I am the fleet manager for a communications construction company. We have used Brooks on several occasions. Whatever the issue they have done their best to get us in, troubleshoot, quote and repair our vehicles at a fair price. Winchendon is very lucky to have such a valuable business in their town. Not only did they do a fabulous job changing my tires, but they also made sure I was aware of some work I am in def need of sooner rather than later with a quoted price. I appreciate that, so at least I know and am able to save to get it done. The owner is fabulous, and you can tell has a passion for helping people and making sure they are educated on what's going on. I appreciated that . From the moment I walked into the business to the moment I walked out, I felt welcomed and really appreciated that they valued my time and my business. Thank you, Brooks auto team. Great service! I desperately needed a car inspection and called there because it was on my way to NH. They took my car right away. It is not a fancy place but the guys who work there are very polite and professional. Definately will come back again.

Great service and honest garage. Came in expecting to have work done at a cost of about $400-$500. Turns out it was a different problem and the cost was only $87.

Very impressed. Great shop, great people and Andy is a wealth of information! He s now servicing the great grandchildren of his first customers. That alone says something about the quality of their work! We highly recommend them.

I've been going to brooks as long as I can remember. NEVER AGAIN!! Went for a starter that I had already bought , it was the wrong one my fault not there's. Apon returning with the new starter. I was told to never try and use Andy's discount again At the auto store. I was very confused because I never asked for this when the auto part store called brooks and confirmed I never did this and it was a misunderstanding. Things happen but they never ever tried to apologize for accusing me of something I didnot do! Accusing me of basically trying to steal from them and not correctecting themselves when wrong isn't a business I will support.

Went for an inspection sticker, the man doing the inspection was very rude and stand-offish. I went in to pay and the whole staff ignored me for for a few minutes until someone reluctantly helped me. It's the most unprofessional shop I've ever been to. Won't be back and I don't recommend.

Was able to fit me in to get my donut changed out for the regular tire at the last minute before the snow and my post-op appt in Worcester yesterday

I m all about supporting local businesses but sometimes you have to go out to be treated with respect. I went to Brooks Automotive to get my car inspected. The gentleman that helped me felt bothered. Not sure if he was having a bad day (it was 8:50am). Looked mad while checking my car. Honestly kinda made me very uncomfortable. Will take my car somewhere else next time.

Andy brooks is a good guy and so is the employees. Dennis is pretty good of giving you an appointment as early as you when there's available slot . Yes there a bathroom

They're friendly ill give them that but I wont be returning there , they're overpriced compared to other local mechanics. took my car to get a rattle from the serpentine belt area checked they end up keeping my car all weekend without letting me know it was fix before they closed. the rattling still continued, they changed the tension pulley but didn't bother with the idler pulley. thus why it was still making the noise. after getting it looked at by another mechanic he couldn't believe they didn't change out the idler pulley. anyways ill take my loses and continue on to another shop

2nd time for car inspection, young man doing inspection was very polite and helpful, I also have driven in to have tire pressure checked w/ same young man and he was very kind and checked tires and added air without complaint, rare these days...

Not impressed had vehicle towed to be fixed they looked at car said can't start motor needs replacement lol no it didn't it needed to be fixed which they were to lazy or incompetent to do either way go elsewhere
