Bought 4 brand new Toyo Tires from this place. Only drove about 22,000 miles when the 1st tire "split"! Drove a few more miles and a 2nd tire "split"! Well today, the 3rd tire did as well!!! This is RIDICULOUS especially for the money spent!!! Someone said the tire looked like it was a "ReTread" Tire!! NEVER using this business again!!!!!UPDATE: We would like to THANK Jessica who responded to my post who suggested we speak to Andrew from the Corporate Office. We explained the situation to Andrew about the 3 bad tires and he took care of the situation for us!! He instructed Jeff the Store Manager to replace the 2 tires at NO COST to us that had just gone "bad" and the tires were mounted and balanced for FREE on Friday. THANK YOU Jessica for your suggestion and Andrew for correcting the situation and we will definitely give this business another chance in the future. They stood behind their product.

Jeff is always super nice and helpful! Very up front and will tell you if you re requesting something your vehicle doesn t need. I take both my vehicles here always and wouldn t suggest anywhere else!

Good place close to my home. Good service, fast and no queues. They do not offer anything unnecessary if your car is okay. Don't look for a big store, come here

Made an online appointment request to have 4 tires mounted and balanced plus a four wheel alignment performed. Received a phone call to confirm the appointment request and proceeded to drop off the vehicle two days later. Dropped the vehicle off at 9am and received a phone call at 1:00pm stating that the vehicle was ready for pickup. While paying for the invoice, I noticed the invoice total was only $140. I was told that I never requested the alignment to be performed which is why it wasn't done. Nothing could be done about it during that visit and was advised to set up an appointment a different day. Other than missing a key part to my appointment, the actual mount and balance was performed in a satisfactory manner. I'll be visiting the big tire company instead since I haven't had any issues with them in my previous 8 visits. I just wanted to support the smaller business instead by giving them an opportunity as well.

They were busy and they were able to get me in for a last minute oil change. Great customer service. Professional. They gave me a 4 tire quote for $200 less than their competitor's. Great prices on repairs. They don't take advantage of you. I will be back and recommend them to other people.

Jeff was very helpful. One of the kindest person ever. He guided me through the whole process with the tire, rim and fender. He even went out of his way to look inside the car to see what actually was wrong with it. I know many mechanics will not help a lady and want to charge for no reason. He was very understanding. Recommend city and tire on Boston rd anytime! The staff was very helpful as well!. Thank you..

Best place in New England i swear. my entire family has been coming here for years. JEFF is fantastic. one of the most kindest, honest, caring people you'll meet and he does a great job taking care of your vehicle. i am always confident i will be given great service, fair prices and honest feedback. i no longer live in MA and I still drive my car from out of state to get serviced here- worth the trip every time. Thanks Jeff!!

Great prices and service. Call for an appointment, or leave the flat tire and pick it up later. They are busy because they are good.

Great customer service. My tire went flat over nite and I came in needing to get my car on the road. They didn t hVe my size but Jeff went and picked it up so I could get my car on the road the same day. He went the extra mile for me. Prices very reasonable. Thank you.

It is so nice to have a car repair place that I thoroughly trust. They stand behind the work they do, and are very reliable, fast, responsive and are more than reasonable. I have been going to City Tire in Wilbraham for 10+ years. I was always informed of better deals for the same performance tires that I was trying to replace. Recently I began bringing my vehicle there for small repairs, Brakes etc.... and found them to be very honest and affordable. They will try to help you out if they can. I agree with the many other comments that Jeff seems like a straight shooter and will take good care of you.

Prices fair. Crew works hard like well oiled clock. Friendly clean very professional and get to know all customers and their vehicles. Many business use them as well as various community vehicles.

Dropped off my wife's Sonata to have her normal tires changed over to some snow tires at 8 am. Got a call less than an hour later that the car was done! Great customer service, job done fast, and tires swapped over to snows for under $80... Can't beat that!

It's been just not even 4 months since This Place supposedly Changed Rear Wheelbearings in My 2008 Subaru Forester.Now..it happens to be at a Garage in Barre,Ma.Where The Man that Owns it has tried for hours to get out a Main bolt that would of had to of been Taken Off in order to get to the Bearings.It clearly after Me sitting for 7 hours at City Never Got Done! Want info? Yeah Me too! Why I'd have to be made to sit & wait for a job for 7 hours that never could of been done from what I've been told. Months later...fixed by an Honest man in Barre,Ma to the tune of 1,266! I wouldn't go Here.Its supposedly being investigated.lol

Jeff Ketchum at the Wilbraham store is a knowledgeable, no-nonsense car guy. He explains what needs fixing and what can wait, offers options for better quality vs lower price, and gets the job done. Been taking family vehicles to him for 25 years, will continue doing so.
