Great experience! I made an appointment for an oil change and an inspection sticker. They called me and said my front tires needed to be replaced (I knew they were close), that they found the same ones, and could have them delivered and installed that day. I opted into getting all 4 done (my idea, not theirs). They got the tires delivered and my car was ready by that afternoon.

The go to place for me and my husband when we need state inspection or fixing common car issues. Always had pleasant experience and good service with decent price. We normally do drop offs. Keep up the good work, and people depend on you.

I feel fortunate to be near our Meineke in Wilmington MA. Joe and his crew take great care of our two middle-aged cars, and never try to make us get a repair or service we don't need. You can bring your car here with confidence, and you will be treated very well. In many cases, they'll lend you a car if your service takes overnight or more. Just the best.

On time with app t. Called me as requested when work completed. Did not try to sell me anything extra. Was friendly, courteous, had a clean restroom, brought the car conveniently to the door when I was checking out, honored the coupon without question, listed suggested care on the invoice. The total bill was actually less than I expected. My husband and I are always happy with the work. Thank You, Mrs. F.

I was not treated properly. I left my car on Saturday, February 3 at approximately 845a. I wanted to get the 4 weel drive checked out. I was told I was going to be called with an update. Nobody ever called me. I walked back at around 2p to get an update. I was charged 130$ for a diagnostics check, which I never approved, nothing was ever fixed and I spent the entire day walking around in the cold. The clerk wanted me to come back another day. For what? I paid 130$ for nothing basically and I am never going to come back to this facility due to horrible service.

Great staff and quick service. Made a reservation online for a state inspection. Took me at the time of my reservation and was finished well within 30 minutes. So easy!!!

I pulled in for a state inspection, no prior appointment. They were able to take care of it and were upfront about the wait time, so no problem there. They're open until 6pm and take credit cards, so that's a plus. Everything went well.My registration was returned with a prominent hole where it was ripped off a staple that I'm pretty sure wasn't there before, though. Not a big deal, but would be better for them not to do that.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

After the quickest oil change I have ever gotten - I got in my Jeep and still had the oil change warning. Went back inside and one of the guys went into my Jeep and reset it. I then came back in and told him my tire pressure was still lit and my tires were not filled. He told me to drive around to clear it which made no sense to me but I had to leave. All my tires the pressure was under 30 psi and they should be at 35 . While I was there a woman came in for a sticker and they said an hour and a half but once they rushed me out they were just sitting in the back. Paying almost $90 for that service was a joke. Never going back.

I was very impressed with their service and their professionalism! I went in for an oil change and was taken on time which doesn t happen that often at other businesses. Then they worked very quickly and when they were done I had forgotten to ask them to rotate the tires and without skipping a beat they immediately took my car back into the bay and rotated the tires - free. I also mentioned that my tires often needed air and they sealed each tire at the rim while they were at it. I did, of course have to pay for the sealing but they were so accommodating I was beyond impressed. Any place else would have made me make another appt I m sure!! Guess where I ll be going for my nextOil change and the one after that etc P.s. did I mention they have an awesome channel on their TV to watch while you wait - it s so cool!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

My mother went here to get her cars oil changed before her cancer scans tonight. Scheduled through their website for 4:00pm before rescheduling to 5:30pm due to the time of her scans being changed at the request of her oncologist. When she arrived she let them know that she had an appointment but they guy said she would not be getting her oil changed because they do not do them at 5:30pm, despite the website allowing her to schedule it for that time and sending her a confirmation for the appointment. The guy was needlessly rude to her then claimed that they don t use that service despite that service being Meineke s own website. Did nothing but add more stress to an already stressful day for her. If you enjoy 1. Dealing with rude dolts, and or 2. Getting your time wasted, make sure to bring your business here.

Made an appointment for my brakes, manager mentioned a deal that started today, better than the coupons I had. The staff were super friendly, they were very busy, but they fixed my brakes and got me in and out. Excellent service!

I love this meineke. I lived in Wilmington and went here for years and they were always amazing. Joe always showed me what they were doing on my car to assure me that my car really needed it. I moved to a town almost an hour away and I still go out of my way to go to Wilmington Meineke

John Bird, the owner, is a total professional. I had taken my car to 2 different local mechanics and could not resolve the problem. John took my car for a short ride and new the wheel bearing was gone on the rear passenger side.All I can say is Bird is the word. Great place to have your car needs handled.

Was recommended by Firestone because they do not do welding.I talked to J. Stevens who helped me out tremendously. I have a TBI and have trouble with day-to-day life. He was so patient.Not sure who the Mechanic was but thank you for such a great job. He was able to fix my Catalytic Converter by welding the brackets the next day. I am very grateful to everyone.-Phil

Helped with a blown out tire in the most efficient and friendly way I ve ever seen at a mechanic. Joe and his team show a lot of care in their work- they also pointed out some fixes on my car that need to be made soon, but Joe gave me ways to go around it in the meantime so I wasn t pressured into taking care of those things right then and there. I highly recommend this place to anyone having car troubles. They ll be honest, quick, and very helpful!

I always had my car repaired by my buddy that is a former Meineke employee but since he retired i never knew who to go to. Since i recently moved to a new town i need a new shop to try. I got an oil change coupon in the mail for the Wilmington Ma Meineke so i figured i would give them a try. What a fantastic experience! They took my car at the exact time that i was scheduled for and finished my oil change and tire rotaion in 25 minutes. Clean waiting area, prompt service and no pressure for unnecessary repairs. Extra note that since I am in a wheelchair, the shop and bathroom are very accessible.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Great experience. Called the dealership (Kelly Jeep off route 1) first and not only were they rude and short with me, but they couldn't get me into the shop for almost 2 months! I needed service now. Called these guys and they said I could drop it off in the next hour and had a free rental car waiting for me. Done within 24 hours. Very friendly. Never going to Kelly Jeep again and always coming here.

I have been using Meineke for several years now for all of my vehicles. Joe the Service Manager is great to work with and the technicians do fantastic work. I searched high and low for a mechanic with good reasonable prices. Joe Stevens the manager was SOOOO incredibly nice and all the guys there seem like such hard workers! They did an excellent job on my car and really go everything all fixed and ready for the winter for me and my family! Thank you guys! We will definitely be returning!! PS there are chairs for a waiting area which some places don't have and also they had a subaru for a free rental I could use for the day so I didn't miss work! Loved it! :)

RUN far away from this place. They tried charging nearly $700 to replace a $70 bolt-in flex pipe. They definitely price gouge on their parts. I was told the same part through them was $360 hahaha. Rrrright.Was trying to talk to the mechanic and I was told we needed to stop talking because someone else was on the phone with a customer. ???? Huh? Was I not a customer? Where would you like the customers to speak with the mechanics??? I drove away and won't be back. Take my advice and look elsewhere.

I love going to Meineke to get my car serviced. They are always so friendly! Being a woman I ve always had concerns of being taken advantage of because I m not car savvy. I like that they do not upsell.

They never called me to tell me my car was ready.I was charged an extra $9 plus tax because my car needed a "special " filter. In the 11 years I've owned my car I have never been charged extra for a filter.

I went in to have my exhaust leak looked at and was made aware of the diagnosis and Joe (manager) quoted a price for the repairs. I was provided with a loaner car so I could go back to work while they did the repairs and the service was fast and efficient. Everything went smoothly the service was top notch. I even received a pic her for a free car wash down he road. I highly recommend Meineke Car Care Center - 287 Main St, Wilmington.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement
