Never go wrong with Cornerstone Mitsubishi, love them since 2019 start with my 2015 Lancer, 2020 PHEV Outlander and now 2024 Outlander, in time I build camaraderie with everybody, excellent service and very nice sales group, find what you need, give what you need I wouldn t imagine changing may car dealer..thank you Bill, Ernie, Tori, Ariel, Will the whole family and everybody

Employees here are a waste of time. They just want you to purchase their cars. Bought a car there once with my mom they just wanted to get it off their hands. When we came back a year later to see an appraisal on it because we needed to get rid of the car they said they don t take cars with damage when there are so many cars damaged in the parking lot. My mom & I went in for an appointment that they scheduled, she never showed up & had an excuse to move on from our situation! A heads up that you won t be there would have been great. We were asked 10 times if we want to buy a new vehicle when we said no from the start. They just want to empty your pockets. This family business could be ran better.Replying 03/18The damages aren't more than 5k together to get the doors fixed. TORY was told many times they are damaged there and still proceeded to have us come in. The company has enough money to fix and resell those cars. They just didn't want to deal with it. My mom said if she could give 0 starts she would.

Honest mechanics who really do everything they can to give you good and quick service. I brought in a car which was gifted to me and was in very bad shape. They got it working again and the detailing was impeccable. They even buffed out a huge scratch it had on the side for free. They found parts last minute and installed them quickly. They were very transparent with the pricing and helped me figure out how to save on costs. They were very communicative and called me throughout the week. I highly recommend coming here to get your Mitsubishi back in order! It s worth paying high quality labor to have the peace of mind that your car is fixed correctly and not just patched up with quick fixes. Thanks again Cornerstone!!

Cornerstone Mitsubishi's staff are amazing. They make you feel very welcomed and treat you as of you've known them for years. I am extremely satisfied with the care and service I received from them and highly recommend anyone interested in a Mitsubishi to check them out!

This is hands down the best experience we have ever had. From the salesperson to the owner, we thought they were absolutely awesome. We never felt as though we were dealing with a "salesperson." They were transparent about the vehicle options, financing and pricing. We have leased many cars in the past and this is the first time that we weren't asked what we could afford or what we were looking to spend. Think about that...instead they asked what options I currently have in my car and we started from there. THEN we spoke about getting the best price...imagine that! No high-pressure sales techniques - just a family man (the owner) trying to get you into your next car but he wants you happy with your purchase. We called another local dealership to compare pricing and guess what!?! The salesman was your typical "If you can get it for that price, then I would go with them!" guy. It only proved to us how genuine the people at Cornerstone Mitsubishi truly are because the pricing was significantly different (less) on top of the most friendly service we've ever received.

My negotiation to lease a new vehicle was very thorough. Bill took a long time to explain the differences between purchase and lease, and the differences between vehicles. He took 90 min to make sure I got the best deal

The Customer Service provide by Jane Patterson is above and beyond. Received the customer with a greeting and a smile. Explain all the service will perform and make clear all the charges that will be execute.I was impressed with her customer service skill. Why I say that, because I have another Mitsubishi Unit and she inquired using the VIN number and guess what; it was active the Warranty and now my other unit will be fix. Kudos for her! Make me a happy customer and for sure will return for future services. A round of applause for the owner of cornerstone that honor military discount, that is a plus! Thank you!

Purchased my second vehicle. My Cadillac had finally went (wasn't from this dealership) and needed a vehicle quickly to get to a and b to work. At Cornerstone Bill C and Adam were a huge help in leading me in the correct direction. I was able to test drive my options and found an absolute beauty. 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SE is what I fell in love with. Great place to go I highly recommend!

Not seeing much coverage of the Outlander PHEV in the local and national trade press. I researched for months.I understand the prior version had it's challenges. But I tried a Maverick and Tesla model 3 and model Y. The post 2022 Outlander is far above those offerings, both because of the quality execution of the Mitsubishi PHEV drivetrain, and because it eliminates the dreaded range anxiety.PHEV is the best fit for my usage, and the drivetrain in the Outlander PHEV is far and away the best and most sophisticated execution of a PHEV out there.The SEL Touring package puts the fit and finish at the top of the range next to Audi, and way better than the others listed above.These should be flying out of the showrooms in the current market conditions. I don't understand why they're such a well kept secret.l'd have overlooked the brand entirely had I not gotten an Outlander in an Avis rental a few years ago. Even though it was the prior version, and yes the performance and handling were so-so, I liked the understated simplicity of the layou, and the simple, uncluttered dash. Also the interior and exterior dimensions were just right for my taste, as was the layout.Something in that Avis rental Outlander stuck with me over the years and after all the months of research, I came back to where I started.

Great, family-owned business that takes excellent care of their customers. From sales assistant to finance mgr. everyone took the time and care to find the car and payment that would work best for me. The team is attentive and responsive. It was the best car buying experience I could have had.

Do dot buy battery they are bad quality and need to jump your multiple time and when you bring in to the dealer keep recharge and week later car die again battery is bad and they no want to change because wait untill warranty is over to sell another.. please be aware

Very disappointed with the lack of communication I have been getting from them. I believe it s been over a week with me trying to refinance my car and I ve been getting the run around of sorts. I know the man who primarily does this has been dealing with a lot. I can sympathize truly I can, but whatever is going on with someone, another person should be stepping up to help. I ve called so much in the past days. I was told almost a year ago, that if I made my payments on time etc I could refinance my car to lower the payments. The other day when I spoke to someone finally I was told they could probably refinance and get me into a newer car. I don t want a new car I want my current payments lowered. Had I known this information last year I may not have traded in my Lancer. Don t get me wrong this dealership is amazing and the people are fantastic truly they are. But I m extremely frustrated with the lack of help I ve been getting on this.This is to Mr. Bill, I truly appreciate the response truly I do. I guess my main issue would be feeling as if I was lied too. I know it s a car dealership and sometimes it just works out a certain way. But being told if I made payments for a year I could come back and refinance but I actually can t? Please maybe try to be a bit more careful with the words your employees tell customers. Thank you for understanding.

First time here They mainly have more of the newer models here and few old model Mitsubishis and this is small family owned and they treat you like family and were very welcoming. As soon as we got in the door they offered us food and coffee. We came in from Boston and were in need of an upgrade from our old car and they worked with us to get the best deal possible. So we got to trade in our old vehicle for a certified outlander with low mileage and got to drive home with it the same day! They also gave it a wash and detail and also a full tank of gas before we left. The whole process was quick and easy and we for sure will come back again for our next vehicle.Thanks Arielle!
