We bought a new Chevrolet at McLaughlin Chevrolet and we were delighted by how we were treated! We have a petite daughter and we had her sit behind the wheel of nearly every model they had. David Neudeck was AWESOME! He was kind, courteous, good humored and professional throughout the entire ordeal. It took us several hours. Since taking delivery of our car we have brought it in for routine maintenance and services and Mike in the Service Department has been great, too! He explains everything concisely and has gotten us in and out quickly every time. It has simply been a great all-around experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet! We have even recommended them to our friends and family, only to find out that they are as thrilled with McLaughlin Chevrolet as we are. We all love McLaughlin Chevrolet!

Really good service, as usual. Prices were fair. I didn t have that just-got-ripped-off feeling when I left. The car was left neat and the mechanic wiped things down when he finished. The receptionist who answers the phones, the mechanic, the payment clerk- all courteous and professional. There was a clearly posted mask policy on the door. Employees that I could see were following policy. I am definitely going back next time my car needs work.

I purchased a car from McLaughlin last August and had one of the best car buying experiences dealing with David & Frank! I have brought my car in twice for scheduled service dealing with the 2 gentlemen on the service desk who are very pleasant and complete the cycle of great service!I would highly recommend McLaughlin Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I bought my HD2500 new at McLaughlin in 2012, my first experience dealing with this dealership. I have been a faithful customer since and they have not let me down. When I need service in a hurry, they accommodate my needs. They continually make the service recommendations needed to keep my truck flawlessly running, even now at over 135,000 miles. As a result of their excellent service and maintenance, the only repairs my truck has needed at this point in life are 1 headlight bulb, a battery, and 1 set of tires. Were on a first name basis now and when its time for my next vehicle, I'm sure it will be at McLaughlin for everything as it has been for 4 years now.

Could not ask for better people. Glenn was my salesman and Frank the sales manager that got me what I needed for my truck so I could get into the new one .Keith in Finance got me a loan with a great rate. And the Service dept is tops they are willing to help you well beyond what most dealerships do for you today. And I have been to many dealers in my line of work. That's why my wife and I bought both vehicles from McLaughlin and have sent others two them. Mr McLaughlin has some great people working for him there is a reason why the family has been in business so long. He knows his business and what it takes to stay in it for the long haul .

As always, I was able to make a last minute appointment for an oil change. I arrived earlier than planned, and my car was taken in almost immediately. In less than an hour I was on my way home. Michael and Brian have always come to my rescue when it comes to car issues. It was also a pleasure to see Jason back at the service desk.

I loved my experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet.. They worked to find a vehicle that was perfect for me and within my budget. My sales associate was so nice and we really felt comfortable with the whole process. I highly recommend David Neudeck ...I would recommend this company to my friends and family..

I always have a great experience when I go to McLaughlin Chevrolet. From Glenn and Frank in Sales, to Mike in Service, everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. They made buying a car easy and painless. We will definitely buy from them again.

Just bought a new 2016 Equinox and I am loving it !! It handles real well, and gives a comfortable ride. On the highway, just averaged 35 mpg on the most recent tank of gas...During the sales process, I dealt with Doreen and she was great. Answered all my questions and was not that typical 'overbearing car salesperson'.

Great group of people! I got excellent service from the gentlemen at the Service desk to the Techs on the service floor to the ladies in the office! I recommend McLaughlin Chevrolet for any of your cars service needs.

After much shopping around all over the south shore for a new truck, I ended up at McLaughlin to look at a Silverado 1500 midnight edition. When I got to the lot, I was greeted by Dave who seemed interested in what I wanted but wasn't pushy or over bearing like I had gotten at other dealerships. The truck that I originally came in to see had been sold but he got me into an even nicer truck, a Silverado 2500hd midnight edition. They gave me told dollar for my trade, which was high mileage, and we're just an absolute pleasure to work with.As a member of the Armed Services, I can't express how military friendly this dealer was. The owner overheard that I was in the Air Force and came out specifically to shake my hand and thank me for my service. After talking about what I do in the Air Force for close to a half hour, he made a point to go to my salesman and take an extra $1000 off my new truck. Small gestures like this are what separate family owned dealers from other dealers in the area.I have nothing but good things to say about McLaughlin Chevrolet.

Customer Service very helpful and friendly. They told me about a special I had no idea and saved me money! Great people and great service. Will always go here with my Chevy.Staff here are very helpful and courteous. Will always go here and very reasonable. They are honest and up front not trying to pull one over.

Had a good experience at McLaughlin Chevy, salesman Glenn, GM Dave, and Business Manager Keith are all great guys. Glenn and Dave helped me factory order a Silverado so I could get every option that I wanted.

Service is always great! Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. The service manager told me there was a special on the oil change and rotating the tires. I appreciate that as it saved me money.

I have been a customer since 1989 and three Silverado later-- still going strong-- Top shelf, 5 star from service to sales, I can't say enough of this dealership-- everyone treats you like family-- you will not be disappointed.
