Arrived early for my 8:00 AM appointment. I was greeted quickly and professionally by the technician. Immediately after checking in the technician took my vehicle in the bay and began replacing the tires I purchased. The tech recommended an alignment which I thought was a great idea and had the alignment done as well. All this was done in approximately 1 hour. I couldn t have had better service, professional interaction and affordable work done. Frankly it is unheard of to get such great service as I experienced. Keep up the excellent service - please! I highly recommend Monro to everyone!

Never agreed to and overpriced filter placed in our car without our permission with a $150.00 price tag. Currently on the phone with corporate office waiting for our $ to be returned. Unfortunately, this comes at a challenging time when my husband is on medical leave. Why would we pay for a $150.00 filter? We wouldn't!

Brian and the team at Monroe did a fantastic job fixing my 2013 Honda Accord. I got all four brake pads and front rotors replaced. Brian was very personable and explained to me about the problems with my rotors causing vehicle to shake and how it is beneficial to change them at the same time. It was a great customer experience, thank you Monroe!

This is my go to spot for oil changes. So far I've only been twice. I love the fact that it's easy to make an appointment online. No calling and waiting for someone to answer! The online appointment application is so easy to use too; very user friendly.The mechanics at this location are very patient and friendly. When I asked them to check the fluids after the oil change, no one hesitated or gruffed. The second time I went for an oil change, I asked them to check a tire/brake because it was making a weird noise. Again, they seemed happy to that for me. I totally recommend!!

I called on 1/27/2023 for a appointment to change my oil. I informed them it was through silver rock insurance. They said sure scheduled me for 9am on 1-28-23. Got there at 8:45am and was told by the person there they didn t know how to access the computer, and the Asst. Manager would be in at 10am. I waited just to be told they can t help me because they don t Recognize Silver Rock Insurance. #really Silver Rock sent me to you. Don t bother with them they will waist your time !!!!

DONT GO HEREThey will damage your car!!! They changed my oil which they charge 114 dollars my oil is still dark and low.. no wonder they did the job quick.. on top of that there don t even offer fluid top off service which is so un heard of. You go to jiffy lube and they even check your tire pressure. My coolant was extremely low and they didn t even have the curiosity to let me know I was low. My washer fluid was empty like come on I would have paid for it it that was the case. Why let me drive off without knowing I could have possibly damage my car. These people are extremely unprofessional.

I gotta say the management at this place was questionable at one point. But Big shoutout to the manager at this place.Gio, or Geo. 10/10 would recommend. Even Al the Big Boss. Both are great people. Along with Cornelius that worked on my car. I appreciate it fellas.

Jose the Store took me right in and got my oil change completed quickly. Even though the car is brand new he made sure everything looked perfect. I will return for all my maintenance in the future as well as my regular oil changes. These guys were great and I highly recommend you give them a call or drop by. Thanks again.

I went back after being at this location 3 years ago. Then my muffler I had a holes in it and was repaired on the spot. I don't recall the cost but it seemed reasonable at the time. Given the high quality customer service back then I decided to swing by for an oriole change and if an assessment of a few things. They were incredibly courteous, professional, honest, helpful, and it's hard to say enough good things about the service. The oil change was reasonable and one of the guys spent 5-6minutes explaining exactly what something was.I almost thought this awesome customer service was because I tried to talk their language, which they seemed to appreciate although they could have fooled me, but when a lady came in behind me complaining of a bad battery, they spent an equal amount of time on her. I heard the price and (because I replace my own batteries and return old one to Costco) it was more than fair with the service. She mentioned that they do her oil changes too. I only wish I lived closer. Jose, I think is the managers name, and his team (of one today) were really really helpful. Thank you again for the help and honesty.

My first time in was a great experience. Tim was really helpful and informative. Took the time to explain some of the issues my car was having and gave me a realistic time frame on when it needed to be fixed and didn t push me to do anything I couldn t afford. He was able to price some things out for me so I would know what to expect. When I told him I was looking to buy a new car he gave me some advice and told me he would be happy to look at any car before I bought it. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!!

From the beginning Jose (manager) greeted me and had me in and out in no time. Went out for lunch and when I got back my brakes and oil change were done. Fast, friendly, and affordable service.

Made an appointment for an oil change show up they have no idea about appointment. (Called at 10am) then tell me they can do if i wait. Wait til close and he then says other car took to long and basically im s.o.l ..apparently other tech just decided to go home early..will never be back even if it was for free what a JOKE of an establishment

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I had a great experience getting new tires from them in the past so decided to do the same a couple months ago. It wasn't until the morning after I picked my car back up that I realized there were no valve caps on my tires and there was a giant scuff down the right side of the car which did not come out in the car wash and needed to be professionally buffed out. Now back to the valve caps, I had bought special blue ones to match my car. Thinking they had just been misplaced by them, I went back to the shop to grab them. They were nowhere to be found but the guy who did the job would be in later on and to call back. These were $10 caps, not a big deal, I just wanted them back. Well the worker who did my tires said that I did not have these on my car. So now I was being made into a liar. I called the corporate office about this and the scuff. This was back in October. I followed up after a week of hearing nothing, and have not heard anything since. Moral of story, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Went in for an oil change - $15 coupon. Ended up spending over $200 because of a replaced thermostat. Nice staff. They were able to replace the thermostat and it added an extra hour to my appointment. As with all car repairs/service - one is hopeful the repair is needed. I went to Monro in the first place because Jiffy Lube said I needed new brakes and Munro said my brakes were fine.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I spent three days going back and forth for an insurance claim only to have them refuse to do the work once the claim was approved. They refused to do the approved work because they claimed the person they had look at my vehicle and who was WORKING behind the counter was not qualified to look at my car. However, the three mechanics that looked at my car and were working on other cars were not qualified either? Beyond this, the whole atmosphere was disorganized and unprofessional. Take your work to someone you can trust to not waste your time. Also, in response to any shallow "contact us and we are sorry" remarks from the Monroe manager on my review; that means nothing. It is only to appear competent.

Scheduled an oil change for an open time slot they had available at 9am 10/23/19. Arrived at 9 am for them to tell me they had to change the time to 7:30. No phone call to tell me otherwise. When I asked if he could squeeze me in real quick he said nope you'll have to reschedule and drop the car off, 4 guys working and one car in the bay and they couldn't squeeze me in and do a 15 minute oil change! Rediculous! find that hard to believe. Very unprofessional. My family and friends have been going there for years. We will not be returning to that place again.

Thank you!!!! This site has never failed me. They are honest, accommodating and friendly. I have been able to get oil changes and brake replacements without stress... it has always been a great experience!!! Thanks to the store manager that had always been respectful and willing... to the staff who are professional. I recommend this site to anyone... thank you all for your hard work and attention to detail!

I have never been dissapointed here. My wife and I come here exclusively for oil changes. General service, they are always spot on and diagnoses seem on par w/ the best. If my business experience w/ Monro changes, it won't be because I was mistreated here. They took the time to speak w/ me about the general issues w/ my vehicle and offered a very fair quote. Thanks Gents.

I had the oil change. After 4 weeks, oil light is on again, and the car is shaking. Horrible service. Also they made me wait for 3 hours for oil change.

Great staff, very friendly. Took the time to ask questions about how much I drive, and made a recommendation to me based on it. Also noticed some low fluids when changing my oil and took care of it right away. They let me know each step of the way what they were doing and why. Tim is fantastic.

I got my oil changed last week at Monro. Tim R. took excellent care of my car and found some leaks that I didn't know I had. Glad he was so thorough, I can't be without my car! And an extra star for being able to tolerate my rambunctious children! Thanks for providing efficient work and great customer service!

Driving too work my brakes went on my truck. Had it towed to Monroe's my husband called and told them what happened and explained that he is disabled and we were down to one auto to get me to work and him to the doctors Tim wasted no time fixed the brakes from top to bottom. He also did the over due oil change. Had it ready for us by the time I was out of work. We only had half the money until payday but they trusted us for the rest so my husband would not have to miss his doctor appointments. Tim was very good to us and we are forever greatful. I highly recommend Monroe the staff are great and they do a great job.i will always bring my auto repairs to them for now on.

Went for brake service and was promised my car back at a specific time. Not only did they NOT get it back to me, they started to do more work without even consulting me. They comp'd the unapproved service and promised me the next job free. But then I get a certificate in the mail for $50 off the next service instead. Whatever, not going back!

My girlfriend just got an oil change and it was fine for about two hours and all of a sudden her check engine light, oil light and battery light came on and then her steering wheel locked and her car died. We opened the hood and she checked her dip stick and she had absolutely no oil in her car at all. Checked everything else, everything was fine. Called Monroe, they said to drive it back to them and they would check it out . Can t drive a car that has no oil in it. I absolutely do not recommend them at all, not worth the waste of money and time.

So today I been trying to go to every place to get my 4 brandnew tires on and a 4-wheel alignment and theses guys ware the only ones that did it for me very kind and happy great peeps thanks again guys
