We bought a used car from this company. We had some issues with the vehicle and when we bought it to there attention they gladly took the time to make it correct and compensated us for our troubles. I would gladly recommend them. The fact that they were very helpful and made this right. We live out of state but still would purchase would purchase another vehicle from them! Thank you for making it right!!!

Can't say enough about Ally Motors. Great experience! Bought a 2015 Rogue. It was clean, drove great on our test drive and still driving great over a month later. Oleg made it very easy for us to make the decision to buy. They worked with our insurance agent, registered the car, state inspection and delivered it with a bow on it. In 30 years, I don't think I have ever had an easier time buying a car. I have and will recommend Ally Motors.

Very clean car to be 16 years, small issue but it is to be expected for the age. Jason. Mcmanus was very helpful and kind. Came to my house to pick me up to get the car. Everything was taken care of at the dealer except the inspection sticker. Great communication.

My sister recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. From the beginning customer service was terrible. The salesperson had a really bad attitude but we went ahead with the purchase anyways. A week later the car was making a really bad noise and the breaks were barely working. My sister took the car to a nearby mechanic and although she wanted to bring the car back to the dealership she was advised that driving the car back from Quincy would not be a good decision and might put her in risk. After repairing the car, which costed over a thousand dollars, she brought the receipt to the dealership in an attempt to get reimbursed. The dealership denied and would not budge. They should ve changed the oil and the breaks before selling the car but didn t. At the time the breaks stopped working my sister was driving with her 1 year old daughter. This was a very dangerous situation that could ve had worse repercussions. The fact that the dealership did not acknowledge this and did not reimburse her for the costs of the service was truly horrible customer service and bad service overall. We will be filing a claim against the dealership and seriously advice against using this dealership!

Checked out a vehicle here yesterday day. Took the car on a test drive, and there was no gas in it. I was worried the entire time I would run out. The gas light was on before I even left the dealership. The car was nice and I wanted to purchase it. The salesman wouldn't even budge on the price at all, I only had so much to work with which was almost enough to purchase the vehicle. I asked if there was any wiggle room in the price since I was about $500 short and that was including all their dealer fees. He tells me "the price is the price" so I ended up going else where. Which I'm glad because I ended up getting a great deal on the same vehicle and saved myself over $1,000.

They don t negotiate, I looked at a a car they had set for 9000$ and when I came in to see in person and test drive, the car had curb rashes rims, bumpers are in terrible condition and they didn t even know if the car had a timing belt or a chain and tried to say it s didn t have either until I phoned my mechanic. They said the price is the price and wouldn t negotiate because they did the breaks and the cars had new tires. I told them that s not impressive work and I could do it in my yard. They dropped the car price 200$ if I buy right there with the work that needed to be done. These people are scam artists and lack the knowledge of cars as they try to sell to people who know nothing of cars.

I saw a car on the website and contacted the dealer. Emails went to text. I dealt with Jason and Matt. They were paitent with me and answered all my questions. I made an appointment to see the car. Before leaving for the hour twenty minute drive I confirmed the car was still available which was confirmed. When I got there the car was spotless and waiting for me. The price was fair and so was the price of the lifetime warranty. Matt and Jason were awesome. I never felt that there was ever any pressure to buy. This was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. I hate buying a cars. I always feel like I got beat and never felt that way. I put a down payment on Friday and drove the car home on Monday. I highly recommend this dealership and couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. If you see a car here go and check it out. Be sure to ask for Matt or Jason and I am sure you will have the same experience.

Yesterday I took home my new Ford Explorer, I was dreading car shopping but Adam made it painless. They did all the registration and insurance paperwork so everything was ready for me to sign when I got there. Great experience overall would highly recommend!

Just made my purchase at Ally Motors and I am enjoying my new car so much. I was looking for a safe reliable convenient comfortable family car and was blessed with an amazing deal and purchase. My sals representative, Jason, was very supportive and knowledgeable throughout the process. He provided amazing services throughout he day and I was able to pull off my Mazda ! My family loves the car and have been enjoying the ride so far. We can't wait to go back for detail of the car since we couldn't that day but we love it! The manager was also amazing as well as every staff member creating a friendly environment of comfort.Thank you again Ally Motors!!

Had a great experience buying a 2015 Volvo S60. The car was clean and in good condition, well cared for by previous owner. No-fuss cash transaction. I received the title by express mail as soon as my payment cleared. They had the car delivered to my home in Maine within a business week or so. Jason was great to work with and was very responsive and on top of things. Would recommend!

Came in to get a car, Jason, Matt and Adam were all very helpful with all the questions I had. Great inventory to look at also the prices are incredibly amazing and affordable! I definitely will recommend people to come take a look at this place! Very very nice and polite people. I appreciate Jason my salesman who was able to make this purchase happen for me! I went to Ally Motors to find the car that my wife wanted after several weeks of looking. It was a present for her birthday. Matt, Adam, and Leo all helped make this dream come true. We had a failed sensor in the car that was replaced immediately. No questions asked. I was pleasantly surprised at what Ally Motors has to offer for cars - and their great customer service is what will make me shop again. My wife got her new car this morning and we can't be happier with our decision to buy from Ally. Thanks again for everything!!

Good people at Ally motors I bought my a 1985 Pontiac Trans am from them which is one of my dream classic car and they help me in every way possible to make sure that it was the right one for me. Adam was very helpful and very polite and he helped me through every step of the way now it s time to take the T-tops off and cruise while listening to 80s rock.

I was looking to purchase an Infiniti QX56. Adam, was very helpful and we even had a video call because I'm out of state in Maryland. This was helpful although at times hard to see the video due to sun glare.I used the Lemon Squad a nation wide independent mechanic that sends a mechanic to the location. Cost for a thorough mechanic inspection is $199. I'm so glad I did this! The suv has rust issues on the undercarriage. Besides this the mechanic pointed out other possible issues. The report is detailed with a lot of pictures to include the interior, motor and exterior. I highly recommend the Lemon Squad!The one issue I had with Ally Motors was it took 3 whole business days to refund my $300 deposit. I had to threaten I was going to call The State Attorneys office as well as Better Business Bureau. My opinion is they were non chalant about it and didn't even offer any apologies as to the refund taking so long. I first inquired about my refund on a Friday. I did not receive the refund until the following Wednesday.Buyers from the East Coast should be aware of potential rust issues especially in states like Massachusetts that receives a lot of snow.

Left Ally Motors today with my VW Tiguan. Adam was my salesman. From test driving the car to signing the agreement, Adam and Ally Motors handled everything, all I did was drive away happy. Let the truth be told that I currently have less than perfect credit but Ally made that work for me. Forever appreciative.

Bought a car from here recently without a test drive, BIG NO-NO!! ALWAYS TEST DRIVE BEFORE YOU BUY! The same day off the lot, my headlight went out, and the light switches weren t working! I called them and they had me reach out to Kevin, he was totally understanding about it and had me come down and he fixed the issues right away! I would recommend him to anyone !!! But anyways, as for the Dealer Adam, he was awesome to work with! I told him which car I wanted and he made sure I wasn t leaving without the car and he made that happen! I appreciate that!I was a little weary at first about the deal because of the headlight, but ALLY Motors handled everything with the outmost respect and patience! ThNk you !I would Recommend this place to anyone ! Great cars on the lot! Just be sure to test drive !

Wasn t a fan of this place, nice people but terrible with communication. I was understanding that it was a holiday weekend and they were closed on Monday but they took my $300 deposit on Saturday and I didn t get an answer from them until Thursday. Pretty much wasted my time. They are a tiny dealership they aren t that busy. Had to constantly reach out to them instead of them updating me like they said they would.

I have to give a shout out to Ally Motors in Whitman for their great selection of pre-owned vehicles, fair prices and awesome service! I have 16-year-old triplets and just bought two used vehicles from them. I shopped around a lot of dealerships and Ally had the best cars under $15,000. They fully service the vehicles, take care of the registration and inspection, and they even took them to my own mechanic to have them inspected for me. Two thumbs up

There are only a few 2007 Lincoln Mark LT Pickups from which to choose nationwide at any given time so when I checked out the pictures of the one on the Ally Motors lot, I liked what I saw. Problem is, I am in Wisconsin and no time to fly to Ally Motors to make sure there was nothing wrong with making the purchase so I took a chance that I would not be sorry. I read a lot of the other reviews, some very pleased, others not so happy. My first concern was of course would they stand behind their assurance the vehicle was in good shape? I made the purchase and had the pickup shipped to me in Wisconsin. It would not run enough to put on the shipper's trailer. Not a good sign for starters. I contacted Matt with what was going on. He promised me they would stand behind their word. I had the truck delivered to the Ford dealer in Madison. Not only did they identify the problem to the fuel pump module but also saw that the steering linkage was completely rusted. The total cost of both repairs was $ 1,256. Matt assured me that the automatic three month warranty would cover my costs. That was a little over a week ago. Due to the holiday and no mail delivery last Saturday, I did not receive their check for the full amount until today. You can say what you want about how great they were for your deal that went off smoothly, but I say you really know how honorable a company is when they do exactly what they promised when things don't go as planned. Am I glad I took a chance and purchased from Ally Motors? You bet I am! Matt was great all the way through, I hope I get to meet him in person some day.Five years later, the sad truth. Turns out the truck was an auction buy for them. Now, I see the rusted frame with huge holes so bad that my tire guy will not put it on his rack, afraid the frame will break. That did not happen in the last five years, it was far gone when they sold it to me. I paid $16K to them and now it is not worth $ 16. All I can do is part it out or spend thousands to restore it. Lesson learned: Don't buy any vehicle without seeing it in person. Don't buy any vehicle north of the 'rust' line. The salt back east they put on the winter roads eats your car up fast.

From the moment I set foot into Ally Motors I knew I was going to have an experience like nothing I ve had before. First and foremost my sales agent Eric was inviting and kind and listened to what I wanted and boy did he ever deliver. I have had so many terrible experiences in the past when purchasing vehicles that I was at a point where I didn t know it could really be an amazing experience and Ally changed all that. I test drove 2 vehicles that were both extremely nice, the selection of high quality vehicles is extensive. I ultimately chose a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT that is just an amazing vehicle with every possible option you can think of and is a very sharp looking vehicle in near mint condition. My credit is far from perfect and to be honest I wasn t very optimistic about being able to get financing. Other dealers turned me away without even attempting to get me financing. Matt, the finance manager at Ally is an absolute genius. I explained to him that I had some very poor experiences in the past and that I was very weary of the process and Matt couldn t have made it any easier. He got me an approval in just one day and I was driving home the very next day with my car registered snd insured. I cannot recommend the team here at Ally enough. You cannot go wrong. As long as Ally is in business I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so very much for all of your hard work! Keep up the awesome work, you guys have a great thing going!!!
