Sean Connelly is not only very professional, but also nice to talk with. Ken in the main office is very helpful & friendly. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. They have a nice waiting area & a very clean bathroom, which to me is very important. I will definitely go back there!!

I ve bought 4 vehicles from Harboro, my family has had all our work done there as well. The staff is fantastic from Sean and his team in the service department, to Ken and his team in sales! I trust them wholeheartedly with my vehicles and will continue to keep going back, They give us a stress free experience with every visit . I called for a brake check and oil service: the service center called me to say the oil change was complete and my brakes were good; however I did need new tires very soon. I was a bit confused and I didn t even have the car longer enough for new tires! So before I could even question it-the service manager Sean had already took the initiative to make the adjustment and notations on my account stating that at my next oil change I was due new tires.I have LOVED Harbro sales for over 20 years, and the Service is rated #1 in the area for my family for about as long! Okay I never used the service until after I bought a car from Harbro- so Sales came first!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Everyone at Harbro in Whitinsville has been so helpful with any issue my car comes up with. I got a cracked radiator hose which led to no fluid. Towed to Harbro. I bought a Chevy Sonic 2015 from Harbro. I was very impressed by their follow-through when in the purchasing stage. Harbro is expert in attention to detail. Phenomenal !! Sean and Mark A provide exceptional service. I had to have my engine replaced and would trust no one else. Their technician Jim Bonner is second to none. I can't think of anything else I would need performed needing more technical expertise. I had the great fortune of discussing the job with Harbro founder Tim Hare. He explained in great detail the pros and cons of replacing the engine vs replacing the vehicle. I was definitely able to make a more informed decision. Sean set me up with an engine and Mark Hare and Bob Cole found me a suitable replacement vehicle. I could not possibly have been more catered to. I decided on replacing the engine and couldn't be happier with my decision. 5 vehicles and counting, I hope to never have to go elsewhere for buying or servicing my cars. Thanks guys !!

I made an appointment for exterior/interior detailing for my car. I would rate the customer service as excellent, from the ease of scheduling, to the friendly, efficient, professional demeanor of the staff member I spoke to - I believe his name was Ron. When I picked up my car (a 2013 Prius), it looked as it did when I purchased it eight years ago! Spotless and fresh-smelling, but not overly perfumed. I can wholeheartedly recommend Harbro for car detailing!Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Car waxing

I recently bought my 2019 Jeep Compass from Harbro. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased. Mark was fantastic, he made the whole process easy and smooth. He was on the look out for the perfect SUV for me and I can not thank him enough for everything!. I am beyond happy again!

Whenever I have an issue with any of my cars I've bought from Harbro I just call up Mark Hare and he gets me right in there. also always hooks me with a rental while my car gets repaired. You can't beat the service. Highly recommended.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Ultimate failure on communication, followed by lies, then smiles.. never owns up to anything. Paying for the extra warranty is useless as we have came out of pocket. First impressions are great.. shame it's all an act.
