Happy Sunday! My wife and I recently purchased our second vehicle from The Garage 2 in Whitman. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase. We ve been searching for the right vehicle all year. As soon as the right vehicle became available at The Garage 2 we showed interest. The purchase and professionalism was superb (as usual). Lilly did absolutely EVERYTHING for us. With taking care of the title, tags, registration, sticker etc. As well as an oil change, exterior detail & a FULL tank of gas! The vehicle is extremely clean. We are very picky about the appearance and mechanical aspects. And we weren t disappointed. Previous purchase was a 2007 Lexus ES350. Beautiful car! Most recent purchase was a 2016 Lexus RX350 black on black AWD. Gorgeous! Thank you again Lilly & Raph at The Garage 2 in Whitman for another awesome purchase!!

This review is long overdue Lilly and The Garage Group are the best hands down! My family and I have been doing business with them ever since we moved to Massachusetts in 2017. 5 cars purchased from them, most recently my husband s car in February this year. I have been going to this dealer for many years now.I have bought my last 3 cars from them and now the 4th just this past week.Unfortunately my last car was totaled.Rafael called me to not only try to get me into a new car if i was looking again but called to check up on me to make sure i was ok.Rafael has been amazing with all the cars i have bought from them over the years , he takes the time to listen to you and your needs and finds the best option possible for you.He finds the best payment for you and makes sure you getting what you want.I recommend this dealer ship to everyone i know when they are looking for a vehicle.I cant say enough good this about this dealership and the service you get especially Rafael in the Whitman location.The best service and easiest process I have had when buying a car.I will continue to come to them for any car needs i have.Thank you!!

The Garage 2 in Whitman is definitely a 5 Star dealership! I hadn't made a major purchase in 15 years and I wanted to do this on my own! Raphael and Lilly made this process seamless! I was waiting to find the RIGHT 2017 Acura RDX and they were hands down the best dealership! I could go on and tell you how trustworthy, respectful, knowledgeable and kind the Garage Family is...but believe me...you will feel this way too...when you buy your next vehicle from The Garage 2 in Whitman!! I LOVE my RDX. Thanks again!!

Don t be alarmed with the smaller dealers. Its family owned which makes it more reputable and means they will actually take the time to listen to your concerns and not just push a car on you.I can honestly say I had a memorable experience purchasing my 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Lilly. She is amazing! She was very understanding of the process and had great communication and was very professional! She also speaks Portuguese which made the experience more comfortable. There was no pressure at all because Lilly made me feel comfortable with whatever decision I would make whether to purchase or not. I will definitely recommend this dealer for future purchases!

It was time to purchase my oldest daughter her first vehicle. She had her heart set on a Jeep Wrangler. Since she had been doing great in school we wanted to reward her with a decent vehicle. Found a black Jeep Wrangler at their Whitman location so my wife and I stopped in. It looked pretty nice, drove it up the street and back and it drove pretty good. Spoke to the sales lady and we got the ole These are in high demand so it might be a good idea to leave a deposit to hold it . Was planning on going back the following night anyways. The next nightWe retuned and we found the Car Fax to say the vehicle was involved in 3 prior accidents so we changed our minds. They kept the $200. deposit because clearly they need the money and why return it since we wasted 10 minutes of their time? I have asked them recently if they could return the money to my wife and haven t heard back. My fault for giving them a check before seeing the car fax I guess. We are hard working residents that live in the neighboring town.and just wanted a nice vehicle for our daughter. Hope that 200 was worth it!

Do not trust anything they allegedly fixed . While the start of my car buying experience with them was decent, they were completely unprofessional when it came to handling basic repairs. A check engine light for misfire, leaking sunroof, and broken seat electronics, all things I was promised would be repaired well before the 30 day window of purchase. They didn t replace the coil packs as promised, they didn t repair the seat electronics as promised, and the icing on the cake was I finally found time to repair sunroof drain and the reason it was leaking into car was because they literally couldn t be bothered to put the tube back into the drain, keep in mind the second the 30 days had passed they ghosted me. Was fully prepared to bring my partner in to purchase herself a car and instead I went to the competition down the street. I m not saying don t buy a car here, what I am saying is whoever they hire to repair things is 100% incompetent, and don t trust a word out of anyone s mouth, bring your own mechanic or get it inspected before purchase.

The purchasing of my 2013 F150 was very smooth, and quick. Then when I had an issue 2 days later, they addressed it quickly and correctly. I'm very pleased with the overall experience, and will definitely return in the future. I'd recommend The Garage 2 to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. They were more than fair, and very friendly.

My needs were heard by Rafell and Lelly, who then located me a car, and the sale was finalized! I can't thank him enough for how simple and quickly he made everything. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step because he knows how I feel as a rookie driver. I adore my new vehicle!

Lilly made buying my first car super easy!! She was kind and patient. She speaks both English and Portuguese which made the experience that much better since she was able to communicate with my parents and tell them about the vehicle we were interested in. The car options are great and the prices are reasonable. It was a great experience!

I soo love the garage especially the Whitman location. I've purchased two cars from Lilly over the years and they are the best cars I've ever owned. This review was a long time coming and Lilly earned it from me years ago. I was in there shopping for an SUV today and I heard a young girl Marina on the phone with a client. What a sweetheart and so professinal!! The hole staff is super pleasant but Lilly is my go to lady! If you are shopping for a safe and reliable new car don't look further then the Garage

Great customer service! They have 99% acceptance rate, and that is what I was looking for with my rebuilding credit. They got the job done quick and easy. Very friendly crew, and made me feel welcomed right away. I would definitely recommend anybody to them for your next car. Best experience I ve ever had shopping for a vehicle.

I can t thank Lilly enough for her work getting me into my new vehicle with not so great credit. It happened so fast, I was nervous the whole process but she is so pleasant to work with and didn t make me feel bad that I had negative marks on my reports. She explained the process and all my options. I thought I would be there forever. Buying a car is a big purchase so if you are looking to buy a car and don t know all the lingo or how the process works, I recommend coming to The Garage. They will walk you through everything without leaving anything out. Unless you have great credit don t worry about the down payment but as you will find going anywhere else with no so great credit you need a down payment. But, don t let that discourage you because Lilly is going to help you get that vehicle. She also put gas in it for me before driving off the lot the SAME DAY. Wow! Great work!!!

Lilly it's very professional person she try all the time to be honest with me she give me wonderful and fast customer service I never experience in my life with another dealer she is very respectfull ,she give me the good price match the good car I have to advise everybothy I know how good customer service she is with of course the name of the company THE GARAGE she knows to make you comfortable and respond very fast to all you question she make sure you get the right answer to the right question you never get confused when she explain for you what you ask for ,she is very direct but so happy ,the smile never leave her face we can said she is the right person inthe right please i will defenitly come back later to buy another car from the same company and ask for lilly because she know how to deal with customers and make the them happy and satisfied of the deal she have with her I will said thanks to lilly as nd thanks to the garage and thanks for all team who. Work for this company you did with lilly wonderfully job .

This has been one of the best experimental I ve had in buying a vehicle. Lily is a amazing and thoughtful person. She does great work in ensuring that the vehicle at the lot are as advertised! After months of searching (online and in person) for a safe and financially feasible car for our family, we we met Lilly! Immediately, she made us feel "at home" with her fantastic customer service and her warm personality - she can make a stranger feel like family! She was extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure that our car was safe and the whole process went smoothly. I would highly recommend The Garage, and will certainly do business again in the future - hopefully not TOO soon though! Lol.Thank you!!

I bought an SUV at the Garage 2 recently and had a wonderful experience with Lilly and Mirana. They stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle after hours and answered all questions I had. When getting an inspection, it was discovered that I needed new tires, Lilly made me appointment and paid to replace my tires closer to my home so I didn t have to drive the 2 hours back to Whitman. Being 7 months pregnant, I appreciated this more than they would ever know! Thank you for everything, I m looking forward to many great years with my, new to me, GMC Terrain!

I would like to give a big thanks to the Garage 2 in Whitman, MA. I have just purchased my second vehicle from that location and again they absolutely knocked it out of the park. They have such courteous customer service and support. If and when there is ever a problem big or small Lilly Adami always takes care of it to the best of her abilities. Day or night weekends and vacations Lilly is always there to assist her customers with positivity to keep their minds at ease. I want to give a special thanks to her for all she does. Got a beautiful white 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in great shape. Lily is awesome, very attentive and helpful and gets things done. I loved working with her in getting my car on the road and I love it.
