I went for an oil change in my truck today and oil was spilled in my engine bay. The techs did their best to clean it up but it will need a professional degreasing. My truck filled with smoke on the ride home and I needed to pull off the road. Extremely dangerous. My garage filled with smoke at home and set off the fire alarms. 3 hours on hold trying to speak with someone at corporate. Please reach out to me. This was handled poorly. I would highly recommend you avoid this place.

This location has super friendly staff all the time. Ronnie was amazing and very helpful. He explained everything they were going to be doing to my car and even gave props to Anyah who completed my oil change underneath. Really fast, and efficient service. Im usually a dealership person but the service here is phenomenal. I ll definitely be coming back.

Wow, I was just floored! Never, in my entire 65 years, have I had such a pleasant experience. An oil change that doesn't take hours...who knew?!?The young men were all professional, amiable, and quick. They pointed out some issues, for which I was not prepared, though I did go back later to have a new battery installed. I will be going back in the future, though the next time I need an oil change, I will have to go to a full service mechanic...the staff at Valvoline found that someone had stripped the oil drain plug, probably the dealership, since they have been working on my vehicle up to this point. They actually had to siphon my oil from the top of the engine to complete the oil change.For those of you who expect a mechanic or dealership style visit...forget that! Don't get out of the car, don't walk into the 'office'...just drive around back and put yourself in a lane. They will take great care of you!Kudos to all for great service, no-pressure suggestions, and fast service. I will be back after I get the drain plug changed out.

Absolutely do NOT ever come to this Valvoline and probably any Valvoline location. If I could rate it less than one star I would. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and the end result was a broken radiator hose that I did not ask for. They advertise themselves as a 15 minute service, however if you are interested in being trapped for 30 minutes while your technician vents to you about how his back and knees hurt and how much he dislikes working in the cold, then come to this place. If you also want to spend 10 minutes listening to your technician brag about his cars, this is definitely the oil change shop for you! I left the shop falsely satisfied (after being there for almost an hour total- 15 minutes yeah right), however within 45 minutes all the coolant had leaked from my car. I brought it back, and filed a claim. Despite it being a less than a year old car, they claimed that it's not their fault and they did not cause it. Due to the costs being less than what is worth to go to small claims court, I will not be pursuing legal action. However, I have told everyone I know about my horrible experience, and I will continue telling every person in meet to boycott this scam of an oil change place.

This was my first experience here and it was beyond measure of what my expectations would be. The crew works well as a team very informative. In my particular case they informed me about oil leak, and what it consist of as far as detailed down to sending me pictures they truly were my angels for today and I would highly recommend them for anything concerning oil changes

I've been going here since they opened. I have never had a bad exoerience. Obviously they try to upsell services like they are supposed to, but they're never pushy or try to scare you into paying them for additional services. They've earned a loyal customer

Everyone was so friendly. Quick and complete services. They checked things I should have replaced awhile ago, such as the wipers. They also noticed I had a break light out from the street, so great attention to detail. I am so happy to have this place near me, I love not having to get out of the car! Service was quick enough. Guys were nice. I was told the compressor would not go high enough to put air in my tires. Also they just happened to run out of grease that day.

I had such a great experience here.I made sure to know the names of the mechanics who did the work on my car. Jeremy, Ben and Aniya are a great team.I was really impressed by the atmosphere and the really good energy that they all displayed.Times are hard these days but you wouldn't know it at Valvoline in Wilbraham.Jeremy is a calm, professional and multi-intelligent leader.Ben is a smart and dedicated professional.Aniya quietly flew under the radar doing her job with confidence and skill.I loved how they spoke out the tasks they had completed. I appreciated how they communicated to each other, and then me, when something needed further discussion.I feel really lucky to be able to write this. I'm really happy with this service.

Luis, ron and William have shown nothing but customer service readiness and care. From the drive in to the drive out the service was spectacular. Clean enviroment and staff was neat and dressed with a possitve attitude and everyone worked as a team. I just went to get an oil change, and to my surprise my oil was still full and also clean, Josh and Ronny ,instead of saying I needed one just for the money told me upfront how I was still okay for another 2,000 miles, they still checked everything and inflated my tires, they could not have been more helpful and honest, I will be coming here next time for my oil change because of Ronny and Josh, great job guys!!

Wow! This place is extremely clean, well ran, with a great location and has professional service! - I want to give a BIG thank you to Louis who helped me out with a small problem I had with my trucks drain plug today. Louis went out of his way to help me and he really didn t have to. Louis deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. I appreciate businesses with good service and even better people! Luis, Joshua and Savion were AWESOME!!! Not only did they change the oil in record time, they were safe doing it. Having fun, but still following all rules and regulations. They answered ALL of my questions concerning my car and offered some helpful tips that could save money and keep my car going strong! Thanks guys, you're the best!!!!

Longtime Valvoline customer, stopped in at 8:00 AM opening time, no one here. A technician arrived and said that the opener was not getting here until 9:00 AM. Cars backed up and waiting, many left ( probably heading to Jiffy Lube ?)

Great experience they walked me through everything my car needed did not force me to get anything that I didn't want to. Super fast and easy. Didn't have to get out of the car. Don t trust a place that says oil changes are good for 7k miles but we recommend you come back at 3500 miles immediately leaving here my car was driving funny..low and behold now my car has fluids leaking and was running rough. I suspect sabotage for declining every scam add on they recommended. Go elsewhere!! Generic fake corporate response in 3..2..1
