Highly recommended! I can confidently say that this was the smoothest interaction I ve ever had at a mechanic. They helped me keep my Saab on the road, I couldn t be more appreciative. They ve definitely earned a customer, I can t wait to come back for more work.

Great place, Don is the man. Took a job there but had some health issues to deal with. He just met me and came all the way to the North Shore to check on me. Customers are loyal to Don and his staff because he cares about them. He'll never do anyone wrong. Not many places like Euro Car, I am completely back to great health and wish it never happened. People go see Don and his staff, you won't be sorry.

Don and company are great to work with. Quickly fixed my MB 350E with a bad cylinder 3 error code at a very fair price. Will definitely be using this shop again instead of the $tealership.

I'm so glad that I found Don and his team at Euro Car Center. The work is top notch and his team professional. I highly recommend them no matter if you have a serious issue or require routine maintenance.

Great car service from Don and team. I went there for regular service and issues with battery. Don thoroughly inspected the car and fixed everything on time. As much as service shop, they do love cars! and it shows up in their work, they are truly passionate about what they do. Would love to take my car there again for further services.

Don has been for years mine and my wife mechanic, I recommended his shop to friends asking for a good mechanic, the last experience hasn t been nothing also than a bad experience.The car wasn t starting, evidence of battery, or starter problems, The battery was the problem, we just agree to install a new Mercedes battery, quoted less than $500 from the dealer (including labor, deposal and original battery brand). Well at Euro Car Center the bill was $950, for a lower grade battery with adapters and some unauthorized work and water pump damage result from the unauthorized work poorly performed. I guess my relation with Euro car center is over!

My family and I have trusted Don with our cars for the last 12+ years. He s an absolute expert, honest, and always available for any emergency. He once picked up my coworker and had her car towed from the exit ramp of the highway and performed a repair to her wheels that same day. Highly recommended!

This is my Second time repair for my 2010 C300 4 matic, I liked the way Don explained the issue and fix.Don provides reliable service/repairs and also charges less than what dealers charged. I would recommend him for any vehicle repairs.

Everyone at Euro Car Center was very nice. Don definitely put himself in the customer s shoes and helped to minimize the repair costs. With a thorough inspection, Don explained very clearly what the problem was and how it would be repaired. I used to take my Land Rover to the dealership but I m planning to have Don and his team do my future maintenance from now on. Excellent service and excellent price. Brought our Audi in after a bad experience with the Audi dealer and I have to say that Don and the team at Euro Car Center have been fantastic to deal with. Expertise combined with honesty and a friendly approach is a rare commodity. Our Audi has a new home for repairs. Highly recommend!

This is not a review of the car service - just of the wonderful quality of people who work at and run this company. Due to a last minute drop-out, my ASD classroom was in need of a mechanic who would be willing to come lead a demonstration and talk to my students about a career working with cars. Don from Euro Car Center was able to come volunteer his time on less than 24-hour notice, and he led the most wonderful hands-on demonstrations for my students. He brought his son as well, and it was very impactful for my students to see such a positive role model. I cannot recommend Don and Euro Car Center enough !!

Ron and his staff are great people. They do incredible work for more than a fair price. My only regret is that I didn t stop that taking my mercedes to the dealership for services sooner. After doing one job for me, Euro Car Center has a customer for life. You won t find someone who does better work for a better price than Ron

I had an engine failure and chose Euro Car Center in part because of the reviews on Google. They did not steer my wrong! The team worked diligently to fix two major engine issues, including driving over an hour away to pick up a salvage part and calling in support to get the work completed. After all of that, the final bill was better than I expected (feared!) and more than fair. When I need repair work done again, they will be the first call I make.

Don and his team have gone above and beyond to bring my 2007 Eos back to safe condition! There was a safety issue I was not aware of that Don found and repaired. They also worked diligently to resolve my chronic water leak. I so wish I had found Euro Car Center many years ago!!! When they were unable to schedule a repair a few months ago, they referred another car center that was able to fit me into their schedule quickly. Kudos!

Great place to get your car serviced. While there is no lobby to wait while your car is serviced, this place is no frills straight-up car service. I went there with my 5 year old and they were so nice to us - they were in an online meeting that they put on hold to show my son around the shop and answer his curiosity. Now I know that is not related to service, but it does say a lot about how they treat their customers and that is something to always appreciate. Their service itself was good with a clear explanation of what all they tested and what the results meant. Will certainly go here again.

The work is always to a high quality. The team is very friendly and customer centric. Had a pretty serious problem with the timing change which was almost about to snap, an oil leak etc. which took a week to fix. Their hourly labour rate is almost as high as the BMW dealer prices and since my repair was well over the initial budget, Don was kind enough to give me a substantial discount.They also showed all the parts that were broken and/ or had to be replaced and spent about 10 minutes explaining what could have happened if they were not replaced in time. The shop looks unassuming on the outside. Don't let that fool you. The shop is filled with expertise and professionalism. I see that after 110 reviews on Google the rating is 5.0 stars. There's good reason.My Jetta might not be the supercar it thinks it is, but it was treated as such at ECC. Don's staff put in a new clutch, changed the fluids, and went through the car, replacing some secondary fasteners that were missing or worn out.I'll be taking my car here from now on. I think the work is better than the dealership.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Don and the team at Euro Car Center are amazing. They took care of my car with amazing care and handling. It needed a TON of work and they did it all. Best of all they were incredibly fair with the bill considering the amount of work that went into it. HIGHLY recommended. I had to have my clutch replaced and the staff, especially the owner Don, were so kind and so honest with me. They invited me to come down while they were working on the car to show me what the parts coming out of my car looked like and gave me a lesson on how that translated into what was happening while I was driving. They did not make me feel stupid or like I was being screwed over. They were transparent, professional, responsive, and even called to check if another part they noticed was leaking was under warranty to save me some money. I will definitely be using them again and have already recommended them to others.

I had a very positive experience. I brought my 2013 Mercedes Benz C300 for it s 70,000 mile maintenance. Don the owner and his crew throughly inspected my vehicle and gave me a checklist of all maintenance performed. It also listed one item that needs immediate attention and one that may need attention in the near future.

I took my AUDI Q5 in for a 60,000 mile check up / oil change. They did a great job and pointed out a water pump problem that is still under a special warranty coverage by AUDI and saved me a lot of money. Don is the man!! My wife and I inherited a VW Eurovan from a relative in Andover. We brought our van to Don to inspect before driving back to NJ. He went out of his way to help us and get everything done very fast. I wish we lived closer to Andover because I'd be seeing Don on a regular basis for service to keep up with this very special van. Thanks to Don and his team at Euro Car Center!!!!
