Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with! We felt at home when buying our first truck and we couldn t recommend this Buisness enough! The owner is a stand up guy and had the best buying experience I could ask for. Stephanie is fun to talk too and the workers are extremely nice. We will definitely be back and you should heavily consider cappys automotive!!!

Good selection of vehicles that rotate out at a good pace and fair prices. Purchased a Hyundai Sonata a year ago and never had any issues with it.

I bought a used car from Cappy's about a month or so ago. It is an excellent car -- a make and model with low miles I was happy to find at a fair price. The process was easy, all arrangements were friendly, and they let me sign the papers outside because I felt safer that way (!). Definitely was a good experience!

Purchasing a car for my daughter at Cappy's was a much better experience for us than any other local dealership. The wide selection, competitive prices, and friendly sales staff made this purchase a positive experience. An issue with the vehicle we discovered after the sale was effectively handled to our satisfaction. We will purchase from here again.

I m actually on my Third car from CAPPYS auto.I ve bought a Kia a Nissan and A Saturn Each car I ve bought has been in great condition and extremely reasonably priced, the sales staff and owner make it such an easy pleasant experience I don t want to buy my cars anywhere else ! If you re looking for a great used car definitely check them out !

The guy, Johnathan, is friendly, but overall I'm pretty disappointed dealing with this place.I emailed to ask vital information about a vehicle they had listed on Craigslist. He evaded a few of the questions in the email, and because I was very interested in the car but it was a two hour drive from me, I called because I *absolutely* needed more details before making a potentially futile trip. I asked specifically if there was anything wrong with the car at all, and asked why it was downgraded to "Good" on Craigslist, from "Very Good" or "Excellent." He said there was nothing at all wrong with the car. Also stated it had new brakes (it said this in the listing too) and new battery. I'm buying used so I'm obviously not opposed to buying a car with issues, but I wanted to know the issues in advance so I could prepare. This car looked great, the reviews here looked great, so I plunked down $40 for the carfax so I would have a complete history of a car I was sure I was going to buy.Drive two hours and to be met by a car with a small dent in the body; a cracked LCD display within; some rust on the rocker panels; and it came out (because I had the carfax) that the brakes were actually not new. They were the ones installed in 2018, and could possibly be described as gently used at best, but not new. There was a creaking when we drove it, and a maintenance light came on, possibly connected to the cracked LCD.I'm not opposed to buying a car in this condition, but I am opposed to buying from a dealer that is not honest. So, so disappointed.

I bought a BMW from Cappy's in February of 2020. It is a keeper, runs great, and I got a great deal on it. The owner is an old school trustworthy guy.
