I found this shop to be excellent. And in the modern day when other reliable shops are charging so much, this place was still a reasonable price. I always go here now. Great people running it.

I ve been going to Scott for years! I moved from Whitman to Plymouth and I still go to him! He s nice,honest and fast! All the shop workers are great! Awesome shop! Best in town -

Merry Christmas Scott. I'm glad I know a mechanic that's down the street that's experienced and professional. Bring your car here if you appreciate mechanics that actually care and no BS. Unfortunately held back by the short staffed epidemic on some major repairs. I understand. Keeping it honest getting it done. Thanks

You want a honest and attention to detail this is the only place to go. I m 64 and been to them all from private to dealership Scott the owner is the best you can get. Fair pricing and exceptional work that he stands by. I travel three hours to have him work on my vehiclesSince I moved out of Whitman. And his shopIs worth the drive. You know you won t getScrewed.

Just called to ask about a diagnostic and man that answered the phone actually just gave me amazing advice to try at home instead of charging me money or having us come in, I will continue to now use this business as I feel they are trustworthy people!

Excellent customer service! Scott really went above and beyond for me! I couldn't be there for what I needed done, so he spent a lot of time with me on the phone and quickly replied to all of my email questions. Scott is so knowledgeable and happy to share it. He gives great advice that is individualized to your needs. I would highly recommend Whitman Auto Center to anyone! I usually don't take the time to write reviews unless I receive outstanding service. The service I received from Scott merited this review.Not only is was work accurate and detail oriented, Scott was a very nice gentlemen to this lady who has some, but a very limited understanding of automobiles. Even after the work was done, I still had hypothetical questions. He took the time to address each question seriously. I actually learnt quite a bit from him. I can say with complete certitude that when it came to dealing with me, Scott was never patronizing and had the patient of a saint! Thank you Scott! You deserve a gold metal! If you need a mechanic in Whitman MA, this should be your first choice.

I have been going to Whitman Auto Center in Whitman MA since the 90's.. Even though I live in GA now, any time I visit MA & have a car problem I always come here.. The owner Scott will never let his customers drive away unsafe!!I'm no one special.. He treats all his customers the same!!
