I recently brought my car in just before 5pm on a week night when Frank and Nick were quite busy trying to get other cars finished up. I was treated like they were not busy at all and they ordered parts for a caliper replacement and rear brakes and it was done the next day before lunch. The work was fantastic and the price point was excellent (I checked around). This is the third time I have been there it the experience was great! I highly recommend this place. Very fair and honest and everything was communicated in a way anyone could understand.

As a frequent customer of Ultimate Auto, I assure you this business and the honest owners are a credit to the South Shore area. Every time I have gone in with a mechanical problem, Frank and his business partner Nick are so professional, always looking to resolve the situation in the most feasible manner. Several times I have made arrangements to have work done on my car and Frank will take time to research, find the most reasonable price, and in doing so, he has saved me hundreds of dollars. Again, this business is a credit to Weymouth and highly recommend them.

I have been around the world and back on mechanic shops. I knew I found a good one. They work on my car twice and they had her running like new. The third time my anti brakes lock and my car was stuck. So I got it tow to the nearest mechanic shop. (Major brand company). I told them I had my own mechanic shop , I just need the diagnosis from them. I actually saved money by letting Ultimate Auto Care fix it plus the tow. This is a family,friendly, knowledgeable repair shop. The hospitality unmatched. While they finish working on your car . they order you some food. And they got the beautiful uplifting spirit of a mom who came with sweet fruit dessert. I highly recommend this place. Just give them a shot Nick and Frank will treat you like FAMILY.

I ve known Nick / mechanic for a couple years and have done plenty of work on my vehicle and I ve always left with 100% satisfaction when it comes to servicing my car . Both Nick and Frankie are true professionals at there trade at best.

Filled out the contact form on their website for a quote on maintenance repairs on my father's vehicle and received a quick response to my request. They provided all the information I needed such as part numbers and prices, and the cost of labor. They are one of the few auto repair shops that are upfront about their prices instead of providing vague estimates or are unwilling to provide quotes through e-mail. I did not use their service as my father has decided to use a different shop but I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.

Had a pre-purchase inspection done Frankie did an excellent job but not only thoroughly going through the car but explaining in layman's terms what the problems were almost impossible to find this type of competent mechanic so a shout out to you guys at ultimate Auto thank you

First time at Ultimate Auto Care, I was recommended by a close friend. Frankie was very helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, he ordered the part needed to fix the issues and told me when it would arrive. He contacted me when the parts arrived. It was very convenient to be able to drop the car off after hours as they have a key drop box. the next day I got a call that was car was ready for pick up. they are good at what they do but make sure you Ask for price before doing anything brought car in on Wednesday for front end suspension noise went on test drive heard the noise but couldn t ping point the problem then was ask to leave the car there until the next day and never mention anything about cost and fees so I agree thinking they will be reasonable after seeing google review which is my biggest mistake not asking for pricing before leaving the car the next day by noon I didn t get call from them so I call in and ask then was told he found the problem the strut coil spring touching I have a new set of quick strut to install but upon asking for price was told 450 plus tax around 480 for just installation of 2 front complete strut assembly so I refuse to get the service done I was expecting, willing and ready to pay 100-120 for the diagnostic which I think is very reasonable since his charging too much to install and I didn t want him to do the diagnosing work for nothing but then was hit with a 230 diagnostic fee because I didn t want to fix it there after knowing it ll be 480 total and then told me that the 230 will go towards the installation if I had them install but still way too much for me to accept TBH after seeing google review I had set my mind for them to fix the car thinking they will be good and reasonable but never expected to be this much over price and guy never mention anything about the rate his going to charge and the cost for the diagnostic upfront

Nick was amazing and answered all my anxious induced questions without judgment. When I needed new brakes he took time to explain why and the price brake down. Just got my exhaust pipe fixed by Frank he is very very knowledgeable and very trustworthy which is very hard to find nowadays he saved me money and most importantly I know my car will be fixed the proper way hes the only mechanic I trust. If your looking for reasonable price and honest work I highly recommend them

I've been to a bunch of auto shops and none of them compare to this place. Their kindness, honesty, and quality of work sets them apart from anywhere else you will go. I had a mysterious electrical issue with my car, they kept me informed about all their research and steps they needed to take to solve the problem. Brought my vehicle to Nick and Frankie for engine, suspension, and key programming after a failed attempt with another shop and locksmith for the key programming. These guys are a one stop shop and are very knowledgeable in there respected field. They literally saved me tons of money and time with there ability to not only repair my car mechanically, but also fix my key. Nick is a mechanic whose professionalism, integrity, and knowledge makes him very desirable. He has worked on three of our cars so far and any work he has done for us is high quality workmanship. We have learned to trust him because he has not tried to get over us or make a buck off of us with unnecessary work, unlike what we have experienced with previous mechanics/dealerships. If you are reading this, you should give him a try especially if you live in the Weymouth area. If you do not live in the area, it is still worth it for you to travel and get work done by someone you can trust and, in turn, you will not have to worry about the outcome. It is a guarantee that he will work hard to make sure that you leave his shop a happy customer.Bless.

Ultimate Auto Care is top notch. Nick and his partner Frankie are true professionals. They're both are passionate and knowledgeable. These guys know what they're are doing. It's hard to come across a honest and reputable automotive shop nowadays. They true care and take pride in their craft. The location is easy to locate. The response and turnaround time is quick. Brought my wife's car to Frankie and nick after a big box repair shop did an oil change and had nothing but engine noise after. They found it was a simple repair caused by the shop. Amazing service. They say if you find a mechanic that you can trust to never let them go. Well I won't let Frank go. Not only was there great communication but he was always done with my car way before time. I recommend all my family and friends to get their car fixed by Frank. He always takes the times to explain everything to me and always gives me different options with the real deal of what I need and what I can hold off on. He has also called me before he did anything. When have you ever heard of that before?!

Don t have trust in a lot of people with touching my car. But I took that drive from Boston to his shop so he could install a supercharger on my jeep srt, and other maintenance parts. Excellent service, very honest, detailed about every issue and fast service. Not forceful, tells you what your issues are and let you decide what work you can afford to do. Also he does advise you of what is important and what can wait if necessary. He does not twist your arm to have you complete any work. He is very professional and respectful. I used to go to the dealer to get my work done on both vehicles and spent a lot of money and my car never felt like they do now since I started with Ultimate Auto Care. From the first time I use Ultimate Auto Care my vehicle is like new I have a Volkswagen Jetta and a Honda Odyssey. Don t take my word for it, just go and have a conversation with him or have him check out your car. I m not much for reviews, but I had to share my great experience at Ultimate Auto Care. I was in need of a full set of brakes and rotors for my Honda Civic, so I decided to stop by them after receiving a recommendation from a casual work Friend. Needless to say, the quality of service with the automotive Tech Yannick, the attention to detail (as I would look to see the work being completed), and forthright communication was simply second to none. They were comprehensive in explaining the work being done, the timeframe allotted, and giving a clear and concise explanation of the bill. I was surprised at finding this gem of a shop, and now I won t go anywhere else for any of my automotive needs for myself and my Family.
