my car for an exhaust leak and it was done the same day for hundred of dollars less than I expected. Can not recommend highly enough.Services: Exhaust, Air conditioning

Bob and Jim are great, professional, and thorough. It's difficult nowadays to find a mechanic you like and trust. Bob explained all the steps and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved. Good price compared to the dealership which would have charged double. We had an exhaust leak and check engine light issues which prevented me from getting an inspection sticker. Problem solved and now we have a sticker.Services: Exhaust, Engine repair

Not sure if everyone else is talking about the same place, or maybe they're friends of the business. I was treated rudely for almost every interaction (extremely rudely may more accurate for some occasions). Charged over $250/hr for mediocre to poor quality work. Perhaps other customers weren't savvy to how little their parts actually cost, or this shop doesn't like working on my particular type of car and doesn't want me bringing it back. If the latter is the case then mission accomplished!

I had my AC recharged with them about a month ago and was in and out in a hour. I recently went back to get my brakes and rotors replaced. Not only were they done same day while being swamped but the price couldn't be matches anywhere nearby. This Meineke is the last place you'll ever need to take a car. I've gotten all sorts of repairs done here, and I'm beyond thrilled with every single experience.Not only are they fast, but the work us always fantastic, and their prices are a dream come true.The staff are unbelievably knowledgeable and patient, I really can't say enough good things about this place.Not only will I go there again, I would tenaciously suggest to anyone I know to get work done at this exemplary business.Thanks!

Our AC was not working, we brought the car in and it turns out there was only a fluid issue. Called us within a few hours to pick it up. I have used them in the car and I find them reliable and trustworthy, and don t tell you to do repairs bigger than really needed. Totally recommend.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

The guys here have done work on both of my cars. They are fast, honest, and have good prices!!!! I ve been trying to find a trusted reliable car service station for a while. This is it!! I called the Meineke Car Care Center in Winchester MA yesterday morning to see if they could look at my car that had a front end rattle. They said sure. I brought my 2014 RAV4 in and they diagnosised and fixed within 2 hours. We would have been in and out quicker if the mechanic/owner hadn't been so pleasant with great stories.

Bob and his team are incredible. He patched up my Audi, installed brakes, rotated my tires all at under the cost of other nearby mechanics. He won't try to make you pay for a service the car doesn't need. Meineke certified, so 6 stars if I could

Bobby and Jimmy are two of the most dedicated mechanics that I have dealt with. There knowledge and professionalism is tops in a field where most people feel they are being cheated, I m here to say with this crew that s not the case. Installed a new cat and replaced all struts here. This place is fantastic, not a fancy one, but mechanics are very honest and experienced, and the quotes they offer are seriously better than any other place. I asked them to fix the items that my dealer/service repair recommended but this garage only fixed the parts that needed fixing. I don't mind paying for required work but get disturbed when I sense the work is too much or overpriced. This garage apparently feels the same way. Thank you, gentlemen. Worth the drive from Lexington.

Fast in-take of the car. Called when they said they would with the estimate. We discussed options for service under the estimate - didn't feel like I was getting up-sold into something I didn't need. Car was ready when promised. Honored a presented coupon without haggling.Will use again. Will recommend to others

This place is filthy. Parts are all over the counter and things are all cluttered. Everything is full of black grease Walls, floors etc. I went to do an oil change that I do every time in the Lowell meineke but since I was in woburn I decided to do it there. My car was denied because the bumper was too low and the guy there seemed to be in a pissed off mood. I'll just stick to lowell meineke, they take me in and I'm out of there in 30 minutes. Plus the Lowell locations is clean, have clean waiting room with coffee and TV and WiFi and a station for kids to play in.

Am 79 years old and had slow leak in tire. Drove in, was wsited on, and ot was agreed they would check tire. It would have taken Sherlock Holmes a week to find the miniscule piece of metal that caused the slow leak, but they foind it. The tire was repaired and put back on the car. The bill was more than reasonable, the men were terrific and the service was outstanding.

Made a booking and when I showed up I was told they were unable to accommodate. On top, the employee was rude and couldn't bother to separate from a personal chat to speak to me about my booking. Look around, there are much better options in the area.

Was gonna have them repair my ac system but before paying for an expensive repair I did a test to see if they would try to rip me off and they took the bait. What a shame. Got 90 bucks from me but probably saved me in the long run from dealing with shady service. Go elsewhereService: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning
