I ll never go back to this dealership. Went to service for my brakes squealing. They said it was my parking brake making that squealing noise when I pressed the brake. Repairs were done. My truck is still making the squealing noise. Service department said I would still have to pay to try and find out a diagnosis. Why would I pay more when you haven t fixed the problem? I went in complaining about squeaking when I pressed my brakes and the problem is still present. They should be waiving any diagnosis since I still have the same problem I came in with. No wonder they call it the Stealership. Take your money somewhere else.

Had a good experience buying a truck there. The salesman Mike there did a great job finding the right vehicle for me. There was a few delays on getting it registered and I had already traded my car in but Mike picked me up at my job once my truck was registered so i could take it. Overall I'm pleased.

CAREFUL with Service department! April 8th I went into Balise Ford of Wilbraham for an oil change and an inspection. I waited 3 1/2 hours and was told I would fail the inspection because my daytime running lights were not working. I was told the bulbs needed to be replaced. I came in on April 12th and sat for another 2 1/2 hours and was told the bulbs were not the issue, but that my entire wiring harness needed to be replaced at a cost of almost $2,300. My car has 38K miles. I knew that did not sound correct and I was right! I took it somewhere else and found out there was NOTHING wrong with my lights at all.... The issue is, the only way to check if the daytime running lights are on, is the car has to be on and in gear and the lights then automatically come on! This is a 2017 Ford Edge that I bought at this dealership and have always had it serviced @ Balise Ford. DO NOT take them at their word and make sure you get a second opinion. This was absolute incompetence. How can a tech inspecting Fords at a Ford Dealership NOT know this??Obviously, I will never take a car for service @ Balise Ford again. The Tech was with my car a total of 6 hours over two different days and only made a few bucks for an oil change. That's all they got out of 6 work hours. You would think Balise would have an issue with their Tech wasting THEIR time and $$$$

I have just received a new used car from Balise Ford in Wilbraham and I must say that this was the best experience I had ever had buying a new or used vehicle. Cody Varsa made this purchase pleasurable and worked with me and may many changes to our appointment schedule. Cody is friendly, knowledgeable and I felt that he was an advocate working for me to make this sale happen! If you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle please contact Cody.

I sent in an inquiry on an F-150 and Michael didn't hesitate at my number, there was no senseless back and forth game, just a "yes, we can sell it for that". This was very refreshing after going back and forth with other dealers for weeks who weren't willing to offer a discount in line with what I had paid for my previous two F-150s.I stopped in the same day to finalize numbers and Julian and Brian were also great to deal with. Julian handed me the key to the new truck and told me he'd see me when I was back - that scored points for me over other dealers who want to go with you on a test drive. When they put the pricing together, there was no nonsense - their bottom dollar matched mine.Picking it up a couple days later went smoothly as well. I'm very happy with my experience with Balise and my new truck is incredible.

I'm going to start by saying I'd almost rather give birth again then have to shop for a car. That being said, Ryan, Mike, and Jacob were really great to work with and actually made the process a lot less painful. While our transaction was not without it's hang ups (RMV website was down for an entire day) it was out of the control of anyone at Balise. The transaction with Balise was honest and mostly easy and nothing about it felt "slimy". Ryan is definitely really great to work with and I would recommend going to see him to my friends and family! Thank you to the whole team at Balise but especially to Ryan and Jacob!

This review is really only about the service department. I've had no interaction with Sales, although they will try to sell you a Ford which means you'll be in the service department in no time, so maybe keep reading. I also had no bad interaction with the Parts department, in fact I bought lugnuts from there for $80 and walked them to the service desk where they were trying to charge me almost $400. This review also isn't about the actual mechanic work, which so far seems quite solid on a very technical short block repair. However, the service desk experience was the worst business experience I've had in my entire life. I'm already peeved because I have engine failure in a car less than 6 years old that Ford knew was designed poorly yet issued no recall, but that isn't the dealers fault.I get a quote for both a long block and a short block. I am considering what to do and hint to the service help that I am leaning towards short block but not sure-- she then sends me a new quote that is +$1700 up from the initial quote without any line item explanation at all. I had to go in and demand one and the explanation I got was "parts" without showing me pricing. That sent up my red flags. The only reason I would do this repair at a dealer is for a warranty. Any private mechanic would do this repair for $2500 less but I need the assurance. I ask about warranty and was told 3 years. THANKFULLY I already don't believe anything the service help says anymore so I get the confirmation in writing. This is important. After waiting a while on the repair, the car comes back and I'm not given any warranty information. I had to inquire a few times for it and then had to actually bring the car back in because they didn't record the engine ID or something to put it in the system. Then I get an email saying it is only 12 months warranty. I was furious.I have proof I was told 3 years, I escalate this at Balise because this is a bait and switch scam and I am pissed. Then someone from parts says that it is a 2 year warranty and the service desk has outdated information. WHICH IS IT? One day it's 3 years, then 1, then 2?Best case scenario is incompetence, worst case scenario is active bait and switch. If you are doing non-warranty covered work here, get everything in writing and keep an eye on how things change.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I have purchased 6 new cars in my time and this is one of the worst experiences. Purchased a 2024 Dark Horse off the showroom floor. Car had a flaw in the paint but apparently Jacob (Finance manager) is now a body man and told my wife we must of taken rubbing compound to a new roof and rubbed off the paint. Funny how the detailer said it was a flaw but finance mgr swore up and down their was rubbing compound and swirl marks. Funny that 3 different body shops all said that it was a paint defect. Not 1 so called swirl mark or discoloration of the top coat that is inherent when rubbing compound it used. That makes perfectly good since. We took home a new $70k car and within 24 hrs we decided to rub off the paint. Jacob in finance cant be trusted as far as you can throw him. Over promised and under delivered. Don't expect the Blaise General Manager Brain to be of any help. He informed us that because the salesman didn't bring it to his attention he cant be of any help. Salesman admitted that he brought it to everyone's attention. Would caution anyone looking to purchase a car from here to look elsewhere. Plenty of other Ford dealers in the area. Would steer clear of Blaise ford at all cost.

Cameron from the service department at Balise Ford, lacks communication skills, and knowledge of his job. They held my new vehicle for a week and were not able to correct the problem. I felt like this person didn't treat me with respectand and at some point I felt discriminated against. So I obligated myself to take my vehicle elsewhere and pay for the incomplete repair. When I bought the vehicle home I noticed there was some damage to one wheel and tire, also the driver side seat had a puncture hole on it. I returned to the dealer but it was already closed. Today Monday I called to speak to the service manager but she Is not available until next week. I wasn't able to get a hold of any of the managers. Will never go here again.

We wanted to trade in my corolla for an SUV. As soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted by David Flenke, who helped us out tremendously. We ended up getting a 2017 ford escape, amazing SUV. David made the process quick and simple, brought coffee, and maintained excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this dealership and if you're lucky, David Flenke will be your salesman!Richie was also very helpful and clear about the purchasing process, very personable and great energy! Very happy with the whole process.

Dropped my car off on a recall, they ended up cracking my hood and chipping my fender. Was told they would call me the next day to schedule a date to fix the damage, never got a call. I believe the gentleman I spoke to was Cam. Very disappointed with my experience.

Horrible Horrible service. I bought a Ford Edge and they did not honor the repair of the broken glass on the sunroof. Buyers Beware!!!!! Do not go here for a car. They will not help you after the sale is over. Go to another Kia but not this one.

Terrible service. I have a recall on my 2017 explorer. They had the vehicle in for service but REFUSED to take the pictures of the roof rack. We then got a call from one of the reps. The rep left us a voicemail that said "there was some confusion as to whether or not the roof racks were installed" What? makes no sense. They were working on the explorer already. These guys are clowns. Taking my business elsewhere.
