*DO NOT* use Balise Ford for service on your vehicle. Please do your research. Check other review sites such as Yelp or BBB. This department has no credibility on BBB or any other review platform.My experience has rendered very poor customer service, care, or concern to mine or anyone's case and not to mention rude behavior from the SA's and aloof attitudes from the service manager.My truck was kept there for 2 months while diagnosing an issue that they caused during a routine ford service recall. Upon multiple requests, no loaner vehicle was ever offered up to me let alone a rental vehicle. When I finally got the call to pick up my "fixed" truck, they had a charge of over $1500 to pay for parts that they added and didn't fix the issue.Consequently, I took my truck with the problems that Balise Ford imposed on it to a different Ford service center and the problem was diagnosed and repairs are underway WITH a car to drive in the interim.Attached are some photos to illustrate the ill kept condition of just a small part of their service bays.Its very disappointing to me that Ford allows a department such as this to operate in this manner for as long as it has.Service: Auto maintenance

Had steering and ac work done. Ac work was done but truck leaks pag oil was told its residual from repair yet it still leaking. Had 900.00 in steering work done got truck back over a month later. Drove the truck one time since repair work about 80 Miles and the vicious Ford death wobble started. Had truck towed. Cost me 165.00 once at the dealership they stated nothing they did failed yet somehow I needed an additional 2k worth of steering work. Not sure why this wasn't addressed when my truck was dropped off in the beginning of September and wasn't repaired till first week of Oct. The death wobble was so bad I almost wrecked my truck.Do not bring any vehicles here they can't even handle basic work let alone anything major. Luckily I had an aftermarket Warranty cause the whole invoice was 5500.00 I will never ever come back here for so much as an oil change

Our F150 had two recalls. The service department was awesome in explaining the issue and getting the repairs done with no questions asked. Even when one of the repairs had to be tweaked a few weeks later the service area helped us out with no appointment on a state holiday. Thank you Balise Ford service! You are true professionals.

Had an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and an inspection sticker, it took over an hour and a half. Next I go to get into my vehicle and the seat is pulled up to the steering wheel, they need to adjust my seat to drive it into the bay and then out to the lot when finished, also they couldn t even vacuum the drivers area like all the other dealerships I ve been to. The final thing the air pressure in my tires were all over the place, 2 of which were over factory specks by 5 psi .not pleased with this dealership, will need to rethink using them again, at this point I would not recommend them to a friend

Came in for a sticker, woman at the service desk, took care of me, very professional, quick service, definitely recommend, she was a real professional employee
