I have been going to Lia Toyota in Wilbraham for years and Cynthia Patrick has been there from the start. She is always a pleasant, helpful, and truly caring person who wants the best for her customers. I have never felt like she was trying to push something unless it was absolutely necessary for safety. I truly appreciate her honesty and integrity when I bring my car there for service.

My experience with service at Lia Toyota is always excellent. Hip�lito Narvaez always takes the time to explain everything to me in a friendly and knowledgeable way and my Tacoma is always taken care of. I definitely recommend him and Lia Toyota to all my friends and family!

I originally purchased my Jeep Wrangler from Lia & had a great experience... We negotiated a fair price regarding my trade-in & the final selling price! I also like the fact that Lia includes a 2-year basic service (oil change & tire rotation) w/all their new & newer, qualified used cars. Overall, it's the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from Lia!Cassie was excellent the whole way through! Clear about what to expect regarding the service & helpful w/everything! Solid dealership & Cassie was excellent!

My husband got a flat tire a day before I needed to take his car on a road trip. I called the dealership we purchased the car at and they were extremely unhelpful. In a panic, I called Lia Toyota of Wilbraham and spoke with Amy. She advised that they were booked for appointments but always make time for urgent issues like tires. She offered to fit us in same day and even provided the number to Toyota Roadside since we had their services on our vehicle. I called Toyota Roadside and had the donut on the car within 2 hours. Once we had the car to Lia Toyota, they had it fixed in no time. Cassie and Amy were extremely helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend going to them for any service needs.

Words can't express the level of dedication and commitment that my service advisor, mechanic, along with the whole team had to resolving my issue and some. They never disappoint each and every time. I always feel confident and welcomed when I take my vehicle to get serviced there. My experiences are always 5 star each and every visit.

I had a good experience at Lia Toyota. I went in for a maintenance check. It took a little over an hour but they are so organized and communicative at this Dealership that it is a pleasure dealing with them. Ms. Cynthia Patrick took my info and kept me updated on the progress. The waiting area, as always, is clean, comfortable and well stocked with coffee, tea, etc and a nice clean bathroom too! I've bought my last two vehicles from Lia (RAV4's.....Love them!) and I will definitely go back to them when I need a replacement!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service at Lia Toyota is second to none. Dave was wonderful in getting my vehicle running better than new and kept me informed every step of the way. The almost completed renovation of the dealership made me feel like I was waiting in the lobby of a 5-star hotel. The team is cohesive and amazing to work with. I went here for an oil change and state inspection and Cassie was great about getting me checked in and keeping me updated. So far so good with experiences here. I didn't get any shady upsell vibes here like I've gotten at other places (especially being a woman) so I really respect that. Thank you!

I was buying a new truck at Lia, (maybe) and Kelly King was instrumental in seeing that our, about to be, new truck was as hot looking as it could be. Being under major renovations at Lia, the truck was very much in need of some major exterior cleaning. When it came back beautiful and in it's true GLOWry, it was time to finalize the deal! Thank you Kelly, and everyone at Lia. I would add a photo but it needs a bath. I drove in yesterday's deluge.

Short and sweet: my car was making an unusual sound post being service a week prior, with Lia Toyota. The car was towed to the dealership for further evaluation. It was determined by a rude an unprofessional employee (David) that my tires were the problem which it was not. However thanks to the amazing Eddie Ramos who discovered the root cause of the problem and resolved it right away. He was truly professional and phenomenal throughout the whole experience. Eddie is an asset to the company and should be recognized for all he does. They should have more employees like him. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me. THANK YOU EDDIE!!!!

Cynthia Patrick was great she really keeps the customer informed of what is going on with their vehicle. She must have to come to me three times in the time I was waiting to keep me posted of how much longer or of there was anything going on.
