Brian Kelley was absolutely phenomenal and so friendly. He s very kind and answered every question thoroughly. He made the process beyond easy, he wasn t pushy at all, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole buying process. Highly recommend McGovern and Brian K. Best dealership around!

If you re looking to purchase a vehicle, McGovern is the place to go! Steve Ray is hands down the best in sales. He has so much knowledge about vehicles in general from his years of experience. He let me drive any car I was interested in no matter how close to closing time it was. He worked to get me the absolute best deal and I actually couldn t be happier. As long as Steve doesn t retire, neither will my business. Thank you for everything!

Kyle is a great salesman he helped us trade in my old Hyundai for a cute newer Hyundai car. He was outgoing, very very nice and helped us out a lot!! We took the car for a quick ride. He was talkative and it was a good test drive!! He did great!! Keep up the good work Kyle !!

Great experience finding a Hyundai that fit my budget and my family's needs! Kyle, in sales, was clear and forthcoming with all the info about the models we were interested in - and honest when he didn't know some of the details. Anthony, in financing, was helpful and his attention to detail was great. Even Rich, the manager, was - like everyone else - friendly and upbeat without being high-pressure. I plan to go back for my regular maintenance, so if anything changes, I'll update this review. But for now, 5-star lease experience!!

Good Afternoon McGovern FamilyOn behalf of my Wife and Myself we were in for service on Saturday Afternoon!!We had been thinking of making a change to the newer model of what we had !!We were just looking around and that s when Mitchel came over !!He was not pushy which is a major point for us he then went to check on the car we were having serviced came back and we were talking and mentioned the 2023 hybrid!!He went to bring the vehicle out for us to test drive and the rest is history We both love the way he handled everything from the start process and pick up day which was yesterday 3/19/24!!Impressed by the way he took the time to explain all the different ways to get the best possible drive from the vehicle!!He is a true Gentleman and hope that he has a Wonderful Career selling Cars/ Trucks!!Thanks for another Wonderful Experience at your Dealership!!Jeanne and Paul Rogers

My family had an exceptional experience at a car dealership with Kyle, the sales representative. Kyle was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped our daughter. He was patient, answered questions thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable. Kyle was flexible with appointment times and made himself available after regular business hours. This is wonderful dealership if you are looking for a Hyundai to buy/lease. While we did not ultimately buy a car, the professionalism was evident right from the beginning of our experience. We came with our 18 month son and it can be difficult to keep a child busy when you are trying to look for a car. Between Johnathan (Sales consultant) and Jacob (Sales Manager) they did a wonderful job of catering to our needs. If you are in the market for Hyundai, this is a great dealership in the greater Boston area to use.

I was referred by a friend to go to McGovern at the Wilmington location. I am so glad that I did!! Brian Kelley was fantastic to work with. He was very friendly, and refreshingly not your typical salesman. I would say my situation was not exactly the norm when purchasing a vehicle. But Brian and Ricky truly went above and beyond to help me leave there with my dream truck! They were very transparent in the purchasing process and extremely patient with me and understanding. Brian and his team were truly a pleasure to work with. Hands down the best place to go if you are in search of a new vehicle.

I had come to McGovern because of their extensive amount of cars on the lot and got totally taken care of by Kyle. Kyle was so flexible about test driving and trying out all of the features that I was looking for in a new car. As a first time car buyer, I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. I am so happy with my new car (and its price!) and loved my experience with Kyle this weekend.

Had the easiest experience for purchasing a car in my 57 years of buying. Negotiating was done on line with Eduardo and Paul , and also my trade in, and within 2-3 hours I had my new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Once anyone purchases a car, the exit out of the showroom is something else when you get to slam the GONG. Thank you Eduardo for making my car buying experience awesome. I just bought a 2024 Tucson hybrid from McGovern Hyundai. the process went VERY smooth. Brian Kelley was my salesman. He went above and beyond to explain the accessories and get me the best deal. You will not be disappointed if you buy a car here. I had a 2010 Rav 4 they took in trade, so , you can imagine how much Brian had to explain. He was patient and kind with my ignorance, now I could sell one to you. It was like getting an education. Thank you Brian!

Horrible experience! They pray on the elderly and I assume anyone who doesn't know better. My mother bought a 1yr old Hyundai, they told her she had to by all of the extras and she did. 2 months later she has an issue and they tell her she didn't buy the "right" warranty and then charge her $700 more to give her the "right" one.Do not do business with this place they lie cheat and steal! I will write a follow up after meeting with our lawyer.

I had a great experience from McGovern Hyundai Rt 93. Mitchell helped us out to get our first car and made the process really smooth. He is very approachable and the best part was he explained everything in detail. As this was our first car, it was very important for us to understand a lot of things we didn t know about and he dealt very patiently. All in all, I had a very positive experience.

I just bought a 2021 Tucson today and the employees at this location are very friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Went with financing a slightly used car instead of leasing this time, and everyone worked hard to try and get me into the right car. Steve Ray was a great sales person and was sooo helpful and nice. Jacob helped a lot also, and Paul the manager was great too!!!

Mitchell is the best salesperson I've had in several years of used car shopping. All staff I interacted with behaved professionally and were attentive to their customers' needs. Pretty quick turnaround and no fuss on documentation/registration, either!

Searched for a dealer who could make the process fast and easy. We found it here @ McGovern. Our Salesman Patrick was outstanding - as long as he s selling cars, we ll be coming back to it them!! The entire staff was exceptional!! We have an extremely busy schedule and the staff, especially Monica, worked with us every step of the way to get us into the right car at the right price!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

It was my first time at Hyundai at the Wilmington location and Brian made it a great experience. I m not that great at working with a salesperson so I brought my brother along since it was more his territory. He warned me that typically they ll be pushy and aggressive but that was the exact opposite. He made it very easy going right from the start. Both my brother and I left feeling very at ease. He was very transparent to all of our questions. I honestly didn t expect to buy a car that day. Brian understood my price range and showed me the car that was the best fit for me and my daughter. Everyone has work and their day is busy and we definitely don t want to spend a long time at a dealership. It didn t take an entire day to work through the purchase it was quick and easy. It was definitely a pleasure to work with him.

BEWARE, many of these 5 star positive reviews are FAKE. As you can see many profiles only posted one 5 star review, all for McGovern Hyundai. I bought a car here but be careful they were extremely unprofessional and tried taking advantage of me because they thought I was young. Then after buying the car the salesman pretends he can only find 1/2 set of keys. He found the second pair VERY quickly after I told him I m not driving the car off the lot without it. Literally found it in 15 seconds.

About a month ago we bought a used VW Atlas. Jonathan Gonzalez did an excellent job giving us information about the car and the sales process, and everything went smoothly from the test drives and the purchase and registration to the trade-in and the inspection. The vehicle price was fair, the trade-in value they gave us was generous, and we are still loving the car. Thank you!

The worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Went in over the summer knowing exactly what I wanted and the price it should cost. Was given a price for 2023 model and lease or buy options. Decided to reserve a 2023 to lease, and given a date a couple of weeks from then for the car to arrive. I had to reach out to the dealer several times to get back to my insurance company so everything would be all set when the car arrived. The dealership often didn t answer, or when they did I would be transferred to a voicemail. Would leave voicemails with no call back. When my car finally arrived a few weeks later it was a 2024 with a different price. I waited almost a month for this car, only to find out it was not at all what I had asked for. The salesman was less than respectful, and could not care any less about the mix up . The Sales manager was able to recover my business, mainly because I was in desperate need of a car after waiting for a long period of time. The salesman was rude, did not have an inspection sticker on my car when he told me to come pick it up, did not set up my bluelink. I felt bamboozled, truly the worst experience, would never go back. Do not use Daniel from Sales!

I have visited this dealership and met Kyle Alicea as Sales & Leasing Consultant. I didn't buy any vehicle from him. But you guys may curious why I leave comments for him.I never met this kind of sales person in my whole life before. He never gave me any pressure to buy vehicle in this dealership. He just keep trying to helping me what is best deal for me. We talked a lot about our interests for vehicle. But we especially talked about our life especially what would be best for our family. I was super happy to talk with him in person while we talked about life. He has warm-heart person who I never met before. Also he is very knowledgeable person who know about vehicle. I am very impressed his knowledge about vehicle from Hyundai beyond other competitor's vehicles, too.This is a big reason I would like to tell you who is Kyle Alicea even I didn't buy a vehicle from him. I would highly recommend him if you want to buy hyundai vehicle from someone. I am sure you would be very satisfied his great support.

Had a great experience buying a new 2024 Palisade. My salesman Johnny did a great job keeping me informed on the status of the car I out a deposit on. Then when I arrived Johnny worked quickly to prepare the car and sign paperwork and get me out of there. Definitely would recommend McGovern and definitely ask for Johnny!
