Overall, I am still satisfied! A year ago, I dropped off my car after a hit-and-run incident. Triple Nickel worked on the driver's side passenger door and quarter panel. They made efforts to match the original paint color, even on the bumper. The paint has held up great until this day and shows no signs of chipping or cracking. Several years ago, I had a paint job done on my old car elsewhere, and I remember that paint started to chip away after a year. I believe the paint job done at Triple Nickel does not and will not have the same issue.

They were wonderful! Fixed my GMC Terrain after a hit and run! They were so easy to work with, they dealt with the insurance company, my car was ready sooner than expected, cleaned inside and out, works with Enterprise up the street, so was able to leave my rental there, when I picked up my vehicle! Would highly recommend them! So friendly as well!

Last month my car was damaged from a car fire of an auto parked adjacently to my vehicle at work. Triple Nickel Auto Body & Repair did a fantastic job restoring my car and totally eliminating the caustic odor left from the heat and fire. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process and the car was ready when promised. Lee and the Triple Nickel team did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Two very happy customers recommended Triple Nickel to me and I am so grateful that they did. The work they did on my car was so well done, the entire car looks brand new. Lee and his team were wonderful. My car required some body work and I was under a scheduling and time crunch. Lee was able to work with me on that. Very grateful. He kept me informed every step of the way and always responded to my calls in the most pleasant and professional manner. My car looks perfect. I recently had an accident that involved someone hitting the side of my vehicle. I was very impressed with how professional Lee (the owner of Triple Nickel) was with me. He told me when he could fix my car, and when it would be finished. When I got the car back, it was on time, clean, and the paint job matched perfectly. I was also in need of a new rim, which the insurance company was originally not going to pay for. However Lee was able to work with my insurance company to get the new rim included in the job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants a great job done on their vehicle. He is truly an honest and sincere business person. Lee also keeps his shop clean and neat, which add to the experience. I appreciate the great work his shop did to my vehicle.

My car unfortunately got hit while parked and the damage was so bad it had to be towed to Triple Nickel. Lee assessed the damage very quickly and dealt with insurance on my behalf. The process was smooth, the updates and communication throughout were appreciated. The car was fixed in a timely fashion. As always a great experience!

My wife and I experienced different problems with our cars at the same time, and took both to Triple Nickel for repairs. Lee gave us a fair estimate on what it would cost to fix the issues, but also gave honest advice and recommended other alternatives given the age and overall condition of the vehicles.The office area of the shop was extremely clean. The staff took measures to avoid direct contact and sanitize pens or any other items that would potentially be shared or touched by other customers or employees.We are relatively new to the community and Triple Nickel gained new customers for as long as we remain in the area. We were treated with kindness, generosity, and honesty. While we hope to not need any additional servicing on our vehicles in the near future, whenever the time does come we will be sure to call Triple Nickel.Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a great business and Wilmington residents should know how lucky it is to have such a professional, courteous, clean, accommodating and amazing body shop in town. My truck looks better now then when I got it. You get what you pay for. And it was well worth it! I got daily email updates and they arranged my car rental. They stated the work would take 5 days and they were right on time. Lee and his team are fabulous. Thanks for the great work and friendliness. I recommend Triple Nickel Auto Body to anyone!

Lee at Triple Nickel is awesome. My husband and I recently moved to Wilmington and our cars are 9 and 14 years old. We've needed repairs on each car within the last 3 weeks. Needing a convenient place close by, I searched for auto mechanics near me. Triple Nickel stood out with glowing reviews. Lee is a good listener, is very knowledgeable, and has completed both repairs at a reasonable price and quick time frame. We are very happy with the service so far and will continue to go there for any future car needs.

Highly recommended! We needed a repair for significant damage to our Nissan after a fender bender. We had initially planned to shop around for estimates; however, Lee and the other staff members at Triple Nickel were so friendly & helpful that we decided against shopping around and moved forward with them repairing our vehicle. We were not disappointed. They have wonderful customer service & did a great job repairing our bumper, rear door, & light - looks like nothing ever happened. I also appreciated the email notifications regarding the status of the repair.

I recently had body work done at Triple Nickel and they did a GREAT job. I am extremely happy with the work done. The customer service was awesome, the pricing was better than all other shops I got an estimate from, and it was completed in the exact amount of time Lee estimated. Can't say enough on what a great job the team at Triple Nickle did on my truck. Was rear ended and needed a whole new bed. Truck was returned to me like it was brand new! The quality of the body work, and attention to detail� was top notch! I was looking for a body shop in the greater Boston area, and I found Triple Nickel Auto Body & Repair with such great reviews, so I decided to give them a call.I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly customer service Lee and his wife provided. The car was repaired (mechanical and body work) to better than the original condition, and Lee had used quality parts to fix my car.I could tell Lee really cared about his customers. I did not expect such a quality service from an auto body shop as I've had many bad experiences with others.TL;DR: Highly recommended.

Amazing experience!! Everyone there was so helpful and extremely friendly! I just bought a car off them and the process was so smooth and quick. They fixed everything up before giving it to me for a good price. I needed the window fixed after I left and they took me right in and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend coming here if you re in need of work done on your car!

Lee and his staff provided fantastic service! Repaired my pickup to showroom condition. Safe and fantastic in appearance. Throughout entire process Lee helped from our first meeting. As I walked in the office they were set up with proper Covid safety protocals. He suggested a car rental company which was easy transition do to his reputation. From there he reached out regularly to keep me aware of the status of work and completion date. Lastly upon picking up vehicle they took the time to vacuum and detail the interior. I had a great experience with Triple Nickel Auto Body! After being rear-ended I reached out to the shop to see if they could fit me in for repairs. I brought in an estimate from my insurance company and was immediately added to the schedule for 1 week out. As my car was being repaired, I received daily email updates on the progress and other logistics such as cost. I never once had to work with my insurance company on price adjustments, Triple Nickel was able to work with my claim representative directly. When I picked up my vehicle, they had waxed, buffed and cleaned the whole car inside and out! I definitely recommend this shop, great service.

This place is the absolute best. I've had some bad luck with my car over the past year, and have been sent to a few different shops by my insurance company. I finally ended up at Triple Nickel through a recommendation from another happy customer, and I will never go anywhere else. Lee made a stressful situation so easy, taking the lead with my insurance and arranging a rental. Not only was the repair work stellar, he also eliminated the administrative headache that goes along with the inconvenience of a damaged car. I completely trusted him. He is kind, attentive, and flexible. You can tell he sincerely cares about his work and the customer. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When I picked up my car, it was washed and vacuumed. I will never take my car anywhere else. With all the bad luck I have had with my car, I was lucky to have the opportunity to work with Lee and his team.

This place is outstanding. Not only did I get my A/C fixed but I also got a nasty scratch on my drivers door fixed too. Lee went above and beyond to pick my car up in a commuter lot, do the repairs and returned the car to the same exact spot at the end of the day. I couldn't have got better service even at the dealership! They even took the time to source parts options. Very honest and affordable. Call them! In my case my warranty just ran out when my A/C went so I am thrilled to have found a local independent business to go to instead of the dealer. Thank you Triple Nickel. You guys rock!!!!

We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of all the staff and thrilled with the end results of how beautiful our car turned out. We dropped our car off on a Wednesday night before leaving for a 10 day trip. Lee (the owner) dealt with all the insurance matters and had the car ready before we got back. I highly recommend using triple nickel for a seamless and painless experience.

I came to know Lee earlier this year after I hit a little deer. Had little damage in my car but got a big quote elsewhere. Came to Triple Nickel because of its great reviews and Lee didn't let me down. He tried to save for me as best as he can and my car turned out great without spending too much. This week I got some bad luck and had to go to a body shop again. I came here directly without hesitation. Again, solid work, quick turn time, and reasonable quote. I've recommended this body shop to many friends and would also recommend to anyone if you need some body work done!

Looking at the reviews here, it doesn't seem real that a body shop can even be this good. But after my experience with Lee at Triple nickel, it's nothing but the truth. I called in with a lot of damage to my Infiniti from the snow storms and he told me I could come down within the hour and he will have a bay open for me. When I pulled up he was waiting outside and walked me through the whole process of how everything worked and what the initial estimate looked like s far as time and cost. And to top it all off he called in a favor with enterprise up the street and hooked me up big time with the rental car process too. I even got to leave the rental car at his shop when I picked mine up after it was done.He was very informative throughout the whole entire process, making sure everything was being fixed quickly and properly along the way. Another shop told me it would probably be about a month to get my car done and Lee had my car looking better than when I got it within 2 weeks.I have a pretty bad view of auto shops and I feel like the majority are shady and look to screw you over, but that couldn't be further from the case here. My car has a lot of aftermarket work done which makes it even harder to find a shop I can trust and he just earned a lifetime customer out of me. I'll never go anywhere else.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Lee and his team at Triple Nickel did for me in November 2021. My 2013 Mazda 3 was rear ended while waiting at a stop light, which caused damage to the rear and front of the car. The Arbella insurance adjuster wrote up the official summary, which came out to a $2,100 repair estimate, and I brought the car and the paperwork over to Triple Nickel after reading Google reviews. Lee explained the whole process, and we made arrangements for when he would begin working on it. After his team took apart the outer pieces that were broken, they identified parts that needed to be replaced above and beyond the original estimate - they worked with Arbella and got the additional work approved. The total repair cost ended up being $3,500, but Lee handled all of that extra paperwork directly with Arbella. They finished the work after a few days, and when I picked up the car I was BLOWN AWAY at the fit and finish of the repair quality. I told Lee he is now my go to autobody guy, and while I hope I don't need his services, I would be very confident to bring him any work needs in the future. After I was rear ended Lee did a wonderful job. He didn't have an opening for a week or so but he took it in early instead of risking water damage, as my trunk was partially ajar. He went above and beyond in replacing the parts as well as matching paint, I can't even tell there was damage. The best part about the whole experience is that he was able to fix everything before other auto body shops could even take an appointment. Highly recommend.

Triple Nickel is awesome! I needed some suspension repair on my car and had driven by Triple Nickel many times. Plus, their online reviews were better than any place around so I took my car in. As many other reviews mention, Lee is a super nice and personable guy and answered all of my questions. Just like most people, I'm always expecting to get walked all over when I go to a mechanic as I have a few times before, but this place is different.. they are very upfront, honest, and simply in business for the right reasons. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car, what needed to be done in order to fix it, and gave me options without making me feel forced, rushed or pressured into making any decisions. Very glad I took my car here and it now drives like smooth butter. Lee even took the time to show me the rotten/worn parts that were causing my problems after repairs were done, which kept things honest and I was really able to understand further what was causing my issues. Will be back for sure.
