I wanted my sincere gratitude to three staff members at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham. I started my very first conversation with Donna and what a wonderful lady she was very caring attentive and most important has done a fabulous job on follow up even on her days of. In the team of three Alek had taken over from Donna to assist me during the process and transfer the car from another dealer. Alek has been very helpful and has come through with all my questions. On the process of documentation Rich from finance walked me through all documents and performed an awesome job. He is very knowledgeable and professional and a gentleman as well. I hope the upper management recognizes all three valuable staff. My sincere thanks to all three

I loved the whole thing with my first visit.Very professional but down to a Family like feel to it which I totally enjoyed along with my Daughter which is the person I bought this Beautiful vehicle for school etc.Although full advise wasn't offered at this time I'm still coming back as I think tire rotation and an early oil change at this time was more beneficial to our social future relation as a repeating customer.I do expect that future endeavors come with Professional suggestions that leaves one without having to worry about what needs to be done next.As an engineer I rely on Toyota, which I really Love their brand to respect such investment for the benefit of reliable college needs.Overall for now I am totally satisfied and Tom the service Pro was like a Brother to me that left even my Daughter super pleased.Loved it.Thank you Tom at the Service department you were definitely a Champ in all qualifications.Rating from a 0 to 10 I give Tom a Serious 12.

Anyone who knows us, knows we love our vehicles and it was time to get my husband a new pickup. He had a Taco in the past and loved it. We opted for another Taco - but wanted a 2023 since there were changes coming for 2024. We dealt with new salesperson Erin Page at Lia. So polite, So responsive, great communicator and even though we were her first - and even though we had to wait for the truck (no fault of hers) we had a great experience!! If you are in the market for a car - check out Lia Toyota in Wilbraham and ask for Erin!

I was dreading the whole dealership experience, but I have to say that the folks at Lia Toyota in Wilbraham made the whole process as easy as possible.I requested an email quote from Tina Zarlenga, and she responded faster than the other four dealerships I emailed with exactly what I requested. Our salesman, David Benitez, gave us a fair deal on the purchase and the trade-in, explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered all of our questions. He stuck with us through the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly until we drove the car away.Francisco Sanabria walked us through the financing and maintenance options, making sure we understood everything but didn t try to push any options on us that we didn t want. He also went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of.We are super happy with our new Rav4 hybrid. I would absolutely recommend Lia in Wilbraham to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If more dealerships were like these guys, maybe car salesmen wouldn t have such a bad rep!

We recently purchased a new 4Runner at Lia after having previous one for 18 years! David Benitez was wonderful to work with. He was amazing at handling communication between auto insurance , transferring plates ,assisting me with cellphone setup for the vehicle and how to operate general features as much had changed in 18 years making it a seamless process.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first car (from a dealership) from Lia Toyota of Wilbraham, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ricardo Rodriguez went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. Ricardo's knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Francisco Sanabria was equally helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They both made me feel comfortable, and even entertained my son during the process!I'm thrilled with my purchase and grateful for the outstanding service provided by Ricardo, Francisco, and Hipolito Narvaez, who also made me feel welcome. Lia Toyota of Wilbraham truly offers a warm and welcoming environment that is family-friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience. Thank you, Lia Toyota of Wilbraham!

I wish I did not have to write this review, but I find it necessary after the business practices I experienced over the last four weeks. I reached out on a 24 Tacoma, which was available. I presented that I had a trade, and was notified, because it was a BMW they would have to have their SM/GM reach out to BMW for a value. I was promised an estimated value within 2 days and was persuaded to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was aligned a sales rep, who texted me all excited, knowing he had a fully paid cash sale in the bag. Here's where it took a turn. 3 days went by, no communication. 5 days went by, "we are still working on it" 10 days went by and they finally came back with a 4k wide range on the trade (aka upon arrival they'd lowball). During this time I had called and texted my sales rep 4-5x, knowing they had my deposit and no one would answer - he did not answer or a return a call once. I requested someone else to work with and got a snark remark from the sales rep via text. After receiving my deposit back after getting the run-around, I tracked the truck and it was delivered. I reached out and offered to buy the truck cash. I was told the truck was not for sale to me. All around crazy business practices, of holding someone's deposit, not communicating for 10 days after being promised an answer after 2, and then being told the truck cant be sold. The dealership would get 0 stars, but gets 1 star because Shane in internet sales was good, and Alek, my new sales rep was professional and understood the level of frustration and the runaround I was just put through. 7 people in my family drive toyota and will be lifetime clients, but not at Lia.I would not buy a vehicle here or trust them with your deposit, or to deliver a vehicle successfully.

picked up my new 2024 Toyota Corolla yesterday and couldn't be happier. My sales consultant, Tyree, and the Financial Manager, Richard were easy to work with and made purchasing my new car simple and quick. I will encourage anyone looking for a new Toyota to visit Lia Toyota of Wilbraham.

What a great experience buying a new 2021 Toyota Rav4 Prime there. Our sales person Mark Poirier was very attentive, knowledgeable of the vehicle and came on his day off to deliver the vehicle and provide training (talk about dedication). Ryan Campbell the finance manager was also outstanding with zero pressure to buy the extras while taking the time to go over everything and answer all of our questions. He even managed to match the interest rate we would have gotten from our credit union to make the process seamless. Literally took two days to drive away with our vehicle. Basically couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle and will likely to it over again soon as we still need an additional vehicle for our family. Thanks again to Mark and RyanQuick update 8/26/2021 Got our second prime same exact car so pictures look the same and had the same experience. Mark was again there to handle everything and even though we got a different finance manager they simply followed what was done previously it took maybe 5 minutes to sign all the paperwork. Just very efficient is all I could add.Another quick update as I purchased a third Rav4 Prime and again the same seamless experience.Yet another update 4/24/2022 we now have a 2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid again awesome job as always from Mark and Ryan. Mark reserved the car for us and kept us up to date all the way to delivery. Ryan got us the best rate available through Toyota Financial again no pressure to purchase anything. There were no markups like many dealers are doing to take advantage of the car shortage. Really outstanding work couldn't recommend a better place to buy a car.

I recently went to Lia Toyota on a desperate whim for a new vehicle due to my transmission going unexpectedly. I was highly recommended to Lia Toyota, and I worked directly with Goncalo Costa and Paige Schafer who had me test driving my cars of interest within the hour. Two days later we took the car home. A normally dreading process made easy by these two amazing associates. I highly recommended working with Goncalo and Paige. Thank you!

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Classic bait and switch. I live 2 hours away and texted back and forth with an associate about a car I was interested in to make sure the numbers made sense prior to driving that far. They gave me an estimate of how much I would get for my trade in. I saw the car I went to see and wanted to proceed with the purchase. Then they came and told me they were giving me $6000 less than what they had originally told me for my trade in. There was nothing wrong with my car to justify any deduction. 1 owner vehicle in perfect condition. I asked to speak to the Manager as this was exactly what I was trying to avoid, and he refused to speak to me. Very disappointed as I thought Toyota was held to a high standard, but I guess not at this place. (The Salesperson and internet person were nice, nothing against them). Anyways, apparently my time is not important as they just wanted to get me there and change up what they told me to see if I would still buy the vehicle. Nope.

We arrived to purchase the vehicle at 2 PM. We waited for over an hour to meet with the finance person about our options. The finance person rushed us through the contract and took all of 10 minutes with us. (Enough time though to ask me if I was pregnant, which I was not). Then my salesperson had to leave due to a personal reason (not his fault) so he handed us to another sales person. That person didn t put our registration through until around 4:50 and there was an issue that couldn t be handled since they had waited till the last minute and the DMV closed. My husband and I were left stranded at the dealership without a vehicle since our trade-in had already been signed over and everyone had left. We were also told to call the DMV ourselves. I did that morning and the DMV representative was shocked they asked me to call and said there was no issue that they couldn t handle on their end. We ended up coming back the next day after securing transportation to get our new Toyota. I was told by the sales manager on my return that they d make it right and the general manager would call me. They did not nor will they return any communications from me reaching out. Literally was the worst buying experience I have had getting a car.

I was one of those annoying customers.. I just know I was but Goncalo Costa really listened to me and helped me get into the vehicle I really needed! It was a pleasure to do business with him and I ll definitely be sending my friends and family his way!

The customer service that I received from Lia toyota Was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the sale went sour. All I think that they just need to move those cars out of a lot with that being said. I'm still waiting for my paperwork. The sales guys didn't do what he needed to do. Unfortunately, I got stuck with mileage. And I still haven't received the paperwork from the manager. And I bought a 2019 Toyota Highlander. The miles was wrong, the sales guy did not do his job. He didn't tell me how anything function in the vehicle. He just gave me a keys and turned around and walked away. I had to figure everything out of my own. And it's already December 22nd. And I still have not received the paperwork because the mileage on theVehicle. First of all, the vehicle does not sell by the sales person. There's just the middle person to meet things run smoothly. Supposedly unfortunately that was not the case. He didn't even bother going and checking the mileage on the vehicle doing a check. Or Even have service department Queen, the vehicle as it was supposed to be for delivery. All he was concerned is to make a buck. I'm still waiting on the papers that were supposed to be redone with the proper mileage on the vehicle. I still have not received those papers because they said I was gonna receive him through the mail. Today's December 22nd 2023.November 7th of 2023 at purchase of vehicle. We're on December 22nd.Before you make a purchase from there. Make sure so you notice every single bit of it and then you get the proper.Information for yourself do not depend on the sales people or the managers they're just willing to make Money off you.they don't really care about what you're concerns are after you purchase. I was in the salesperson before with Houser mitsubishi. And I never treated my customers like this. I know that's their job to sell a vehicle. I think that they need more trainnig to work on their customer service and the customers need. They don't care as long the sell the Vehicle. That's not customer service get more trainingI would never purchase a vehicle from them again. Lia Toyota from springfield. I'm also plannig to do a complaint against them at corporate office.

I hate to leave a bad review unless it is really warranted, and in this case, I feel that it is. I know nothing about the sales department, but I had been using the service department for the past year for the required routine maintenance of my 2014 Toyota Rav4.On July 6, 2017, I brought my car into the service department for the required 55,000 mile service - a tire rotation/multi-point inspection. During the appointment, my service advisor (who was really great and I have no complaints about him) came out to tell me that the technician servicing my car found a couple of problems. 1. My battery was showing signs of corrosion and needed to be cleaned - a $55 charge. I told them I could take care of this at home so not to worry about that. 2. That both my cabin and engine air filters were on their last legs and needed replacement. As replacement of those filters is included in my next routine maintenance, I said that I would wait until I came in for my next appointment. I waited until my car was ready, paid the fee, and went home.Once home, I told my husband about the battery and filters so he went out to take care of the battery. Upon opening the hood of my car and looking at the battery, it was very obvious that my battery was in brand-new condition. There was not one sign of corrosion. It absolutely appeared brand new. So that meant that the service technician either lied about the "necessary" repair or was just plain clueless. We also checked one of the filters, just to see, and did see some wear. Not the kind of wear that requires immediate attention as my MPI shows, but I won't complain too much about that.I immediately drove my car back to the service department so I could show them that my battery was essentially in perfect condition. The advisor, upon seeing my battery, was just as stunned as I was and said that he would be leaving the information with the service manager for further review.I called the service manager early the next morning to discuss. He said he would look into the problem and get back to me as soon as he discussed the findings with the technician who had performed the inspection.I spoke with the service manager later in the day and was told that the technician had only advised that my battery was showing signs of corrosion and needed to be cleaned as "preventative maintenance". The technician and the rest of the department was told "that's not how they do things there". He also suggested that next time I can look at my car before I leave to double check with the technician is suggesting. And that he or my advisor would assist in looking it over when the technician is done. So I guess he is saying that I should trust the company, but then I should also double check their work, just in case?? Sure. The following morning, when I looked again at my inspection report, I noticed that the technician marked my battery as in the red, meaning "bad". My perfect battery was marked "bad" because of preventative maintenance. How can a battery be marked as being bad if the technician is merely "suggesting preventative maintenance"??So, in essence, I almost handed this service department $55 for a problem that didn't exist, because of what their incompetent technician considers "preventative maintenance". And the worst part is that if this wasn't a repair that I knew we could do at home, I would have handed them that $55 for nothing. And I would have had No Idea.I have now lost all trust in this service department. Again, I have no problems with the advisor who helped me, but if I can't trust the technicians to properly diagnose my car, possibly costing me extra money, then I can no longer be a customer. And I will make sure to let others know so they do not have to experience the same potential problems.

Excellent Car purchase experience at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham! Initial contact was with Tina Zarlenga who was extremely responsive and followed up with timely updates. Once a vehicle was identified, I worked with Trevor Hamel. Transition from Internet Department to Sales Department was very smooth. Trevor was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and had absolutely no pressure tactics. Finance was handled by Ryan Campbell who spent as much as I needed to understand various finance options, warranty options and service plan options. The whole purchase experience felt so transparent with the straight forward Toyota Smart Path experience where everything is upfront and simple!

I'm a purchaser from New York, and the experience was smooth and straight forward, Tina, the internet contact from Lia was fantastic, she answered all my questions via either text, email or phone calls. the quoted price for trade in and full purchase price was all itemized so you knew exactly what you are paying for and there are no surprises when it came to the physical purchase. Richard Greenaway, the financial manager even called me and gave me an idea on what my finance rate will be and when I showed up to sign the papers he actually did better on the final rate, very friendly and honest man. sales person David Benitez is friendly and very helpful through the purchasing process. on pickup day I was caught in heavy traffic and would not make it to the dealer by closing time, David stayed an extra hour past closing so he can deliver the new vehicle and switch out the plates for me! I've dealt with many dealerships in my lifetime and Lia of Wilbraham is top notch!

TL;DR: great experience.Through every step (first contact: Tina; consultant: Paige; financial: Richard), I was quite pleased with this experience. Unlike other places, I said what I wanted, and they didn't try to cajole me into an easier sell for them (the car I wanted wasn't currently available, but on order), and didn't insult me with trying to talk about other options that were not in line with my clearly stated interest. They managed to offer me things- different warranties, add-ons- without being pushy, something that immediately gets my back up and makes the whole car buying situation uncomfortable. I have left places due to that feeling. The people I dealt with were friendly and never seemed to do the smiley glad-hand routine, so it all felt refreshingly straight forward. Kind, respectful, efficient.I was coming from quite a distance, and when the car arrived, I was told multiple people were willing to stay late to try to finish the purchase to hopefully avoid a multi-day process (we arranged an earlier time to avoid that) but really appreciated the offer.I'm from out of state, I wanted a car that hadn't arrived yet but is in great demand (in other words- this car was going to be sold regardless- they didn't need me) and yet felt valued and respected as a buyer, felt things were handled efficiently, at no point did I feel taken advantage of. I'd happily go back.

I hope Toyota makes cars better than sell them.Tried to buy a car online by SmartPath, but was told that I should go to a dealership to sign up documents, because it's illegal to do that other way. Probably all Tesla owners live out of the law.You will literally beg them give your deposit back, if you changed your mind and want to get it back. They just will ignore you.Toyota you made me to be a Honda-guy.
