Matt and Sean were able to get my car into their schedule for an oil change and tire rotation. They did it in a very timely manner and reasonably priced. Extremely happy with the friendly service. Cooper and Zoey also came to visit and of course each got a cookie

I have always loved bringing my 13 year old Escape to Pace Auto for oil changes and for diagnostic evaluations and repair. Sean runs a professional business that is driven by integrity and honesty. He looked at a concern I had and gave me an honest answer and left the decision up to me. Another mechanic wanted to take $3,600.00 for an oil change and valve and gasket repairs that, he claimed, were close to emergency status. Pace Auto is one of a kind, good old fashioned automotive repair business. I can t say enough about it. Thank you!

As usual my experience was great. My car got towed there, they looked at it the next day and I was back driving it that evening. They are always up front with what should be done and give a good price.

First time here. Went on a Friday in the afternoon to go get an oil change and asked if they could also take a quick look at a noise my car was making. Oil change was quick for a walk in. They also diagnosed the issue and I dropped it off Sunday night and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon. Top notch customer service and a heavy dose of honesty and integrity. Thank you Pace Auto!

One of Pace's mechanics, Matt, uncovered a critical issue I was not aware of - a leaking water pump. He advised me to address it promptly, either with them or somewhere else, but not to wait and to get it done ASAP.Moreover, their team noticed that my tires were worn out, something I was already aware of but had been procrastinating to deal with. One thing I was not aware of is that Pace Auto Service now offers a full service tire and alignment service as a result of an ongoing expansion to their facility.Sean was able to quote me three great options for replacement tires, with better pricing than any of the online tire retailers!What truly sets Pace Auto Service apart is their remarkable efficiency and ability to accommodate additional repairs on short notice. Brought my Jeep in for repair. Had the same problem a few days later. Talked to Sean and he said the part had a warranty. He performed the repair again at significant cost to him. No cost to me. A stand up guy who takes his business seriously. I would highly recommend Sean and his team at Pace. 5 stars.

Love this establishment. Sean runs a smooth operations which is founded on quality work and friendly relationships with his customers. He explains everything in a manner that is understandable to you and goes over many options for you for whatever your issue with your vehicle is. At my last visit, Pace informed me that my tires would need replacement in the fall. I received a reminder of the recommendation. I received a great quote on the manufacturer recommended tires, made an appointment when they said the tires would arrive and had them replaced in quickly. They are always a pleasure to work with. Professional Friendly service that I would recommend to anyone.

One of the Top Auto Service Places in Northbridge, and around the Valley! If you are watching your 'Economic Picture', Wallet, Pocketbook, in these ''Very Tough USA Economic Times'', they are less expensive than Auto Dealers! Plus they know their Repair Business!Plus they have moved to a ''New Building Location" right next Door to their Old Facility in Historic Linwood. Their Staff are ''Very Professional!''Myself and some of the Old Nbridge Timers have Coffee at several local Coffee Shops in the AM, and they told me about PACE AUTO. I am glad they did! Sean, Matt, Kevin, are real Gentlemen, plus they have a nice new Waiting Room. and Excellent Coffee!

Stopped in after work one day, they were slammed and told me to come back next day at same time. Went next day which was Thanksgiving eve and took care of me just like they said they would. Great service and friendly staff!!! Highly recommend

Had an emergency tow here after hours.. They were awesome. Booked out a few weeks he was able to diagnose and fix all issues after he finished up his other work that day. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was unfortunately (but also, *fortunately*) towed here on a Tuesday after hours - my main belt broke in my car and I was unable to turn it on. Pace called me the next morning with a quote and explained the car could be fixed by Thursday at the latest. I thought I was happy then; then they had a change in schedule and had my Jeep fixed THAT SAME WEDNESDAY. Everyone is friendly, extremely helpful, and happy to explain things (as this was my first big car issue). Thank you so much for everything, Pace!!

Been with these gentlemen for some time now. I'll say it again. Sean and Matt are excellent technicians but they are even better people. Time and time again they show their care and appreciation to there customers. I called Sean at 8 am on a Monday morning. Told them what was happening to my car. Was told to bring it down immediately so they could read the codes and diagnose the issue. Seriously...? When does that happen in this day and age. I did not have an appointment mind you. While it could have taken a week or two to to get me in for the repair...and understandably so, they literally figured out what turned out to be a fairly minor issue in about 30 minutes and took care of it on the spot and I avoided being without my car for any period of time. Unbelievable. I've done countless transactions and even sent my Son to them to purchase his very first car. In a time where trusting somewhere to do business is difficult at best, these guys take a very old school approach and have a clear model with how they want to do business. They have been taking care of my entire family and friends from the beginning. Let Sean and Matt at Pace take care of yours. You won't regret it.

I am so glad I found Pace Auto Service. This is my second experience with Pace and it was a real pleasure. I recently relocated to the area and I ve been through a few different shops searching for my new favorite, and I think I found it. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my 2017 Forrester suspension, checked the vehicle from top to bottom, and communicated clearly and respectfully the work that my car needed to get back in tiptop shape.
