J &S has been taking care of my family's cars for years. I started going there again when we moved back to town in 2016 and won't take my car anywhere else. They're always polite, professional and reasonable. They've also saved me twice when I had a damaged tire just days before a long trip. I called here after my truck started to misfire on the way back home and they were the only place willing to help me out considering how late it was in the afternoon. Jake I really appreciate your help, it could ve been a long day for me but you made it work out in the end and I can t thank you enough.If I lived in the area I d bring my business here. For anyone reading reviews I wouldn t hesitate at all.

Brought my car in for oil change and asked to have car entirely looked over. Jake is very nice and easy to talk to. I was picked up and returned. My car was ready and all I needed was the oil change. Easy experience. Will definitely return!!

J&S Motors are professional and highly knowledgeable in the automotive repair industry. My family has used them for years. Rather than going to the dealer, they repaired my vehicle and I saved money and time . I highly recommend them!

Was looking for a reliable and trust worthy auto repair shop. A good friend recommended j&s. I have been multiple time since and have no complaints. Hell yeah I m satisfied. All of you over there @ J&S are all top notch. I hold you up there w Scotty from Star Trek. You tell me you ll have my car(s) done in 4 days and it s always done well before you originally told me. Bringing a vehicle here for routine service ended up costing over $11,000 in repairs at the dealer. When contacted about rectifying the issue, the owner was very rude and hung up. Stay away from this place. If you go there now, you do so at your own risk. I personally know the "Master Mechanic" that works there, as he likes to refer to himself as, and I wouldn't let him touch my vehicle after realizing he has to look everything up that he does on google and youtube. It is pathetic.

Kurt and his team have been doing a great job over the 25+ years we've been doing business together. We've purchased 8 vehicles from J&S and are very comfortable getting our vehicles serviced there. They consistently go 'above and beyond' in helping us keep our vehicles safe and in good running order. Kurt & Jake provides prompt and courteous service whether we're scheduling a maintenance visit (like an oil change) or dealing with critical time sensitive issue (dead battery).Even though we no longer live in Whitinsville, I look forward to this business (and personal) relationship continuing into the future. Took my son's car here for multiple issues after an accident repair. They talked to the adjuster to get them to pay for the additiional repairs associated to the accident that weren't found during the appraisal. They were also great when diagnosing a transmission problem that was covered under powertrain warranty. Prices are very fair and their customer service is top notch!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I haven't had any major work performed here so I can't say anything about that so I won't give 5 stars now, but J&S was very accommodating to me when I had to have an emergency battery replacement. It was done fast and without issues to my car. I would give 5 stars if I only had more experience with them. I was unable to schedule an appointment but they fit me into their busy schedule to change my battery.
