I was told by my insurance that they had my windshield in stock so I dropped my car off that night to get fixed the next day while I was at work. When I called the next day the technician Joel told me that the windshield must have got ordered but never delivered. Joel made things right by driving to get my windshield at another location, called me to let me know he got it, was going to replace it and mesaged me when it was done. Great communication.

Nearly 6 weeks ago safelite cancelled on my appointment date and told me it would be another two weeks before they could come out, I called Glass America and was told it would be two days. There were multiple parts delays because they did not order the correct parts, I called for updated every week and was told I would get a callback, but they never called back. Finally I was given an appointment, it was confirmed the morning of, and they never showed up. Take your business elsewhere or be prepared for inefficient communication and a long wait.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Basically had the wait all day for install and needed to drive to a shop as it was raining. The shop was disgusting and took over 2 hrs so it basically took me all day waiting and it finally got done at 4pm.
