Had an amazing experience at INNovative Concepts! Both Nick and Tim were incredibly professional and personable. They installed my new radio and backup cam in the same day and took the time to show me all of the system's features and how to connect up with CarPlay. I was more than satisfied with their service and will absolutely return in the future. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for prompt and professional service, and will be reccomending it to my own friends as well.

They installed a remote start on my bmw and been happy since day one! Customer service is 5* with helping if you have any question and remote start been working perfect. 3 years later and I'm still super happy with the service!Thank you ones again! I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best and most professional in Springfield. Don't go anywhere else. I got a new radio for my old Ford Ranger truck and it works great. They did an excellent job on installation at a fair price.

Innovative Concepts is literally the only place I trust for any remote starter/radio installations! Nick did an amazing job installing my wife's remote starter and he also helped diagnose electrical issues with my H2 Humme that I had with a previous installer! He worked tirelessly to make sure he could rule out any issues to get to the source of the problem while updating me every step of the way....and even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was ok! Outstanding service all around. Nick s knowledge of vehicles and high end components is truly next level and the workmanship is amazing. Tremendous system sound and balance and his attention to every detail shows in his final product. He worked with me from system design to install and worked around my travel schedule to make it all happen. Best auto audio experience!

Nick is hands down the best audio specialist I have ever worked with. The sound in my 4Runner is unmatched! Nick and team also installed a Compustar alarm/remote starter. It s been a couple years since the work is done and I couldn t be happier with how it has held up. Nick will go above and beyond, he still will take the time to answer any questions I have and provide support after all these years. Highly recommend and would trust him with any future auto projects!

We refuse to go to anyone else for our cars. From stereos, to new screens, car alarms and now cameras, innovative Concepts does not disappoint. He's professional and works hard to make sure what we envision is provided and then levels it up. Cannot thank him enough for always exceeding our expectations and working with us! Communicated through email on installing new interior speakers, 5 channel amplifier and subwoofer in my car. The whole experience was smooth and the job was top notch. I drove from 2 hours away and it was well worth it. Got everything installed July 2020 and to this day I m still enjoying it. Sounds great!

If you are looking for mobile electronics, or maybe a remote starter... INNovative Concepts is your best choice! I went there early on a Saturday with a problem with my remote starter. Very polite, professional and really nice people and place. They installed a subwoofer that audi was going to charge $800 for free. The guy was very honest that it wouldn't even take him 20mins to install and set up, since it was just a couple of screws and programming. That saved me $800. Thanks so iNNovative concepts.

Innovative Concepts is a great choice for you audio selection and installation. My truck came out awesome and I could not be more happy with the way nick treats his customers. I looked around for an installer that I could feel comfortable with to do a great job. Nick is the man! I appreciate his after the service customer care as well. Check out innovative and you will not be disappointed!!

I am very happy with the car stereo, radar detector, backup camera and remote start that Nick installed. The work was done timely, very neatly and for a reasonable price with the time taken to explain all the available options to make the most informed decision.This is my second round of great work done by Nick and I will both be back for more in the future w other vehicles but also refer anyone who needs these services to Nick.

Nick is great guy and does excellent work. I had him install an Alpine stereo that is specific for my Jeep Wrangler along with a backup camera, microphone for hands free calls, and a USB port. My wife and I were so happy with the work we just recently had him install a remote starter. I highly recommend iNNovative Concepts

I can't thank Nick Frazier enough for how well he has met all my needs above and beyond. He is known to be trustworthy punctual accommodating fair effecient knowledgeable and above all known to care for his work enough to have my business. I'm extremely cautious about who touches my car but after finding out from friends, to magazine, reviews, social media sites & more that prove his worth I have been lucky enough to have had the pleasure of having him take care my car I'm a customer for life and wouldn't go anywhere else worry free. Regardless his highly regarded reputation he stays down to earth and as humble as to not forget the little people with small jobs he takes small jobs just as much as he will take a big job and he stands behind his work any problems I guarantee he will fix it without any problems. Don't take my word for it research him he's one if the best in the bussiness go see for yourself.

Nick is top notch. His knowledge and attention to detail when working on a vehicle is amazing. The quality of the work is worth every penny! Don t waste your time going to some chain store and have your wiring all jacked up. Everything I ve ever had done at Innovative Concepts has come out perfect and you cannot even tell where the wiring was done. Seriously, it looks like the car came that way from the factory. His shop is the ONLY place I would bring my vehicle, and I always refer people there.

Had a pair of Focal Speakers and an Amp installed in my 2022 Harley Davidson Street Glide by Nick. Wow, what a difference! The work was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Incredibly professional and well worth the cost. Can't thank Nick enough, the only place to go for an audio upgrade to your vehicle in my mind!

I ve been going to Nick at iNNovative Concepts for a few years now for my car electronics needs. He s done everything from upgrading my car stereos to installing a remote car starter. I ve never had an issue with anything he has done and he always goes above and beyond. I have used other businesses in the past before coming across Nick, and their work doesn t even come close to his. I wouldn t trust anyone other than him when it comes to the complicated electronics in today s vehicles. Nick is a true professional and he is at the top of his game. Check him out, you will not be disappointed!

Nick (the owner) is friendly, informative, and a consummate professional. From the first few minutes meeting him and discussing our automobile needs with him, (remote starter for the upcoming chilly months) to picking up the car upon it's completion, every step of the way, Nick was ready with helpful information. Not only is he honest about his work and the products he offers, he gives complete breakdowns of what he's going to do; even going into technical descriptions, and I was confident that he would do a fantastic job. It is the experience of many people that having your car serviced and dealing with mechanics can be a difficult and confusing experience. I'd like to assure everyone reading this review that Nick is detailed oriented, trustworthy and his prices are fair. I highly recommend iNNovative Concepts -- the best customer service you'll find anywhere around, and high quality, perfect work.

Nick is one of, if not the TOP INSTALLERS IN THE COUNTRY. His work is impeccable. He has done many of my of my vehicles. He used to be close to me in southeastern MA, but I know drive over 200 miles to get work done. He is THAT GOOD period! Not only that, he is a down to earth, honest, all around nice guy. I would give him 100 stars if I could! Great prices, great products, great installation. What else is there.......WHEN ONLY THE BEST WILL DO!

Nick installed a Drone remote starter in my vehicle a couple years ago. This week, the starter was not working so I contacted Nick via Facebook to find out if he knew what the problem might be and if there was anything I can do on my end to resolve it. He immediately responded to my message, asked a couple questions and told me to stop by the following day so he can fix the issue. I was in and out of his shop in under 2 minutes and the issue was resolved. Nick is very skilled, his service is great and customer satisfaction is his #1 priority!

I had been talking with Nick about upgrading my car's sound system. We texted back and forth for weeks with no promise of business and he never pressured me and was always responsive. I did my research and got prices from other audio shops in the area. I decided to move forward with Nick as it was a little more then one place and half what another place quoted me. Nick's work is impeccable. You can't tell the difference between his work and the manufacturers. He solders his connections and has a lifetime guarantee on all his work. He's not far from the cheapest, FAR from the most expensive, and does really great work. I would recommend him to anyone that wants the job done correctly on their vehicle for any of the services he provides. I know where I'll be going when I want more work done on my car for audio, heated seats, radar systems, or car starters!Thanks again Nick!

Called Nick with an issue on my radio that two other repair places couldn't fix or handle. Dropped my SUV at his shop, and within 2 hours, I had an email from Nick saying that my vehicle was all set. Not only did he fixed the radio, but he also went above and beyond to fix other features of the car stereo (i.e. navigation, VIM, backup camera, chimes, etc.) that weren't working. Moreover, he gave me a detailed description of the problem(s), as well as what he did to fix the issue(s). I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for A+ service, at a fraction of the cost.

Nick from Innovative Concepts is the best around! He has done my remote starter and speaker upgrades and I couldnt be happier with the professionalism, quality of work, and the customer service. He was really easy going, explained everything so I understood it and helped me decide what was best for my car. If rate more than 5 stars if I could. Good job Nick!

Nick does great work! I needed help for a re-tune of a complicated car stereo system (4-way full active). Nick listened carefully to what I wanted, how I wanted it to sound. And he listened carefully to my questions. Nick explained what could and could not be done. He's good at explaining (as much or as little as you want) the complications of car audio to those of us who want great sound, but have little technical knowledge. And he's patient and friendly and enjoys working with the customer and with the audio system itself. Then, after his tuning, the system sounds awesome! Timing, imaging, blending, taming of the treble, and whatever else he did all sounds just right. And he happily let me go back, no charge, for a tweak that he did quickly and effectively. And his rates are fair and reasonable. You can trust Nick and enjoy talking with him about your system at INNovative concepts. And then you will have great sound.

This place is super-terrific. Nick (owner) is really knowledgeable about the products and a talented installer. He will spend time with you to make sure you understand what is available and what can be done. I traveled over 2-hours from Rhinebeck, New York to have a new Kenwood Car Stereo installed because after visiting 3 or 4 other car stereo facilities closer to home, I could not find anyone who would spend time to explain and then get the job done with no hassles. Nick is a great guy, easy to work with, and a super technician. If you want the job done right, this is the place for you!

I have had Nick install a power inverter in two vans and interior lighting. He installed a couple remote starts and he even took them out of the vehicle at trade in time so I could have it installed in another car. He helped me out with some custom lighting in my snowmobile trailer too. I have an auto glass shop across the street and when we had questions or problem related to electrical issues, Nick goes out of his way to come over and help out. Being in the auto industry and knowing how demanding and particular customers can be it speaks volumes to see a 4.9 rating on google reviews with 61 people! Do yourselves a favor and stop in and see Nick!

Surfed the web searching for a top installer and came across iNNovative. Top reviews all around so I contacted Nick. Drove an hour to meet and have a consultation. I did I my homework ahead of time and after talking with Nick discovered there were better options that fit my needs and would save me a few bucks. Made an appointment and had a first class install. Customer service is a priority with Nick. Highly recommended.

Brought my jeep in there today with an audio mess that other shops couldn'tfigure out. In little time, they straightened it all out and at a very reasonable price. It sounds great now.
