It was my first time dropping off our truck for service. Jeff was patient and helpful and the service manager, whose name I unfortunately can t recall, was awesome! The service manager got me into a loaner car for the day so neither of us had to rush the process of finding out what the issue was with my truck since it was under warranty still.

Poor service and reckless work:Took my work van in for service 12-22, left it over the Christmas to new years break with instructions that I needed it 1-2. Called to inquire what the status was 1-2 and most of the work hadn t been done. Couldn t use it for work 1-2, picked it up 1-3 and the reason I brought it in, an inspection sticker couldn t be done because they replaced the battery (failed after 2 years) and now the van needed to be driven 150 miles before it could be inspected. Got 2 new tires and 1 is flat 2 weeks later with a damaged valve stem, which could only have been damaged on installation. And to add insult to injury the lug nuts were blasted on with an impact wrench and I can t get them off. I ve broken 2 sockets so far, and the ford wrench is useless. Called Bonnell for help and they told me to use AAA. Never going back. Stay away at all costs, they could care less

After having a super negative experience with a different dealer, I was so pleased with Bonnell Ford. They were incredibly helpful and were more focused on customer service than a high pressure sale. I worked with Dimitri who was very knowledgeable ~ I would highly recommend. The business manager was also helpful and managed to find a warranty that worked for my budget.

As always the service and selection brought me back to Bonnell Ford. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years and my man Steve Powers hooked me up with exactly what I wanted. You feel like you matter and they really provide an exceptionally personal experience. Ken, Steve and the crew, thanks again and I will be back again in the future. Had a great experience at Bonnell Ford buying a new Bronco. My salesman David Hurley, was very professional and friendly, the transaction was one of the smoothest and stress free experiences I had buying a vehicle. From walking thru the front door with a warm greeting to working with Dave, the finance department and the service department, all had that family friendly mindset. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car

We ve been to Bonnell for a vehicle before and knew we liked the team there. Always kind, always helpful.When it came time for us to get a new vehicle we went to Bonnell over a closer Ford dealership to our home. We worked with Matthew Eckhardt and could not be happier. He was so patient with us and really gave us the time and space we needed. He was so helpful with all our questions and very respectful.The manager, Ken, was absolutely great as well. We worked with us to get the paperwork through and even looked up an old service plan that was purchased but never transferred from a previous owner on our other Ford. He transferred it for us and it still has time left for us to use.We re so pleased with Bonnell and will definitely be back for not only all our service needs but for future Fords.Thank you Matthew and Ken.

I had a very pleasant experience having my 2019 Ford Edge serviced at Bonnell Ford. The staff is incredibly friendly!! I really like dealing with Sue Bonnell!! She is so on top of things, and makes you feel comfortable being there. I usually stay and the waiting room is very clean and inviting!! All in all, a great experience!! I recommend Bonnell Ford highly!!

We chose Bonnell to handle ordering two new Expeditions for several reasons. First, they've been in service for many years, and are family owned. They also handle many municipality/commercial vehicles, and that just doesn't happen unless you have an exceptionally high commitment to the customer experience.From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with dignity and respect. Our salesman, Erik was fantastic! He was patient with our many questions, and presented all our options in a way that was clear, and easy to understand. Upon delivery of the vehicles, from arrival, final dealer prep, to registration and inspection, he kept a clear line of communication and went through all of the "Expy's" features.If you're looking for a great customer experience, without pressure, go to Bonnell, you'll be thankful you did!

I brought my 2018 Ford flex in because of it having to be jumped and my service engine light came on. I arrived at 3:30 pm without an appointment.i left my car and rented a car from bonnell. They said they would try to get it in as soon as possible but they were booked till the following week. I said please anything you can do to get in sooner would be appreciated. They were able to get it in in within 2 days and all the necessary work was completed. I can't thank them enough for the great service I got and in a timely manner.

I had such a great experience with Bonnell Motors this fall when I purchased my pre-owned Audi. We worked with Richard, and he was a delight. He drove the car to me to test drive, was very knowledgeable, and drove it back a week later after I purchased it which was such a convenience. At no point in the process did I feel he or the team was overly salesy or pushy which was a surprise and relief given my experience at different dealers. I would definitely work with this dealership again.

Incredible customer service, from the begging until after I got my new car delivered. They for sure go above and beyond to make sure that you understand to process to start to finish especially since was my first time getting a brand new car, definitely recommend and we are going to come back, hopefully, to get my husband his next truck.

They were absolutely wonderful! I purchased an F150 and there was a very tiny issue if at all. They were willing to look at it and willing to take care of it. They were very pleasant and had a great attitude they made you feel like you should be there. if I lived closer I would go again but I am over 90 miles away.

Outstanding service department that does not try to pad their revenue by attempting to sell you unnecessary services. Have been going to Bonnell for over five years for all service related to two different vehicles and have yet to be disappointed. Super friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable staff.

My buying experience was overall positive, but the service department is a complete disappointment. I had a couple interior rattles and a steering wheel button that works when it wants to. They didn't acknowledge any of the issues, effectively brushing off my visit because my issues were relatively minor and saying that I "still had 3 years of warranty left". Why do you think I scheduled an appointment?

Great dealership! Every employee I met was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Especially my salesman Dmitri who spent so much time answering my questions and walking me through the process. I highly recommend Dmitri. What a great guy!

Waiting area clean. Friendly service staff. Truck was pulled right up to door for easy exit. Thoroughly explained all service and any issues found and how to correct them. Do wish their free hot drink station came with hot chocolate or hot tea...only coffee but they did have bottled water.

I ve had my dad s Ford Escape serviced here several times. I ve used the body shop for collision repairs for a non-Ford family auto. Each interaction has been a pleasant one. Felt like employees are trained to go above and beyond. For example, whenever I asked where someone or something was (body shop, waiting area, etc) each person took the time to walk with me and show me. Service and repairs have all been quality. My experiences at Bonnell make me want to buy from them! I can t say that about others.

In roughly September of 2022 I went into Bonnell Ford trying to get a custom Ford E-Transit van made that I would eventually use for my small business. I was excited to do so as I thought this was a great next step in expanding my business and was a very smart investment. The sales professional worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and the checkout process was smooth. They let me know that due to us being on the tail end of the covid production issues as well as being a custom order it would take roughly a year to come in which I was completely fine with as it would allow me a generous amount of time to build up a cash reserve to put down a big down payment on the vehicle. I left a $500 deposit which they said was refundable if I chose not to go through with the sale. During 2023, unbeknownst to the dealership, I had 2 dogs diagnosed with cancer in a very short period of time. One of them passed away very quickly, but the other one was potentially looking down the barrel of a tremendous amount of care and therefore cost. I was struggling with the idea that although I knew this Van was a wise decision to grow my business, it also could potentially put me in jeopardy of not being able to give my dog the best possible care for her treatment. I never told the dealership any of this because it's not their issue to deal with. This weighed on me heavily for a while for obvious reasons. If Im being honest when they called to tell me the van was ready I selfishly kept them dangling while I continued to try to figure out my decision which obviously wasn't fair to them. Again, if Im being honest I wish I had been more transparent about what was going on. When I told them I didnt think I could go through with the sale (without explaining why) they without question told me they could sell it to someone else no problem and told me my deposit would be refunded. Sure enough, without any fight whatsoever a check arrived in the mail shortly thereafter. I just assumed I was going to have a serious amount of pushback from them and would need to fight to get my deposit back and had resigned myself to the fact I would probably lose the deposit. Despite them not knowing the reasons why I wavered, they never pushed back or pressured me to do something after I explained to them it might not be in my best interests without explaining why. I will forever be grateful for this as in this moment in my life I was seriously struggling and you guys made that struggle less. As I thought would happen my dogs care has required a great deal of cost and while I could have comfortably made payments on the van prior to her diagnosis the same could not be said now so I am forever grateful. The service was fine and quick and of course they found some things to up-sell me on (various filters) but the thing I REALLY found irritating was they added a 15% "Service Center Fee" onto the total explaining that it was for things like discarded oil and shop rags. Since when did dealers start doing that?! From now on I'm only taking it in for some recall and not general maintenance. That's absurd.

Have had continuous tires problems they refuse to fix, went to another Ford and were told they were junk mark refused to help anymore even thoght its been back before for this issue. An issue that's been documented and told it was the seal and we fixed it but still have trouble less keeping air in them. This has been an ongoing issue and we will be seeking legal action

Bonnell comes through for people when the other local Ford dealerships fail to. They get you in for an appointment quickly, whereas the others want you to wait months for service. They also offer a very convenient shuttle service to work for you and bring your car back to you when it is done. The only Ford dealership I will go to in Massachusetts.

Did not get the loaner car on first day even has a Ford plus coverage for my Mach E. excuse was that the problem might be cause by squirrels. Funny. They did not even know this car they are selling is sealed on the bottom and no any access for any animal. But, they are nice.

Wonderful service! Friendly people,, and good explanations as they showed me what needed to be done. I was thinking my next car would be a Toyota Rav4,,, but leaning toward the Ford Escape,, just because of the exemplary service I recieved at Bonnell. Thank You.

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. I put my 2017 F150 in for a cooling fan running constantly issue they replaced the TXV valve for over $1500.00 and 3 days later the fan was still running I returned the vehicle back to Bonnell Ford where they replaced the TXV valve again and approximately 5 days later the cooling fan was still running I returned once again back to Bonnell where they came back with a list of different items that it could be and that it is not the TXV valve. They are now saying it's a contaminated air conditioning system and that it will be almost $4,000 to correct the issue. I would also like to mention after the very first time of having to return this vehicle they were not responsive the communication was non existent. I was told I would be called back in 30 minutes they did not return my call for 3 days. I called and spoke to the service manager and brought the vehicle back again where he assured me that the vehicle would be looked at and have an answer for me and that he personally would call me back. He did not call me back he had someone else call me back who would not listen to what I had to say and just kept talking over me he also told me that there was now a check engine light on and that I needed cap coil wires and spark plugs as well as a catalytic converter and that was going to be an additional $3000. I feel as though my money for the TXV repair should be returned to me seeing as they never corrected the original issue. They didn't want to hear any of that. They also told me that they disconnected the cooling fan and to basically deal with it. He said well the fan is off now.... as far as im concerned the truck was never fixed correctly.Being a business owner myself for almost 30 year's I WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER/CLIENT THIS WAY!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I will be posting this review on every social media outlet to let people know to STAY AWAY from Bonnell Ford.
