I had a flat tire with no spare. I had the car towed to McGovern Hyundai. I spoke with Sarah and she squeezed me in and was so nice and helpful. Not only were they nice and helpful but they had me in and out in no time. I will definitely be going back there for my service needs and would recommend them to anyone else in need of service.

Always accommodating to drop off and pick up time. Staff is amazing. I was so excited when I found out Sam worked there. Had dealt with her before and she was so helpful, and I hadn't even bought my Hyundai from the dealership she worked it, never mattered. Wouldn't bring my Hyundai anywhere else

My first time at this dealership. Sarah made my experience seem less from the moment I pulled in for service. She helped me resolve a small repair that wasn t on the list that morning. Sarah was friendly, courteous and was a pleasure to work with. In my opinion Sarah is a great asset to the dealership!!

Initial review: My husband and I were very pleased with our experience purchasing a vehicle from McGovern Hyundai. We worked with Mitchell, who listened to what we were looking for and offered options that fit our parameters. We walked in hoping to explore options and walked out having purchased a car. Hyundai took care of so many of the details and made the process extremely easy, answering all our questions.Update 4/15: I'm updating this review because, while my husband and I continue to be happy with our car, we still have not received a second key we requested and were assured we would receive. Have had to call Hyundai multiple times, and still have not received follow-up regarding the process for receiving the key.

Had a great experience at Wilmington Hyundai! From the manager Paul to my salesperson Ron. No high pressure sales and both were very helpful. The process was smooth & easy. Highly recommend doing business with them.

Had my first service at McGovern since it took over Bill Dube. Everything went great from making the appointment, to confirming what needed to be done and doing the work in a timely manner. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and competent!!! Highly recommend!

They were great! I had bought a car from them that was a recent trade in and although it had passed inspection some parts needed to be replaced not long after and they gave me no trouble or pushback in helping replace them free of charge. After the first part had been replaced my engine light came back on and after running diagnostic they figured out it was also another part that needed replacing and even though at this point I had reached the last day of my warranty they covered the replacement at my next appointment a few weeks later free of charge! Very nice people in both the service and sales departments!

Communication was great! The digital interface makes it 100X easier than having to play phone tag with a service advisor. The photos and individual explanations madd it so much easier to decide what work to do and understand what i was paying for. The quote was SPOT ON and took the stress of paying away!

I love the entire team at this location! They re incredibly friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend them to others. Thank you for taking care of my annual inspection. Even just calling the day prior to let me know I didn t need to schedule the appointment - you truly saved me so much stress and chaos. I m so glad I found you when I moved closer to this area (woah, it s almost been 2yrs!) because I truly don t want to go anywhere else. Thank you!! <3

The sales department and service are friendly and attentive. I was apprehensive about car shopping but returned to McGovern after visiting 3 other dealerships to buy the car. They are dog friendly also . The negotiations went smoothly for trade in and purchase. Thank you Kyle and Samantha.

I have bought an Hyundai ionic 5 from the dealership and bought all the extra warranties just for a piece of mine. The sales people are great and seem to give you the best price that can and don't push the extras. The service department is fantastic I have had a few small problems with the car they have fix the car as fast as possible . All the ladies in the service department are friendly and answer all your questions that must come from a great service superior .I will be buying another vehicle from here soon as the wife decides what she wants in finish Great place to buy a car. Great place for servicing your vehicle.

I was at another Hyundai dealership which will remain unmentioned and I struggled with them for 4 months to repair a function on my 2023 Ionic 5. It became so difficult that I called Hyundai of America with still no resolve. So I went to another dealership, McGovern Hyundai and worked with Sammy. She was terrific from the initial phone call to the follow up. Their shop fixed the software problem in half the amount of time that they said they needed and then explained to me what the issue was and how they remedied it. The other dealership made me feel like I was bothering them and had no answers nor follow-up for this software issue. I thought that it was a software issue with this electric car and as it turned out it was. Nice work, Sammy and your staff.

Went in for my scheduled service. Very friendly Heather from customer service, took all the info. Offered me a free Lyft to and from my house. Amazing service. I have another car from another dealer and never get this kind of service. Service took half the time as noted and communication is clear and prompt. Highly recommend.

My Wife and I bought the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe brand new when it was Bill Dube Hyundai!!Since that time frame we have always had service which is now McGovern HyundaiYour service advisor Samantha is so nice to work with from setting up appointments to letting you know time frame if you are waiting for your vehicle!!Now as we move into the next phase of a new vehicle a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid we can only hope that the team of service specialists continues on the same path and into the future!!Thank You So Much Jeanne and Paul Rogers !!

Great experience at McGovern. Daniel was excellent, as was Tony in Finance. Just don't tell him he looks like Jason Tatum because he doesn't see the resemblance. Would have been 5 stars except for them being overly optimistic about how long it would take to register the car. But no big deal.

First, I want to be clear that I m satisfied with the repair of my corroded rear brake lines and also with my advisor, Heather, who did her best to keep me informed over the last few days my car was in the service center. However, I only gave a 3 star rating because of initial communication issues that left me frustrated. My car s brakes failed on March 17 th and I had my car towed to McGovern which serviced it in the past. I was told it could take a week because of prior appointments and the service center was small. I received a text on Thursday the 21st that my car was being serviced. Then, after several unsuccessful attempts to text McGovern about expected completion date, I called on Saturday the 23rd and was told they were waiting for parts. On Monday the 25th I was told they couldn t locate the parts and my car was old (14 yrs). At that point I was pretty upset because my car had been in the shop since the 17th and this was the first I heard they couldn t find the parts. They said Heather would try to get back to me later that day. She did text me the following morning to say the parts were on the way and their goal was to get the car repaired and back to me on Thursday the 28th, which they did. In the end, everything was fine. I wish, though, I was told on the 21st that parts were an issue and that it would take additional time to locate them before the repair could begin.

The service department always gets you in as soon as possible They greet you with a kind word and a smile. They also go out of their way to insure you are updated on your vehicles progress.

FYI. They pay a company to delete bad reviews. The saleman we worked with was nice but the entire experience was horrible. Manager came over after we decided not to purchase and got mad and wanted an explanation. We told him the cars we looked at either were making noise, had dents or the last one wasn t cleaned and had weed and cigar residue in it. When they were valuing my possible trade in (2021 vw crossport, beautiful condition) the older gentleman came in and threw the keys on the table and said I cant tell if its a 3rd row because of all the jackets! And walked away then proceeded to discipline an employee behind us. Don t waste your time there.
