This place runs like a well oiled machine. BUT I lowered my rating from 5 to 3 stars. They damaged 2 of my aluminum rims by gouging the rim when pulling the stem out. Now the finish is peeling off my rims. This is after I spoke to the manager and asked them to be careful. A simple rag under their tool would've prevented the damage. Check your rims before you leave!!!

I was a walk in last minute right before closing time stressed out about a flat tire that just happened and no spare and with a smile on their face they took my car in and fixed the tire without second thought. They took a very stressful situation and with their knowledge on my run flat tire and precision fixed it.

I have been a customer of AAA Tire Wilmington for over 30 YEARS!!!Thus is why I TRUSTED Danny & Scott to simply mount 4 New Tires on My 2018 Tacoma with ONLY 15000 Miles on it.I got my Truck back with my nice new MEATY Tires they mounted for $275.00.I didn't reach Rocco's Restaurant when my D/S/F wheel came off my Truck & ROLLING beside me!!!!!!!My LF front end, nose dived to the pavement & from the Grace of God no one was hurt by the ROLLING WHEEL down the street & I was able to get to the side of the road SAFELY.... I Came to find out that they had a Shawsheen Tech student changing my tires!!!! Had I been told that was the PLAN, I would have taken my TREASURED TACOMA to Sullivan Tire......Danny Fogg & I go WAYYYYY BACK.However I got NOT 1 PENNY BACK of MY $275.00 FAILED Install Charge......AAA Tire SIMPLY paid the Boutiett's Auto Body charge.........I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AAA TIRE AGAIN!!!!!THIS IS ON YOU SCOTT!!!!!!!!!!

After going to a tire company and being told all my tires had to be replaced. I went for a 2nd opinion to AAA Tire Co. They replaced one tire and saved me alot of money. Not only did they accommodate me as a walk in, but they made it a pleasant experience. I wish I had asked the guys name who worked on my vehicle. It's good to know there are still honest people around. Go to AAA you won't be disappointed!!

AAA Tire Co has been around since I was a child. Family owned business with great service at a great price. If you are looking for service to be done on your vehicle I highly suggest making AAA Tire Co your next stop. Not only myself but my Father, Brother, Uncles & friends all have, and still continue to only trust in AAA Tire Co. Thank you for plugging my tire on such a short notice. I'll be back soon!

Great friendly local tire place. We have been taking all of our cars there for years and have had great experiences. Scott is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend AAA tire

AAA tire has been able to handle every tire issue I've had. From tractor tires to plugging passenger car tires they've done it, done it well, done it quick and it was priced right. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad they're in town.

Scott was super helpful, gave me all the information I needed on new tires. Pricing (including alignment) , rebate options, etc. definitely will take my car to him! His pricing beat 2 other places and his customer service was fantastic.

I brought my car for balancing, alignment, and tire rotation and I felt the price was very fair. They also looked at the brakes and tire pressures for me which I really appreciated as I just got this car a couple months ago and was not sure if mechanics really had looked at everything before selling it. AAA assured me that everything was safe and good to go and this peace of mind I have now is priceless.

Used to have my oil change don here no more they take all day with no cat Even with a appointment in advance found some where else! Short staff needed tires before when brought in for a oil change they did not inform had to replace soon after! They just don't have the time great people need more staff,

I will no longer go anywhere else. They certainly know how to treat customers so they return. Made appt to have my breaks looked at. I thought I might need the replaced as I was hearing a very slight grinding and thought I would be proactive and have them replaced. They took a look and said that they removed a tiny piece of metal that was most likely making the noise and that may breaks/rotors still had plenty of life in them and everything else looked good, I could come pick it up. I fully expected to be charged at least for them to look at it but no charge. I feel so many other places that I've been to in the past would have told me that something was needed... anything., to try to work in a charge or future work. On top of this they are really just nice people to deal with. Highly recommend.

I lost my husband year ago and he used to take care everything for me, so I had a problem with my tire today when I came to this place OWWW I couldn't believe the OUTSTANDING customer service I got from Scott and the two beautiful girls Isabella and Allie I'll definitely be back and tell everyone I know about how professional they are!! Great service - went in for a tire issue wasn't sure if it was just a leak or needed replacement but they took care of the leak at a very low cost & didn't try to sell me a tire I didn't need yet (I'd have no idea). Also noticed while in waiting room great customer service with other customers - first time stopping it but I'll def be back when the need arises.

These guys always fit me in. They don't overcharge for consulting on something, and tell me when I am better off going to the dealership if it may be under warranty. I get honest answers that I can trust, whereas some places are just looking for the quick buck and could care less about loyalty.

AAA Tire is the best tire shop, period. For years AAA has consistently met the needs of our business which powers some of the largest trucks, trailers, and construction equipment on the road. AAA always has what we need. They have also met our personal needs for our cars. We love AAA, you will love them, and your business will too! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

They don't take reservations but they'll get what you need done the day you bring your car in. If you need it done ASAP, bring your car in first thing and they'll help you out Good prices for what seems to be excellent work so far. I use them for tire services mostly but recently had them replace my battery as well for the price it would've cost me to buy the battery from the auto parts store.

I have gotten tires and service from AAA Tire before and every time I go back I'm more impressed. My wife recently took the minivan in for service at the car dealership and they tried to upsell her on a number of things, which once was all said and done, would have cost over $700. I went AAA because I trust them and found of that most of what they were trying to upsell was unnecessary. They treat their customers with respect. Now that they offer oil changes, etc. I won't go anywhere else!

This is a great shop and these guys are pro's. Fast, efficient and reasonable price for excellent work. What more can you ask for? They do more than tires and too including brakes, oil changes and other maintenance and repairs.

The people here are always as helpful as possible and they give a fair price. They have good knowledge for American cars especially. They are accommodating with times for appointments as well.

This guy was very Honest, there was a wheel bearing that was getting sloppy and the company I worked for had the ABS light on, well he stated it wasn't them, who ever did the brakes before cut the wire by accident. Even dropped off the van early in the morning without a appointment, I was there before they opened.
