Sullivan Tire in Weymouth... what can I say about them.. They have fair pricing. The employees are always wonderful to work with. They stand by their quotes and their workmanship.If you have any questions or concerns, call and ask for Steve (Assist Manager) Scott ( The Manager), who is the face of this fine establishment and is usually at the front desk. He is one of the nicest guys. He will go out of his way to make sure your needs are met.Tell them Charles (The man with the Bruins Porkpie Hat) sent you. It won't get you anything, but it's fun to see their reactions of who the heck is that...

Clear and understandable estimate, the team was very courteous, the place was spotless and comfortable. Nobody likes to get there car fixed but this team at Sullivan Tire made it fast, easy and painless at fair prices. thank you for some great service, that is hard to find these days.

Slimy shop. Brought my car here to get an alignment and they told me they couldn t align my car until they replaced my ball joints $1,500. I declined and took my car back to my regular mechanic to have them look at it.. everything s tight and nothing needed to be replaced.Beware and trust your gut.

I wasn t expecting to need new tires (<30K miles on the car and the tires it came with, bought new), but I did. Someone suggested Costco for the best prices, which is a fair point who wants to pay more than necessary? I went into my local Sullivan on Friday (so much more convenient than Costco), had a long talk with the manager, he went over everything with and gave me a very fair deal he ensured my continued business and maintained my loyalty. Got the tires put on today (Monday) and I m back in business. Scott is the best! You get what you pay for, and with Sullivan Tire you get a lot for your money!!!

We all know Sullivan tire is known for being a little bit more expensive than other places but they always do a good job. Every time I need a wheel or tire changeover on my trucks or jeeps, I always come to this location and they have always done a perfect job. I might pay a little bit extra but the service is fast, the service is correct, and they re always friendly!!! And they dont damage your wheels like other places!!!! And they usually have appointments all the time!!!!

I received amazing service here at Sullivan Tire! They gave me a great deal on 4 new Good Year tires, I was able to use a coupon, and bought a great protection plan on them as well. The staff was very knowledgeable, including Scott who helped me so much during this process. It was my first time as a customer here and I felt extremely welcomed. I recently tried going to Mavis Tire and they were very rude and not helpful at all. I would 100% recommend going to Sullivan Tire!

Always excellent service & honest assessment of vehicle condition. I thought I needed new tires, but the experts at Sullivan were able to fix my problem without needing to replace my tires that were still in great condition. The manager, Steve, was so helpful and made the entire process very easy. Though I would be able to find a place for vehicle service closer to my home, I will stick with this location as I have never had anything but an outstanding experience!

Great service for small tire repair. Very friendly front-desk staff who offered to fix a flat without having an appointment. Felt respected and valued for even a $30 repair. Got the same reception when arriving to pick up car later. Will definitely return here when time for replacement tires and will highly recommend!

Nice location. My local location has a broken alignment machine, this place fit me in at 9am next day and it was all smooth. Nice front desk guy too. I ll have to seriously consider making this my primary location, even if it s a further travel.

Just wanted to thank Scott personally for a great experience at Sullivan Tire. A very knowledgeable and caring store representative that took care of myself and my needs so efficiently and professionally. Great guy and great place for all your service needs. I noticed a screw in my tire late at night and the next day I was planning on taking my car on vacation. I stopped into the Sullivan Tire in Braintree on Ivory Street. Chris greeted me and was extremely nice but stated they were very busy and probably won't be able to get it back to me until the end of day. Unfortunately, I was planning on leaving for vacation at around 10 am. I explained my situation and Chris ended up calling another near by Sullivan Tire and asked if they would be able to fit me in. Scott at the Washington Street, Weymouth location, was able to get me in and had my car back to me in time for my vacation. Both Chris and Scott went above and beyond to help out their customers. I will never go to another auto service center as long as these guys continue treating their customers with the amazing service they displayed. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone and express my thanks.

The guys over here at Sullivan especially Scott they are amazing they make you feel welcome also they do quick excellent work everyone is honest this is the only place i will bring my personal car for oil changes or anything else

I consistently get great service and prices whenever I go to Sullivan Tire in Weymouth. Sean always gives a great approximation of what the cost will be and how long it will take. Also, the shuttle service is great. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I went there with problem of really bad vibration after two failed balancing at different shops, price was great. They recommended road force balancing on all 4 tires as the first step.Ended up that one of the tires had an issue and could not be fixed, they did not have the same tire in stock but found out one that had similar thread pattern. Shop did not try to sell me 2 which most shops do stating that my ties were almost new and just one could be changed easily. My ride is smooth now. Highly recommend this place.

Customer service is above and beyond! Pick up / drop off options made my appointment so easy and I my one year old me! The front desk calls to update me and never made me feel silly for asking questions. The technicians are friendly and professional. The lobby is very clean. Very happy customer! !!! ! !

They sold me discontinued tires. Now I have tire protection for life and they cannot replace my tires and I am being punishe because their tire are discontinued. That is not my fault or problem....they should give me 4 new tire for free. As I did not discontinue the tires they sold me twice...

Service is great! The staff communicates well with you, the price is reasonable, and the driving service makes takes alot of stress off on trying to get a ride to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Staff is also very professional and friendly.

I cannot highly recommend this place enough! I came in early May to get new tires. I was only going to get a pair of tires but because I have AWD car, needed to replace all four anyways. Sean and the team took great care of me and my car. Will come back for all my future work.
