Very pleased with the service and staff at O'Reilly's in Wilbraham. Very experienced staff, especially Nathaniel. They always take their time to ensure our questions and needs are met. Thank you so much! So very lucky to have great service in Wilbraham O'Reilly's!

Horrible experience here on 11/26/23. I tried to talk to a supervisor about the customer service i received from Nathaniel - a clerk at the store who i felt was extremely rude. Nathaniel directed me to speak with Brandon (who i assume was the shift supervisor).I started telling my side of the story to Brandon and barely even finished a sentence, Nathaniel stormed back over, interrupted me, talked over me and kept yelling "that's not what happened...that's not what happened". I actually thought it might escalate to a physical altercation. Brandon did not speak up and allowed this.Once he stopped talking over me, I replied "you just told me to talk to Brandon and now you wont even let me tell him my side of the story". He did not let me finish the sentence and repeatedly spoke over me saying "the customer is never right...the customer is never right". Again - Brandon did not speak up and allowed Nathaniel to continue yelling over me. I just gave up & walked out.It was like dealing with 12 year olds. I won't be back in this store. Luckily there's another one right down the street in Palmer where they don't treat customers this way.

I was there to buy headlight bulbs for my car, so I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I found the store to have an intuitive layout and the staff to be friendly. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I need to buy car parts.

This location just opened less than a week ago. I was driving my kids around when I got a flashing check engine light and knew I had to take care of it immediately. I stopped at the Wilbraham O'Reillys as its close to my house. It was Sunday, so no shops were open but I knew it was misfiring. I planned to grab all new plugs and coils just to be sure it was all new. There were two Kyle's: the assistant manager and an employee. They didn't just sell me unnecessary products to make a quick buck. They went above and beyond by running diagnostics to see which cylinder was misfiring and then changed out the necessary bad parts for me so my kids and I could get home without further damage. I went home and did the rest, but they saved me time, stress, and made sure my car would make it home without damaging the engine further. Super grateful for their help and honesty! They went WAY above and beyond for me when most people wouldn't have. Great place, I'll be back.
