I found this place searching online for the perfect rv for my little family. I called and spoke to Mary who is just wonderful! We took the ride and the honesty about it all and thorough inspection they did have me piece of mind and we bought on the spot! We take our maiden voyage on Tuesday and feel great about our choice all because of the wonderful people at bobs campers!! Thank you!

A part on our hitch broke when we were several hours from our home. Mark was able to find the part we needed in his used inventory and replaced it for us immediately and for a very reasonable cost. Very nice, family operation.

On our first camping trip of the year, the faucet hose had a crack. Everyone there was sincerely friendly and stopped what they were doing to help us. They were able to come up with a speedy fix, very reasonably priced. We are very grateful!

Don't bother...read on to find out why...We went to Bob's last year to view new and used campers. We weren't able to find what we were looking for (our needs were very specific for a large family and they didn't have what we needed on their lot at the time - not their fault at all).We were impressed by the family business feel and friendliness so we kept them on our radar for future repairs of our RV, which we eventually purchased from a private seller.After a tree fell on our RV we called Bob's about an insuranceestimate and repair....and we called again....and we called again. Each time we were told someone named Mark would call us back, but they never did.How can you trust them for a good quality repair when they can't even call you back. It shows either arrogance or ineptitude. Either one should result in a short lifespan for their so-called business.

Staff at bobs are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had fifth wheel brackets put in my truck and have been able to find other trailer/truck towing parts there

Went there during their open house a couple years back. Struck a deal on a used camper with the understanding that the slideout be checked. After giving Bob all our contact information and a reassurance we would hear from him in a couple weeks, I'm still waiting for the call. The trailer was there at least for 2 more seasons! Bought ours elsewhere.

Staff is super friendly, and definitely experts o. Camper repair and maintenance!! As I am not..hahaha.they stayed late when I showed up looking for a toilet flush valve at 4:50 in the afternoon when they close at 5:00. It was two days before I was headed camping for a whole week with my family..also this is on a camper ...that I did not purchase from them I should add..After a lot of research they were able to locate a valve, and have it over night shipped all so I could make my trip with family!!Thanks again!!The MCcagg familyAnd my next camper will be purchased at bobs!!The

Clean campers, reasonable prices and super friendly and respectful staff. The cats are a great addition to make you feel comfortable and more at home! I will definitely be coming back and referring friends.
