Dont give commands and ask before you do things. Ask before reaching your hands into my car. One of the gentlemen made an unsolicited comment about my expired sticker. Sir, with due respect, mind your own business, I literally am sending work emails from my phone right now. And no, I won't get out so you can reset my oil change reminder. Stop talking to me as if I don't understand cars. The reason people pay extra to go to Valvoline is because you don't need an appointment. Years ago, you could pull into the bay, have a 2 minute interaction, and then close your car window. Don't change your business model if it's not broken. Honestly, reaching your hands into my car abruptly and without asking is unsettling. Don't give me commands either. Ask your customers if they want to do the things that you just go ahead and do anyway. They are trained to make customers feel like we need to buy things. Luckily, I'm not dumb and the interaction ended by him saying, "Well, you weren't due for any of those things anyway." It felt like they prey on people who don't know things about cars. And I don't like business models that take advantage of people. I have been a Valvoline customer for about 17 years. Get it together.

Ruined my car. didn t put something back properly after regular oil change which caused me to leak oil and throw one of my ignition coils to misfire and now have scoring inside the cylinder. NEVER go here clearly they don t hire people who know what the heck they are doing.Edit 04/02 tried to email as they stated below and heard nothing. like I said avoid !

This was the most pleasant oil change experience that I've had anywhere before. I received great service from Rob, Ian and Aiden. I was able to get right in for an oil change at 8:30 in the morning, and I really liked that I was able to stay in my car during the process. The best part of the experience was the incredible customer service that I received from that team that was working this morning. Ian and Rob were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain very helpful information to me. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family, and will be coming back here for future oik changes.

My car dash said I needed an oil change, went to Valvoline they checked it, it was clean, full and fine they wrote on my car to come back in 3500 more miles. They are honest just didn t sell me something that I didn t need!

This crew provided A++ customer service! I have never had a more pleasant/respectful experience getting an oil change or anything done to my car. Randall & Robert were hands down the BEST! They didn t end up having the filter I needed but he ordered it special for my newer model car and scheduled for me to come back next week when it is in. They truly cared to help me and made me feel so welcome. Randall went above and beyond. Great group of guys and hands down excellent customer service! If you're looking for a quick 15 minute or less oil change, this is the place to go. Staff is super friendly. I was able to get my oil changed without stepping out of the car and let my son sleep in the backseat.

Our family has been coming here happily for a few years now. But this morning, September 15, 2023, at around 8 am, an (assumed?) manager (white male, early 30s, short hair, ink on at least his left arm) interpreted that I was not following his left to right directions upon entering that garage for an oil change, making large physical gestures to show his frustration with me. He then assumed as I'm (I understand you'll have to believe me here) driving 2 miles an hour that I had not stopped in time and was endangering the employee who was guiding me in. The employees displayed no concern about my driving, and plenty about their colleague/boss in their body language, and somewhat apologetic nature towards me. This "manager" was way over the top, inaccurate, and clinically dysregulated to the point where I have to at least ask that substance abuse on the job be looked into. I feel very strongly that any security cameras, as well as the other employees, will back me up. Our family are now lost customers.Service: Oil change

Went to get an oil change on my much needed and over due car. The gentleman Randel was super polite, gentle and full of energy! He was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I also didn t feel judged that I was 4000 miles over the limit! He was able to help me get my wipers replaced as well!!!Over all great experience!!! 5

I was graciously notified by a Mass State Trooper that my head light was out. Unfortunately the type of headlight bulb my car requires isn't a common one. I was having a difficult time finding a shop to replace it and to do so in a timely manner. On my way to the mall on Weds May 17, 2023 I decided to stop at the Weymouth Valvoline. They have always been fantastic with every single task I have asked of them in the past. I should have known better and brought my vehicle to the Weymouth Valvoline from the beginning instead of wasting my time elsewhere. As soon as I pulled up (30min before close) they immediately greeted me with friendly smiling faces. I told them my issue and without a second to spare they were under my hood and entering my info into the computer.I am taking time out of my day to give these hard working people a shout-out and to thank them for helping me out big time but also to shine a spotlight on what I had actually witnessed while waiting for my headlight to be replaced. Like I said I arrived 30 min to close, the next vehicle arrived shortly after I did. A decent sized truck that needed an alignment. The employees didn't say a word about the fact that they were just about to close. The employees were however unsure whether or not if they could accommodate such a large truck. The customer mentioned that he had had an alignment done there before so the employees didn't need to hear any more. In unison they said "Ok! Let's do it." (If your wondering- They did look the customer up in the computer and the last time they did an alignment for the truck was in 2017.) I have no idea how that customers alignment ended up because before I knew it my headlight was installed and they were typing up my receipt. I can't say enough about the enthusiasm and just nice friendly people working here. I will continue to drive to Weymouth Valvoline, no matter how far away I move because I know that whatever I need done they are the people to do it and will get it done right! Quick service, friendly staff, helpful information on filters that needed changing. Manny was polite and helpful with walking me through the whole process while my car was getting worked on. My car was in the bay for about 10-20 minutes. Everyone was nice and I appreciate the quick service with it being my work brake that I visited while on. I spent $149 in total for my oil change and two filters with my coupon, and I'd definitely recommend this location to others and will be returning in the future.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this car service center. I went there to get my car's oil changed, but what I encountered was nothing short of a scam. The mechanic approached me and insisted that my engine air filter needed to be replaced, and I agreed. However, to my disbelief, I later discovered that they had simply put back the old filter and still charged me for a new one.When I confronted the mechanic about this deceitful act, they initially denied any wrongdoing. It was only after demanding to see the engine air filter that they reluctantly revealed their fraudulent behavior. It's unacceptable that they tried to take advantage of me and other unsuspecting customers.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. They are clearly engaging in dishonest practices, and I have serious doubts about their ability to provide reliable car services. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting them with your vehicle. This establishment is nothing but a haven for scammers, and it's the worst place I've ever encountered for car maintenance.

Got an oil change here last week. During the oil change I heard the loud whine of a torque wrench and the distinct sound of metal breaking. I said to the attendant..."What's that sound?....it sounds like something is being broken". His reply... "Oh don't worry, they had to use force to remove a rusty nut". After the driving away from the oil change I decide to inspect my truck's undercarriage... I see the metal door that was formerly connected to the skid plate is totally gone and there's a broken nut still in place, but no door. I drive back to Valvoline. I ask the worker in the pit area underneath a car "What happened to my truck?". "Oh, I dunno... maybe something fell off". He proceeds to show me random car parts he's pulled off other customer's cars. Finally, my missing metal door is produced. Apparently this happens all the time. $112 for this to occur and be covered up as if it's unimportant is simply not acceptable.

Look like I had been cheated at this place. I paid $84.98 for oil change today with $25 coupon, I asked the assistant manager that was that included the coupon he said yes, he also said that price for my oil change is $110 for synthetic oil, when they are done change the oil, I ask the assistant manager did you send the receipt to my my email, he said yes, but I never received the receipt. Why I said that I had been cheated by this place because when they check you in they started working without asking you what kind of oil you want to change or they give you the list of prices but they did not. Not like me, make sure you ask for the price before you change your oil.

Good service, nice crew, professional attitude, approach and attention to their job. Only thing I never like about the oil change places is they only fill right to bare minimum line I always have to add like a half quart I mean really why should I always have to buy a quart on my own to fill it so my oil is halfway between minimum and full like I like to have my car at sometimes vehicles burn off a little oil so it also buys you some time for having to addnif you need too if your car. Happens to do this. The car now I have does but very slowly so it's not as big of a deal as I've had before with older vehicles. Just fill another half quart for crying out loud. The service already costs enough even with a discount. My only gripe about all instant change places.

Staff doesn t waste any time in bringing you in and then out for service! Information is on file if you ve serviced previously which is convenient for time. The staff are super friendly and will answer all of your questions! Shane helped me out and kindly took time to explain what is to be expected after servicing. I got an oil change here on 9/30/23. They improperly attached something on my car's undercarriage and it was dragging for a day before I noticed it. I will never go back again.

After two bad experiences and $1,000 later, I ve officially learned my lesson. First time wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again as it is convenient and I ve had okay experiences before.First time they jammed my hood and I had to bring it to an auto body shop to have it fixed. I had no actual proof it was them although they are the only ones who had touched my car and hood.Second time I showed up and it was a complete mess. Workers had no idea what they were doing. Manager was yelling at everyone because they didn t seem to know left from right. One guy couldn t even unlock a tool. They forgot to put oil in my car and almost sent me on my way put the oil in finally and I drove off thinking to myself I ll never do this here again. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and my car just needed $1,000 dollars in repairs. My engine almost seized due to having absolutely no oil in my car and a leak. Needed new parts put in! Absolutely horrible. Go to a trusted and long time mechanic who knows what their doing because this place isn t it.Service: Oil change

The technicians and manager helped me and my family when we were in a huge bind! A skid plate under my car was hanging and it was far enough under my car that I couldn t reach it. I needed a lift and it was on a weekend where no local garages were open. They put on a clip or two as my family and I were sitting comfortably in the car and saved my weekend. Thank you!
