Just picked up my Jeep that I took to Crothers to set up the new all adjustable arm suspension / steering I just installed. It was a mess, all over the road. They straightened it all out and it drives perfect now. I've never seen a Wrangler steering wheel so centered! Thanks guys!

I called as I needed 4 new tires, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule the very next day. Got 4 new tires, balance and 4 wheel alignment. I highly recommend.Big thanks to the team at Crotchets Tire.

I had a hole in my tire they plugged for me. They were extremely busy because of an expected snow storm but fit me in to get me on my way. Great customer service!

I had just bought 4 new tires due to normal tread wear at Milford tire. I dropped off at Crothers after waiting 10 days for appointment for a. front end alignment. Crothers manager called me and told me I needed 2 outer tie rods to get a front end alignment. The car had 60k miles and just passed State Inspection week before so I said no. I wanted 2nd mechanic to look at it. When I came to pick up car the manager rushed out told my wife that the car was UNSAFE to drive and scared her. I took to another place and had the supposed UNSAFE tie rod replaced. See pictures- boot is fine normal wear for 60k . Crothers Manager was running a scam . BEWARE!

Crother's has become our regular tire shop. We've been several times over the past few years. This time I checked around for a new set of tires, they were still $100+ cheaper than any of the chain stores.

Great service and prices. I have gotten my tires here for years and have also had my car serviced here. They recently serviced my front brakes for $200 less than what the Honda dealer wanted. This is my go-to place for tires and service.

Bought four tires from Crothers and had them mounted and balanced. Improved the handling of my truck. The owner and workers are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Crothers Tires for all your vehicle needs.

Most unprofessional car repair shop I ve ever encountered. I had my car dropped off late at night after a blow out and have spent 4 hours calling to let them know and get repairs going. Each time I call they answer and say please hold before I can get a word in. FOR FOUR HOURS. I understand they re busy but they can afford 30 seconds to talk. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Stopped by to have two tires mounted and balanced. The shop was very busy and had a constant flow of customers. The staff was right on time and got me in and out! The technician that worked on my truck was extremely helpful. The staff inside was also great! I would highly recommend

Service here was great! We were traveling through New England when we got a nail in our tire the second day of the trip. They fit us in right away, patched the tire and switched it to the spare rim, and reset all our tire sensors in under an hour. We were back on the road in time for our morning tour without having to rearrange any travel plans! We were so grateful for such terrific, timely service.

I usually don t write reviews for these types of places, but I feel they deserve it. This place is very good and most important they are very honest. I went there and they did a good job finding the problem that my tire had and fixed it. They even explained very well what the problem was and most important they don t charge too much. My husband has gone here several times and each time they were honest and didn t charge too much. I misunderstood the price and overpaid, but the owner was honest and gave me the extra back. So I really recommend you to go there if you have any issue with your car.

The owner and staff of Carothers Tire are so friendly and helpful! They took a lot of time to make suggestions and find the right look and performance for my Jeep. Tom got me the best price (way better than the big chain stores) and fastest delivery. Two days and I had awesome new rims and tires . All installed right the first time.

While on my drive home from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania I came across a car accident that resulted in my car getting a flat tire. After 2 hours, a rude roadside assistant worker and him giving me false information about my lug nuts, I was towed to Crothers. They were down a technician and still managed to work my car immediately in, fix the tire and check the rest in the downpour. They turned my whole bad day around with that one act of kindness. After everything that was going wrong, they made fixing my tire a breeze. The technician was sweet and they joked around with my son. The price was beyond reasonable and they showed true compassion and caring when they were in a jam themselves. I would come here over and over again if I lived closer. I cannot express in words, the gratitude I have. I made it home safely because of them.

They're always busy for good reason; they do good work quickly and for a reasonable price! I hate having to do any car repairs because other shops have made me uncomfortable or made me feel dumb for not knowing everything about cars and how they run, but not here. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, explaining what my car needed without being condescending and even gave me options for repairs when they thought it might not be completed by the deadline they originally stated, but they pulled it off. Will definitely be coming back!

While visiting my daughter in MA, my tire was ruined by a piece of metal. Near closing on a Friday night, Tom and Jim did everything possible to help me. My tire was not in stock so they offered to place a used tire on in order for the trip back to NY. We opted to wait until Saturday morning when a new tire was delivered. They got me on the road as quickly as possible and even made a great recommendation for breakfast within walking distance while the work was done. Great service and prices. Really kind people.

Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. I had a whole bunch of questions about winter tires, and after emailing them, I got an email reply and a call. I spoke with Tom who explained all of my options, and recommended a great set of tires and quoted me a price well below what other shops had said. Installation took about an hour. I will be using Crothers for all of my tire needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Tommy Crothers runs an excellent shop. His mechanics are great and have been with him many years. The tires are fairly priced, the service is excellent, and they don't try to sell you what you don't need. I have gotten my tires there for years. They do other car work as well and are competent and fair in all they do.The tire chain stored may be a little cheaper but they are far from being better.

Best and ONLY place to get your tires, Tommy will meet or match most online prices if he can!!!! Great company!!!!!! Don't go anywhere else until you call them!
