Everyone was Extremely nice and very polite. My sale specialist Doreen Moore took the time and went over Everythingwith me and I was Absolutely happy about that. Because the other deal shook that I dealt with Hyundai with other car. I had they didn't do that. It was just a great feeling knowing. She wasn't trying to rush me. I'm moving to the next customer like the other deal shipment did But like I said once again, everyone. There was fantastic, very nice and polite. I wouldn't go back to anytime or tell anybody to go there. It was just A great feeling knowing. I can't first even though they were busy with customers.Thank you again.

I have never had a better experience in buying a car that I had with Dave!! He was the best and never pressured me to buy which I appreciated. So my adventure of buying a vehicle actually started at 2-3 different dealerships prior to my visit to this location I have what the banks call a thin credit file and I was finding out it was extremely difficult for me to get approved on anything that was what I considered worth paying for . This was literally my last chance and hope for getting a used pick up truck I seen in their ads they deal with bad credit and ect .. so I came in on a Sunday and was greeted by Dave a salesman there I picked out the truck I liked and filled out a credit app Monday came around and I received a call from Joel their finance guy he told me from the start he could get it done even though others have failed it gave me hope which I had none of that lately after failing so many times before . Right from the get go Joel was very sincere and he treated me like I knew him and we were friends for 5 years lol just a down to earth guy. a day or so goes by I see all the same credit alerts as the other dealers did and thought here we go again lol but after all that was done Joel got me approved like he promised he would (Shout out to rockland federal credit union as well ) turns out he called in a favor for me to someone he knew over there and got me a favorable interest rate which I figured it was gunna be 21 percent cuz of every thing I had going on. now I had to come up with the down payment which I didn t have until I sold my truck I had two no shows to look at it and I got frustrated and worried I wouldn t make this happen but Sunday came around and I get a text from Joel wishing me luck and encouraging me not to give up and that he knew I would get it sold when everyone at the dealership had wrote me off and figured ide never be back even the sales manager but he kept texting me each day to check in on me and gave me encouragement then Thursday comes around and I have a guy finally come out and look at the truck and pay me cash for it on the spot I was at work all day til 5 Joel stayed late for me til 6 to show me every detail with out rushing me at all this was literally my best vehicle purchase experience I ve ever had I ve dealt with quirk when I worked for them and bought two cars from them and I felt like I got screwed and I worked for them but here with Joel he made this experience so good that I m leaving reviews all over the place for him because literally it if wasn t for him I wouldn t be picking up my new Chevy Silverado trail boss he is literally the guy behind the scenes and he deserves the spot light on this one and I can t thank him enough and I will literally only be buying vehicles from him from now on out and it doesn t matter what dealer he is at that is where I will go sorry for the paragraph but the whole story had to be told to understand how much of a valuable employee he is there going out of his way on his day off to check in on me that was something else so if your credit file sucks like mine did go see Joel he will get it done for you !

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had, as soon as I walked in the door I was treated great by Doreen who sold us the car and from Joe who helped us finance the car, every question I had was answered and both were super nice, if I ever have to buy another car I d come back to this dealership

I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in. Car leases were explained to me, buyouts, I never thought of ordering a car which was brought to my attention. I was advised of my options and was very grateful.I LOVE my new Equinox and would definitely recommend McLaughlin Chevrolet . Doreen & Dave were exceptional to work with.

My 2022 Equinox konked out in the middle of a busy state highway with only about 18k miles, and only 1-1/2 years old. It was in your shop for nearly two weeks, I was told due to the auto workers strike. I know you couldn't control that, but what was really frustrating was that you had no loaner cars available. I was told you guys would call when one became available, but I never got that call. I must have called three or four times to ask about it, with no luck. I believe part of my warranty is that I was supposed to get a loaner. It was a huge inconvenience not having a car for 12 days.

I appreciated the fast availability to take my car in and get it checked. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and received a call first thing the next morning that they have my vehicle and they wanted to reiterate what was previously discussed as the issue. Love that I received a phone call for every step of the process with accurate pricing! Always a pleasure to work with McLaughlin.

Went here after my mechanic couldn't find the issue with my car. I usually stay away from dealers bc they never have an open spot and they usually charge a fortune.Surprisingly, they had an open spot for service with the week, I brought it in- they assessed it and quickly called me to tell me what was wrong. Gave me options for parts and had it ready later on that day. It was quick, easy, and didn't cost me a fortune.Nick, the person I dropped the car off with, was very good. Clear, quick communication, which I appreciate bc sometimes you get the run around for cost, when the car will be ready, etc...but this time it was all very clear. My car was actually fixed with no issues either.It was one of my first good experiences with a dealer and will be taking my car here again. (Though not soon, hopefully!)

The finance manager, Joel, was exceptional! I have never dealt with a more competent person in finance. He explained everything to be in terms that were easy to understand and never pressured a thing. I have never had a more easy or pleasant car buying experience. He is an asset to this dealership.

This was the best dealership experience I have had in many years of leasing / purchasing vehicles. David Neudeck and Keith Nickerson were true pros! They were able to lease our vehicle and have all the paperwork done in around an hour or so. They were both very personable and it was like talking to two guys you had known for years. Everything was very transparent and it was a very relaxed environment. For someone that dreads going to the dealership, they made it a great experience and I look forward to doing business with them for my next vehicle purchase. Big shout out to Doreen Moore (internet sales) at McLaughlin Cheverolet in Whitman Ma. I reached out to her regarding an Equinox RS. Of course it had sold that day. Because they are impossible to find and test drive I asked if I could still visit and take a look. She obliged and took the time to visit with us, set us up for a test drive in another Equinox and too simply chat. She was incredibly kind, honest and professional. Doreen never tried to sell us on another vehicle in the lot. She knew I was there for one reason and she was gracious enough to simply help us out. Incredibly refreshing was our experience, that I urge anyone looking for a Chevy to reach out on their website. I won t comment on their sales department because I never bought a vehicle from them (and never will). I did have a lot problems with their service department recently however. Rude staff answering the phones in the service department. Never found any problems after keeping my vehicle 9 days. Just a bill for a couple hundred bucks for a test drive or two? How about scanning the computer and figuring it out? According to my local mechanic there were several codes in the history of the computer which is why it ended up there. They didn t want to talk about the computer codes though. They just want to be rude right Nick?

I went there on a Thursday afternoon, I was greeted , I stated that I needed a new water pump, they asked me if I been there before in which I said yes , took my info walk away and came back with another person. I was told they do ot like working on cars that old because of past issues with people but since I have been there in the past they will do it. (my car is older but does not have a lot miles for today cars and I take care of it). said they can't do it till Monday, I said fine. gave me a price. I called them Friday saying I also want a new pulley. they called back and verified it is the water pump, we'll get a new pulley and recommend a new belt. I said yes, I know it shoud be replaced anyways. Had my car back Monday afternoon purring like a kitty. They were extremely nice and had it back as promised. Great work and Great people.

So far very easy and pleasant to deal with. I've ordered and paid online thru papal with standard shipping selected. I hope and expect to have my part within 10 days*********** I just Received my 96 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham rear bumper impact strip along with my front right rub strip. In a total of 5-6 days which exceeded my expectations and that s even after UPS had a late trailer pickup delaying delivery by 1 day. Overall I m delighted to have these sought after parts in my possession and my car in a body shop waiting to get painted. I m excited and McLaughlin Chevrolet is now part of making my dream Car a reality. Thanks. 5***** from me!

The experience was personal, honest, and straightforward. The employees from the sales team to finance to the GM were all happy to assist and answer any and all questions. There was no high-pressure sales tactics. Not only will I recommend this dealership, I have been, and will continue to do so. I will return as a customer for sure. There are not better people in this business. I was not treated as a sale on a spreadsheet, but a person. That is what every customer wants.

I had a great experience, staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. No haggling they give you a fair deal the first time and do not pressure you in anyway. They should be a model for other dealerships to follow. Couldn t be more satisfied and a customer for life.
