To anyone looking for a shop that repairs extensive damage after a fender bender, look no further, Al s Auto Body & Collision, 95 Bridges Road, Williamstown is the perfect place for highly professional service. The work was quoted, repaired in a very timely manner, stayed within budget and the finished car looks like brand new. A great staff and they have an adorable friendly little dog too!

There is no where else I would take my car if it needs body work. They are friendly and efficient. The work they do is perfect. If any communication is needed with your insurance company, they do it. Rick and Debbie and their staff are the absolute best in the area. Highly recommended.

Did a great job on both my BMW about 2 years ago and recently on my Honda. They gave my car back cleaner than I dropped it off. Actually cheaper than expected. Thanks guys

Rick (the owner of Al's) is so great. I figure he sees most of his customers at their worst, shaken and stressed out, but he's reassuring and gets the job done efficiently, quickly, no surprises. My trauma was a smashed backseat roll-down window when someone broke into my car on a Sunday. Rick had it replaced and ready for me to pick up by Wednesday noon.

Professional to work with and they do outstanding work. I had them do some body repair on the bottom of my truck's door. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning and the body work and paint were all done for a Friday afternoon completion. Will, unfortunately be using them again, but glad to know there's such a good place to take our vehicles to be brought back to new.

I recently had to go to Al's to get some work done on my Tacoma after a small accident. I had recently gone to another local repair shop and had a nightmare experience and decided to try another place. I wish I had come here for all my other work! They communicate very well, get the work done on time and they do a great job. They also have a pleasant attitude when working with them, which can be hard to find these days.I won't hesitate to use them for anything in the future and recommend them to anybody looking for a good shop!

Extremely helpful! Came out to look at the damage on my car only minutes after getting off the phone with them. Al was honest, upfront and very knowledgeable. Picked up my car for me so I didn't need to pay for towing! This is a family run shop with punctuality and integrity. Highly recommend!

Amazingly great work on my car after it was almost totaled in an accident by other driver. Rick was so helpful and friendly from the first day. They finished the work weeks earlier than expected. It works perfectly and looks like it's brand new! No words to express my gratitude!! :-)

Great paint job and customer service. They were even very helpful providing information I needed, when I was informed a few months after Al's completed the work, that Toyota may reimburse me for their flawed original paint on my 2011 RAV4. It's so nice to know there is that kind of honest, excellent service in the area!

I've done business with this shop for nearly 20 years. From major accidents to fixing a dent, scratch, or ding, this is the best body shop around. Period! Unlike the average automotive appliance driver, I'm a certified car buff and a flawless job is more important to me than price. The workmanship done at Al's is flawless, and the prices are fair especially when you consider the quality of the work. Rick and Deb Jones run a terrific shop, have been totally upfront with what needs to be done, and have always reached out to me if they find something missed in a quote. Also, the work is guaranteed for as long as you own your car. I can't say enough good about this body shop.

Many establishments that offer services could take a lesson from Al s Auto Body Works.They take the kind of pride in their work that, unfortunately, is rare in our increasingly throw-it-away society. They offer attention to detail at a fair price. I highly recommend this business.

I've taken cars to Al's about 5 times and they've always done a fast and flawless job. And they're super nice folks. Plus they can drive you home when you drop off.

Set an appointment to have some mudflaps put on my car. When I called ahead to ask if they could do that kind of work guy says yeah and to bring it by. Show up with the parts and ahead of time. He spends about 2 minutes fumbling around with the parts and directions and tells me he can't do it and probably should have said that over the phone. Pretty lame .
