I recently had a sun roof installed and to my surprise, I was very disappointed. I put my trust in Toyota to find a reputable company to collaborate with when they can t provide a specific service. Not only did they leave the back seat with metal particles scattered everywhere, a razor blade was left on the floor that my dog found. Never mind the fact that the employee programmed their phone in my car as FBI Surveillance Van, I did I not think it was very funny bit unprofessional to no end! I have addressed my concerns with Toyota and I hope they find another company to do business with. If I could give zero stars that would be my review but the lowest is a 1 star. They don t deserve that for sure but want people out there to know what kind of employees this company has working for them.

I couldn't ask for better customer service. Easy to communicate with, service was great. I highly recommend them. Thanks for taking care of my sons car starter (Nissan Rogue) so quickly. You guys ROCK!!! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone at Classic Soft Trim.

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere others then the Saco or Wilmington locations..I took my vehicle to the Saco locations for three different installs being done incorrectly..each time I was made to feel as if I was being to picky about my $2000 seats..the last time I was contacted by the owner of the company who told me that since they have done it incorrectly 3 times at the Saco location they would need me to bring my vehicle to the Massachusetts branch..roughly 4 hours away from my home in Maine, total inconvenience..he then offered to drive my vehicle down and back..which I have never heard of a vehicle being driven state to state..no thank you, maybe trailer it..on top of that the owner at the Massachusetts branch did anything in his power to make it and inconvenience for me to have my vehicle serviced in Maine before recommending I go somewhere else because they weren t able to do it correctly from there Saco Maine branch..I then took it to another place in Scarborough Maine (Auto Sound Co) who actually treated me with respect and kindness and cared about how my vehicle looked and also informed me that classic soft trim had installed my seats incorrectly for a fourth time (not putting the airbags in the seat sleeves) after the outcome I would highly recommend going to auto sound co in Scarborough over classic soft trim and if you are located in Mass I would recommend a different location as well for better customer service and vehicle care..

DO NOT go here!!! I order Katzkin leathers seats. Setup the appointment at this location. Talked to someome there. I dropped off my new car early morning and picked it up later that day. I was horrified when I saw my new leather seats. They definitely rushed the install. There was dust everywhere, the leather seats had wrinkles throughout the whole car. The wiring for the heated seats was sticking out everywhere. The foam was literally sticking out of the driver seat, passenger seat and back seats. The heated pads was installed incorrectly. My head rest was stuck, it wouldn't go down. The back seats were reinstalled incorrectly and popped off the clips while driving back home. I was so furious. I stayed in there parking lot taking pictures. They ignored my calls, didn't let me in. Close shop early. I can smell cigarettes in my car. I don't smoke cigarettes. It was really bad.... I wish I could upload pictures to show you all. Thankfully, after sending the pictures to Katzin headquarters. They refunded me 60% of what I paid. That's how bad the install was. They do not have the proper tools or equipment or unqualified employees. They didn't care about quality. It looked like a child install my leather seats. I would not recommend this place especially for leather installation. Katzkin said they will not be working with them anymore. Hopefully, they won't. Because damn. It was bad. Bad!

Made an appointment for two heated seats on my 2022 Ram Classic. Ill update next week. Asked for some foam between springs and lower cushion. They do work on brand new vehicles im hoping for the best.

They installed parking sensor on my 2019 Toyota, and it does not work properly. Sensor should go off only when in REAR in reverse, FRONT transmission out of park, and moving approx 6 mph. The sensor goes off all the time. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. Actually they supposedly do seat covering and trim. Not sure why they are installing electronics. I did not chose them. DANVER TOYOTA selected them to do this installation.

I purchased a new car in Dovers, MA and wanted to replace the stock cloth interior with leather. The dealership sent the car to Classic Soft Trim for the job and when I found out where they sent it, I was very nervous. The poor reviews and questionable pictures on the website concerned me. Much to my surprise, however, the leather looks perfect. Not a single imperfection. Anyone who looks at it immediately thinks it came from the factory that way. I have seen a lot of companies offer custom upholstery but none even come close to this level of quality. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My car dealership set up an appointment for me at Classic Soft Trim. On my way home I decided to drive by the location. When I stepped into the office area, I was greeted with a smile, and Jeff asked to look at the car to see if it was a quick fix. Within 10 minutes, he had found the problem, repaired it, and put everything back together. Fantastic. And it saved me going back in a few days for the appointment. Thanks Classic Soft Trim.

I worked at this establishment and found poor time management on their part that causes everything to be on a big time crunch and quality suffers big time. The installers for roofs , starters, video are very good at what they do the upolstery guys are just hack installers the actual covers are done top notch at a factory then slammed together here. They are a dealer only contractor. If you want the items they do have your car dealer search for a true factory equipped car

My dealer had them install my sunroof as a 3rd party on a brand new JEEP. After having to reprogram it 3 times over the years, it finally just gave out and is not opening. Of course the warranty expired just a few months ago. But from these reviews looks like I'll go somewhere else instead of them doing even more crappy work.

Bought my car at Honda. Part of my deal was to add the car starter. They had Classic put in my car starter which is Honda's 3rd party installer. Lets just say my car was there 6 times total in about a month and half! Unacceptable. They put it in and my problem was my car just kept stalling out. It was very inconsistent. They replaced the module about 3 times, a transmitter one time and then the whole system. Still nothing. The first time I had it fixed I dropped my car off. I waited patiently for them to call me. They never did so I call about 430pm to check on it. The lady at the desk said my car was done and oh we close at 445pm, can you make it here by then or should we put the keys under the seat? Are you kidding me!!!.... They didn't even call me to let me know it was done. Luckily I was 15 minutes down the street. When I got there they just said here are the keys and then walked away not even telling me the problem. I had to ask. That was just the first time!!!! You could imagine how I felt after my car was there for the 6th time. Luckily I have patience. The 6th time they promise to fill my take with gas and when I went to drive it home they didn't. This place is a joke. I hate writing bad reviews. I just wanted a new car starter for my new car I bought! If I wanted a hassle I would have stuck with my old car that was falling apart. Honda did right and they put in their own factory car starter for me that is worth about $800 free of charge for my hassle. I could go on and on but this review is all ready so lengthy. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I don't see how they have bad reviews . I contacted via social media and they were very responsive . They had my vehicle ready right on schedule and the quality of work was top notch. Very satisfied . If your dealer sends the vehicle here, fret none it will be top quality work.

I ordered a overhead DVD system from the dealer for my brand new 2012 Mazda 5 and they had it install at Classic Soft Trim in Wilmington, MA. After the dealer called me to say that the DVD install is completed to come and look at it so I did.Upon inspection of the installation, I found the few large creases on my brand new 2012 Mazda 5 headliner and it s obvious the headliner was bent big time to get this installed. Now the headliner look like crap with all few big crease that cannot be fixed except to have the headliner completely replaced. I also found that when they stuff the wires, it was stuff so bad that you can see the bulge right beside the unit.Now, I m extremely unhappy that my brand new car s headliner is totally destroyed. I can t believe they call themselves professional and charge that price. Even the amateur kids on the street can do a much better job.I HIGHLY NOT recommended unless you like poor quality work and I have pictures to prove it.

No idea how they have such bad reviews. I have worked with them from my dealership 100s of times with never an issue. Here's a pick of a recent leather install that they did on a Subaru Impreza sport. The bad reviews must be competitors.

Just had leather seats put in my pickup, they look stock, great job and was able to pick up/drop off after hours, they ve done my sisters car as well. Would definitely recommend.

have used classic 100s of times . I work at dealership and use them for leather, roofs, nav, starters, and ect. I only had one issue over the years and they fixed the issue without hesitation. Quality work and service

We had not one but two convertible tops on the same vehicle installed by this company only because it was under warranty. Horrible job and they broke things on the car and they did such a bad job putting it on that there was a huge flood in the trunk that damaged things that were in there, they returned the car with the rug in the back window missing grommets and mud all over the rug and it wasn't even installed, the boot that goes around the emergency brake wasn't even attached (why was it removed to begin with) and the details of every thing else are just too long to list. All we know is that Mark Wilson did nothing but lie and continues to lie about every aspect of the job from the amount of time he had it, why it was there that long, where it was and as the owner of this company he ought to be ashamed of himself for the condition that the car was in. And because we bypassed him and went to the manufacturer and complained, he is going around to all the other area installers and getting them to not redo the top. We have pictures of all the damage that his company did to the car that wasn't even anything to do with the installation of the top. And all we can say is Mark, enjoy, because your so called good reputation that you keep saying you have, isn't as good as you say it is and it definitively is going to be getting exactly what it deserves. In fact, we don't know where you come up with the "good reputation" idea. Shame on you and every one of your fellow installers that are lame enough to listen to the likes of you. One star is too generous for this company.

Great service dealer recommended them to me to install a starter.was in and out pretty fast and the work was super clean couldn t even tell they installed it. Staff was very helpful with all my questions and very friendly.
