A rebuilt starter was installed in my Honda Pilot the day before I drove to Williamstown. The next day I was stranded in the athletic field parking lot of Williams College. Campus police recommended Ron's Auto Repair. I called Ron at 5:45am. By the sound of it, I woke him up. We chatted for 20mins. about my issue and cars in general. He towed the car before 9am when the parking lot was expected to fill up. $85 charge which I thought was very reasonable. The next day he swapped out my dead starter and I was off and running. Total charge for labor: $140 and change. Also very reasonable. Tipped $25 which I rarely do with mechanics. Expect you'll want to do the same.

My car died in the middle of Main Street Williamstown and I was stuck and I googled tow trucks in Williamstown and I saw a Ron had good reviews...I called him and he came very quickly... he towed me back to pittsfield... he was a great guy.. I highly recommend him

VERY rude and unprofessional! Apparently bringing your car there is a HUGE inconvenience to him even tho nobody else is around! Treated me and my father like garbage. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
