Troy was great at keeping me updated on the status of the repair. He was told by Mazda that 2 parts were back ordered and wouldn t be available for 2-3 months. Troy contacted me and suggested it might help if I contact Mazda HQ and request their help. Boy was he right! With Mazda s Customer Care contacting various sources we had both parts in 2-3 DAYS!Great outside-the-box thinking by Troy that my wife and I greatly appreciated. The work that was done was flawless! Couldn t be more satisfied.

What a fantastic team, needed some work done to my Subaru and they fit me in and also got the car back to me quicker than expected. I had a couple of questions about things outside their wheel house and Troy directed me to another place that specialised in it and even help set it up! Thanks everyone over at Country Side

I have to say how pleased I am with the work they did on my car. Michelle was so nice and ways responded right away to my emails. I was so stressed with having to bring the rental back and they took my car in when everyone else said mid April. They had my car done in time for me to not stress anymore. Absolutely love the work and loved seeing my car so clean and brand new again. Thank you so much under the circumstances I hope to not have to use ur service again but if i ever find myself in a situation I will most definitely use this location again and again... 10 out 10

Excellent workmanship and painting. They are great about letting you know the progress of your repair. Couldn't be more pleased with their service. They even washed the car before we picked it up.

My second time coming here for repairs. Everyone I talked to at the shop was amazing, the work quality is top notch and they took care of our rentals too. Will always recommend them if asked about a good body shop. Thanks for all you do.
